Wanted to give this owner some well deserved recognition. I have been buying plaques from this business for the last 6-8 years as I coach at my kids elementary school, and at the end of the year I like to award my players with some wall art to help them remember their contributions to the championship team we have built. Well this year was no different, and the team over at Aswell came through once again with some amazing plaques, along with their professional customer service, I highly recommend this place to those in need of getting something they offer ordered here, as you will not be let down! On another note, as I was leaving yesterday, I noticed a very nice car with a for sale sign outside. Come to find out, it was the owners car and in inquiring about it, he gladly helped me with questions I had, as well as showing me his vehicle which was a 9 out of 10 in looks, upkeep and documentation. Even with it being a 2008, this vehicle looks like it just left the showroom floor as it was well maintained and we were lucky to buy this from him today with a smooth easy transaction. Thank you Kevin. read more

These guys are the best! I met the owner, who's always extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and has taken care of so many of my orders - from screen printing tees, to all kinds of trophies and plaques. Always on time, and fair prices. I've seen other people's orders, up to a great glass display case. Seriously, I won't go anywhere else. read more

These folks were so nice and so competent. I needed 2 plaques made, I called and explained what I needed and they totally got it. Great communication along the way. I will go back for sure!! read more

I needed two plaques made for our car club and since Aswell is a sponsor via advertising in our club magazine, it was an obvious choice to use them. However this was my first experience working with Aswell Trophy and initially meeting with Ingrid, and later working with Cyndy, for art design assistance. Cut to the chase, they did a beautiful job and the results blew me away when I picked up the plaques today. Also big thanks to Kevin and Brittney for their time. Great staff, high quality service/performance at a competitive price. Highly recommended! read more

I'm passionate about supporting local businesses, and Aswell Trophy will continue to get my business. GREAT service and awesome custom items. I love it! I came in this afternoon because I have a newspaper article I want to have mounted on a plaque under plexiglass, and Aswell has done one of these for me before (in 2005) and I love it. It's still in perfect shape and my whole purpose was to preserve the newspaper article and it's done just that. Thank you Trevor and staff for your continued excellent service. I'm excited to see what's next! (It'll be some more custom shirts). read more

Today, as I was done with my order I said to the Manager Ingrid, "I am going to walk out of here with the biggest smile on my face - everything is perfect." I've gotten my kids' end of season team awards, trophies, medals and plaques here for years. I've always had a very pleasant experience - they are extremely friendly and helpful at recommending items depending on our team budget. Their prices are very reasonable in comparison to other local places I've checked out in the past and their finished products are delivered very professionally done. Today I walked in last minute hoping they can do a rush order for me. They were so busy but still said yes, they'll get it done. I found nice baseball medals (picture has been added) for the kids at $1.75 each! I got really cool bronze glove resins for coaches for under $12, and found very nice metal key chains for $7!... The engraving is free. I was so happy as I was leaving... I am so glad we have Aswell for all of our needs and recommend them to anyone in need of some nice personalized gifts. read more

I bought a trophy here for my fantasy football gurus league. To my surprise, the prices are relatively cheap. I got exactly what I was looking for (pictured) for about $12. Only thing that was off was they reversed the trophy, so they pretty much took it back to the back of the store and fixed it right away. read more

Been doing business with Aswell for a little over 3 years. They have been nothing short of world class with our organization. Always meeting deadlines and over communicating. Ingrid is by far someone who goes above and beyond for her clients! read more

Really good at what they do and professionally made. Had a couple plaques done for our office. Great experience

I read the reviews. Great reviews. I give credit where credit is due. I use local businesses because I believe in supporting my community. I am wondering why my experience with this business has been a disappointment. I am a very patient and understanding person, but Aswell Trophy has left me with little communication. I literally submitted my order on June 8 2021 to have a logo placed on hats. I just received a call today July 30th (8 weeks later) to approve the logo after having approved the logo on June 15th. The paperwork I approved showed a date of June 10th as being done. Who knows when I will get a notification my hats are ready. Still waiting patiently. Maybe If I had submitted a big order I would not have been placed so far down the list of important customers. And I still have to go back there. Maybe my order will be done this year. I am really hoping. read more

I entrusted them with an antique piece and they did a fabulous job! Very professional, very kind and helpful. The item was ready promptly. Highly recommend this place! read more

Great service! I have been going to Aswell for years for trophies, plaques, and Tshirts. They are extremely helpful and friendly. Always on time with orders (and usually early). Aswell is the best in the West!! Everyone from Trevor and Kevin to Cyndy in the art department. They are always 100% professional and efficient. If you are undecided on what to get they are also creative!! We have been using them for years and I don't have a bad thing to say. They ship awards too so no need to look anywhere else! read more

When I was young and I use to stay at Motel 6's and wonder why people would stay any place else. When I got older, and smarter, I realized that clean linens, friendly service and a good breakfast were well worth an extra $30 bucks. I'm not sure how Aswell Trophy compares price wise with other shops but what I do know is that they have caring, community oriented owners and good service. If they make a mistake... they fix it, if you need to look up a past order... they have it, if you need something quick...they rush it. I've sacrificed too much quality, time, AND money thinking I was saving a few bucks. Stick with Aswell, they'll take care of you. read more

I would like to Thank Aswell Trophy for their wonderful customer service! Trevor and his team are always very nice and professional. The last two times i used Aswell i received nothing under awesome service! Last year a local high school ordered a memorial plaque for my brother and Aswell went above and beyond in making it a top notch plaque that we were very satisfied with. They were very sympathetic to our situation and knew how important this plaque was to our family and they were very accommodating! More recently we used Aswell to print our reunion shirts (over 150) for our reunion July 2018 and Aswell immediately got to work on the order. Their communication was very fast in ensuring we were getting the quality, quantity, and accuracy of our order. They promised to have our order in 3 days and they delivered!! Everyone of our family members were very satisfied with the quality and design of the shirts! They even ordered and provided sample sizes for us to pick from. When we received our order it was delivered very neatly in order by siZe with no errors! This order was very important to us and we needed it urgently as another local company failed us at the last minute! Aswell came in and delivered 100% satisfaction!! I will use Aswell anytime i need a company in the future to supply our needs and also refer out to anyone i hear that needs their services. As we know of Aswell they also came to us from many high recommendations so it is not just us that can attest to their level of service and commitment! Thanks again Trevor and your team for awesome, fast, professional, great quality and price! Our whole family appreciates your service and loved the awesome job you did on our reunion shirts! So glad we found your company!! read more
