While there, a young guy by the name of Michael was super helpful - got his name from the cashier. He was unloading a box of water shoes and offered to dig through his box for my size AND run to the back of which he did. From there, I had 2 sizes to pick from. ITEM I needed/wanted all black enclosed water shoes. WELL For me it's all about service and or quality depending on the venue/food/situation. Due to this wonderful experience, I feel more interested in shopping here more often. In addition, it's right in my area.

When I asked about purchasing ammo, I was told I had to buy a gun in California before I could purchase any ammunition, which is not accurate information under California law. As a customer, I expect staff to be knowledgeable and willing to help, especially when dealing with something as important as firearms and ammunition. Instead, I left feeling dismissed and misinformed. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves both customer service and staff training.
