Wow, what a gem of a person. I was recommended to go to Lisa by some neighbors when I was looking to customize a baby blanket for my nephew. I went in, and I barely had to explain myself for Lisa to jump quick on my vision. She was very kind and genuine and it made me want to find more things to embroider. Thanks for being a gem, Lisa! I'll look for more projects :) read more

Fast turnaround. Extremely expensive. Spent almost $30 to get a 5 letter name Embroidered. Should ask for any additional fees prior to getting service because they won't let you know. The cost of the sweatshirt and my custom logo combined costs less than the name. Great place for quick turnaround. Not so much for having a reasonable price. I wish I stuck with my original embroiderer read more

Terrific quality, on time and fairly priced. Owner is hands-on and provides top notch customer service!

Extremely rude unprofessional staff. Would recommend giving a more deserving company your business.

Lisa and the CE team has performed very well given recent CV-19 issues and problems with the supply chain having a negative impact on her ability to get the products she sells. I have made multiple orders over the past three months and Lisa has always come through with superior quality completing the job exactly as promised. I highly recommend giving Lisa and her team the opportunity to earn your business... She will not disappoint. read more

Lisa was very helpful and professional. We had a logo we liked for the most part and she helped us make the changes we wanted so it is just right now. She ordered samples of shirts and jackets we were interested in and once we made our choices she got the job done in a timely manner. One of the shirts had a stain on the collar and Lisa is replacing it for us with no hesitation at all. I was so pleased I ordered two more shirts imminently. All this at very fair price. If you need embroidery go with Lisa. read more

There are many reasons I would recommend Custom Embroidery. I think the best thing about this place is the customer service. Lisa is the one in charge, and she ended up embroidering all my company uniforms (including my own). Let me tell you a little bit about the person who runs this place. Out of all the embroidery places I contacted in LA, Lisa was the only who was positive and optimistic about what I wanted to do with my logo and design, and how I wanted it to look. Lisa is very friendly and flexible, but the best part about her, is that when it comes to your logo/design, she is very detail orientated and sticks to exact measurements. She really cares about doing a great job for you and making sure you are happy with your design. This is great because you don't get this much attention with bigger companies. I was so happy and pleased with the final outlook, I am definitely going back! I have one suggestion for anyone interested-go in already having an idea about what exactly you want, the more info you can give her, the more she can work with! I think this goes for anything, but especially embroidery when things have to be super precise with measurements and look. Great work! read more

Lisa answered my emails quickly & patiently taught me a little about embroidery vs. applique :) I showed up that evening with a single item to customize for my son's coach. She was so patient, calm, created the art in front of me & then said, "if you have 15 minutes, I can do it right now." ---WOW!!! My kids got a fascinating lesson on the machinery, we paid & we were ready to gift our custom piece! It was a very pleasant experience & the embroidery was exactly what we wanted. read more
