Today, I purchased a wagon and the young lady who helped me was amazing. She brought the item down, answered my questions, and even offered to carry it for me. She was incredibly kind and deserves recognition for her outstanding customer service. One thing I noticed was that while I was carrying the wagon through the store, the only employees who offered help were female team members. I passed two younger male employees who didn't check in, even though I was clearly struggling a bit. I wasn't expecting anyone to carry it for me, but a simple offer to help would have been appreciated. I also want to recognize the older gentleman outside who checked on me while I was loading my car and made sure I was okay. Overall, this is still a great store. My only suggestion is to encourage all employees to check on customers carrying heavy items. Maybe because I wasn't older or looked like I struggled but it was heavy and seeing me struggle a bit - A small gesture can make a big difference.

Instead of simply helping resolve the issue professionally, I was met with attitude, condescending remarks, and an overall hostile demeanor that made the experience far more difficult than it needed to be. As a customer, I expect basic courtesy and professionalism -- especially from a company that prides itself on customer service and brand values. The exchange itself was straightforward, yet Maddie handled it in a way that felt confrontational and unwelcoming from beginning to end. It honestly left a terrible impression of the store and the company overall. After being a customer for nearly 30 years and a brand ambassador for this company, I truly never expected to be treated this way. Even the employee of Mile 26 acknowledged an arch support issue. Very disappointed in Hoka's warranty support! No longer a Hoka customer or advocate!!

They have some military surplus things - and modern accessories. I value their advice even on gun related issues and brands they don't sell. I try not to take up too much of their time when it's crowded. They seem to have a pretty large customer base including law enforcement, many of whom like to chat. I need to stop by soon and ask about mounting a period correct scope (hard to find) on an antique rifle I bought there. I've also been there a couple of times when a rude customer makes a scene over nothing and are politely asked to leave. Battlefield Adventures is always my first stop for anything firearm related.

They have just about everything pickleball related product you can imagine, from Dink Masters to automatic ball machines. Outdoor pickleball, indoor pickleball they've got it all. If underwater pickleball was a thing, they'd probably have that gear too. When I came in to buy a paddle the Pro asked me to describe my game so he could steer me towards the right kind of paddle. The question caught me off guard and I started laughing. My game? Omg that's funny. I ain't got no game. I had to explain I'm a total noob. I've only been playing for a year, and only the last six months with any regularity. So I don't even possess the vocabulary to describe the feebleness of my "game." Lol. Of course I'm not the first noob they've dealt here and they knew just how to handle the likes of me. The Pro explained some of the differences in the various paddles, some being designed more for speed, some for power. He guided me to the exact right paddle.
