Today, I purchased a wagon and the young lady who helped me was amazing. She brought the item down, answered my questions, and even offered to carry it for me. She was incredibly kind and deserves recognition for her outstanding customer service. One thing I noticed was that while I was carrying the wagon through the store, the only employees who offered help were female team members. I passed two younger male employees who didn't check in, even though I was clearly struggling a bit. I wasn't expecting anyone to carry it for me, but a simple offer to help would have been appreciated. I also want to recognize the older gentleman outside who checked on me while I was loading my car and made sure I was okay. Overall, this is still a great store. My only suggestion is to encourage all employees to check on customers carrying heavy items. Maybe because I wasn't older or looked like I struggled but it was heavy and seeing me struggle a bit - A small gesture can make a big difference.

The gentleman saw I was with my toddler alone so he was helpful in grabbing all the shoes I wanted him to try on. This location didn't have my toddlers shoe size but they did offer an alternative. The gentlemen suggested I purchase the shoes and just pick up at another location down the street. The store has a private parking lot across from a busier section in Oxnard. However, if you want to park for free, you need to park at the perimeters of the Collection and walk to this Lululemon. What I like about this establishment is that they immediately serve you as soon as you walk in, in comparison to the Lululemon outlets where the educators kind of ignore you. My intention for this visit was to use the hemming service adding to the great value of my pants. I was helped by Ryley F., who promptly was able to take me in with a smile to hem my 5 pocket, ABC, warpstreme pants. He was able to serve me efficiently by leading me to the fitting room. He awaited for me to emerge so he could promptly measure my pants, pin it, then send it on its way to get hemmed. It took exactly 7 days until I got my pants hemmed back. It was such a smooth and efficient process, all Lululemons should operate this way. When I returned to the store today to pick up my pants, it took no less than 1 minute where I was in and out. He pulled up the app on his phone to see the same inventory that I had from the website. There is IN FACT life vests at this store.
