I purchased a pair of cleats for my son and they came in as expected. He then wore then for one practice on artificial turf and they were not the right size. We chose to return them as we could not order the next size up. The return was denied. I have been odering and wearing cleats for decades and have always had no issue if they are returned within the timeframe. The denial stated that the cleats had been worn. There is no way to really get the feel for cleats without wearing them. I would not recommend xtremesocceronline for cleats as they do not allow for any attempt to get a feel for the cleats. read more

We stopped at dick's for some new cleats but the selection and sizing was limited. Xtreme Soccer was close so we popped in. Sizing was a little limited but the service was awesome. Javier was responsive and we found some Pumas that were perfect. read more

I ordered my LA Galaxy community jersey earlier this week and emailed to see if they could manage to ship my jersey and get it to me by Friday since I was going to the game on Saturday, or if they can make it possible for me to pick up on Saturday on my way to the game since I live in Santa Barbara county. Roberto promptly replied and assured that my jersey would get to me no later than Friday, I was surprised to see how quickly they were to reply and address my concern. The worst, I would not even give it a 1Star. Before when I used to go, and I am talking about before the Pandemic, my experience used to be fun. But Now I do not know what is going on with the employees, they are the worst, they Do Not make you feel welcome anymore, looks like they do not want to do they're job, they are in the back all the times and when they are out in the store they don't even offer to ask you if you need help, and when you actually do need help, they treat you the worst. Not to mention a few years ago maybe like 3 or 2 years ago.... I would mention the Employee name but I don't remember or recall since it has been so long. Well he was just laughing and smirking with the other employee, about the customers and myself and I asked what is so funny and he clearly was ignoring me. I did ask about his manager's number and he seemed careless like if he knew he wouldn't get in trouble. Also the girl that works there used to be helpful and now also she doesn't care about her job either, super rude. I would not do business with them! read more

We just moved to the area and one of the first things we did was look for a soccer store because my kids play a lot of soccer. Someone referred me to Xtreme Soccer. The first time we went, we had an awesome experience. Robert gave us the best service ever! I asked if we could get a discount because we were buying about $200 worth of gear. In San Jose, where we moved from, a lot of stores offer discounts to players of certain teams/clubs. He asked what team my son plays for and went in the back to ask someone. He came back and said, "We can give you a 15% discount." Great! We bought the stuff, and I told him we'd be back to buy cleats. A couple weeks later we returned to buy $200 cleats. Unfortunately, Robert wasn't there and I asked the guy who was there if we could get a discount again. He asked what team we were with and went in the back room to check. He came out and said, "No, we only give discounts to teams we manage." Well, I only buy from places that give me a discount and I don't pay full price for anything. We left and I ordered the $200 cleats online with a discount and free shipping. I will never go back there. It's too bad because I really liked Robert and we would've definitely been regulars. read more

Called three different soccer stores looking for 4 different sized childrens Jerseys and this is the only store that had them original. I didn't think it would be that hard to buy 4 new shirts of the best soccer team Mexico has "Chivas". I was happy I found them here and even happier to find out that the whole store was buy one get the next one of equal or less value at 50% off. Staff was helpful and friendly. My rating is actually no starts out of five, but I had to select one I order to complete the review. I was informed that they could print a logo a some shirts within the timeframe I provided. I was excited to have them ready for my race but they lied to me. They couldn't do the logo nor do the quantity that I asked for. It was a horrible experience! They have all the items, equipment and uniforms needed for multiple sports, mainly soccer. Their prices are a bit high but they often have clearance. They accept debit and credit cards. They have sell the tickets here for rubys night club when they have artists lol not sure if it's the same owner. The workers are friendly but not very knowledgable. Worst experience purchased cleats yesterday but my son tried them again on at home and they were a little tight. I tried to exchange the size today, since I took them home the manager lady who was helping us said she couldn't take them since they look as if they have been worn. The cleat we purchased were the display ones with minor scratches but we purchased anyways since those where the only one they had left. When we tried exchanging we were blamed for the scratches. Horrible experience I will never purchase soccer item from this company ever again. It sucks I prefer to help small business like this but I will take my money else were. Been to this store a couple times now, and have had nothing but a great experience. I was talking to one of the workers about different styles of cleats and what he preferred wear. He seed very knowledgeable but was still willing to admit if he didn't have first hand experience with a specific cleat I asked about. I probably tried on 4-5 different cleats and they were extremely willing to let me try them on with absolutely no pressure to buy anything. Would definitely go again. read more

Unfortunately we are forced to use this company for our club team. I ordered team sweatshirts for my husband and I on May 20th and as of today, July 9th, they still can't find the product. We have spoke so many times that they know my name, the tracking number and the product I'm waiting for. Finally today they gave me the option to just credit me back. So disappointed. read more
