Well this year was no different, and the team over at Aswell came through once again with some amazing plaques, along with their professional customer service, I highly recommend this place to those in need of getting something they offer ordered here, as you will not be let down! On another note, as I was leaving yesterday, I noticed a very nice car with a for sale sign outside. Come to find out, it was the owners car and in inquiring about it, he gladly helped me with questions I had, as well as showing me his vehicle which was a 9 out of 10 in looks, upkeep and documentation. Even with it being a 2008, this vehicle looks like it just left the showroom floor as it was well maintained and we were lucky to buy this from him today with a smooth easy transaction. I ordered some custom embroidered shirts, a couple years back and went in recently to have two more…read moremade. I specifically said that I like the shirts that I have but they are too big and so I'd like to order them in the next size down. When I got the shirts, they were incredibly too small so I went back to return them. They had all the information for my previous order on record. Turns out the shirts that WERE ORDERED FOR ME were a different model than the shirt that I had ordered before and the new size was incredibly different. When I tried to return them, I was told they would only give me 50% off on another two shirts. WRONG, I went there with a specific need and problem and I wasn't the one who ordered them. That's not the way you handle a mistake made on your end. I've referred a lot of people there over the years as well and that won't happen again and I will never be back. It should've been handled the right way the first time. Customer embroidered shirts by the way aren't cheap!

A member of the Rose Park Neighborhood Watch and Council is retiring today after 18 years…read more I wanted to get him a personalized cup so I went to the mall. I ordered the cup and paid for it. Shortly after doing so, the owner started telling me that she couldn't do this or that for the cup. I wanted it with Spanish characters like this: ñ. I told her why didn't she tell me that before I paid. She responded with an attitude unbeknownst to me from an owner of a shop. I told her I was going to Macy's and that she should be more kind to her customers. She responded with "I haven't had my coffee." I then returned on my way out and she flagged me saying she needed my phone number. At this point I just said please "cancel the order." I handed her my debit card and I signed her copy of the receipt. She then said she needed my copy of the original receipt. I told her I would give it to her as soon as she gave me a copy of the credit receipt. This became a push and shove and ended with her scratching my hand. I called 911 and/or Ventura Police. I also reported to mall security. I am currently at the Ventura Police station waiting for someone to take my report. The scratch is almost nothing, but my fear that she might be sick or have a disease has me here. Also, she shouldn't be allowed to do something like this! The owner of this shop doesn't deserve my business nor anyone else's.

She replied, "There are two places in the mall" again I asked if she was one of them and she replied with the same statement as above. I hung up. The only reason I went back to her, in person, is the urgent need of a personalized shirt and auto decal for our new business. She, the owner, comes off with no drive to be in a business. The personalized tshirts were awful, uneven and so low it fell on your hip area. I even had to go to Target to get my own shirt which was no big deal. I returned the next day asking for them to do it over. I had to go buy yet another shirt and she did it for free. She was not understanding I needed the font huge so people could actually read it. I was so fed up I just took the shirt. The very next day as our owner wore the shirt, the vinyl was pealing off and it wasn't even 24 hours yet.. I would never recommend this company for anything.
