Although I had…read moremessaged Michelle the evening before with my request, I felt really awful walking in this morning and asking for the shirts to be done in less than 4 hours, but they never once made me feel bad about it. My first time ever going to Mark-it Place, and as soon as I walked in to drop off the plain t-shirts, the customer service was great! I will definitely be returning now that I know about this business & how great the service was. Highly recommend them for your custom needs.

When I picked up the trophy, I brought it to their attention that it was incorrect and they responded with "oh, I don't remember you mentioning that when you dropped it off." I proceeded to ask for the form I filled out that had it as a single word and conveniently they had "no idea where it was at". I asked for them to fix it and they said I would have to be charged again. Absolutely unacceptable when the mistake was theirs and not mine. They also did not place an accent mark over an e, that I specified as well. I would rather drive to Camarillo or Thousand Oaks (I live in Ventura) than give any more business to these people.

Wanted to give this owner some well deserved recognition…read more I have been buying plaques from this business for the last 6-8 years as I coach at my kids elementary school, and at the end of the year I like to award my players with some wall art to help them remember their contributions to the championship team we have built. Well this year was no different, and the team over at Aswell came through once again with some amazing plaques, along with their professional customer service, I highly recommend this place to those in need of getting something they offer ordered here, as you will not be let down! On another note, as I was leaving yesterday, I noticed a very nice car with a for sale sign outside. Come to find out, it was the owners car and in inquiring about it, he gladly helped me with questions I had, as well as showing me his vehicle which was a 9 out of 10 in looks, upkeep and documentation. Even with it being a 2008, this vehicle looks like it just left the showroom floor as it was well maintained and we were lucky to buy this from him today with a smooth easy transaction. Thank you Kevin.

I believed the 'fast and inexpensive' hype of a trophy website but when it came time to order, the 2 day delivery became 3 weeks! Yet, I needed trophies asap for my pickleball event. I found Smith's in Yelp and drove to the location where it looked to be closed. I parked outside and called the store from my car. As the phone was ringing, a woman came out of the store and walked up to my car window and said she only had 10 minutes for me, but would try to help. Well, an hour later Betty Smith sent me on my way with 4 perfect trophies and the promise of personalized plaques to be waiting for me in their outside 'pick up box' by noon the next day. Of course, the plaques were there when I arrived. I can't say enough good things about the store, it's personal service, the care it takes to make customers happy and the quality of its work. A Christmas miracle, indeed!
