When I asked about purchasing ammo, I was told I had to buy a gun in California before I could purchase any ammunition, which is not accurate information under California law. As a customer, I expect staff to be knowledgeable and willing to help, especially when dealing with something as important as firearms and ammunition. Instead, I left feeling dismissed and misinformed. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves both customer service and staff training.

He asked "are you actually interested in buying shoes or are you just doing this for fun". What in the actual sales pitch is that? That was almost enough for us to walk right out of the store. (FYI we were very interested in buying multiple pairs but not after that comment we only bought one from my sales person). He started talking about the shoe inserts and my wife told him she already had custom ones from her podiatrist. That's when he acted EXTRA annoyed. My fit expert swore I needed to buy a size 9.5 even though I've always had a 10. Then my wife's insisted she also needed a 9.5 and she's always had an 8.5 or 9. They were both disagreeing on how much toe space we needed. One telling my wife she needed more and mine telling me I needed less. So against my better judgment I listened to my fit expert and got the 9.5 After I got home and started wearing the around and with a tiny bit of feet swelling and warmth my toes were jamming at the end of the shoe. I returned my pair and bought them at REI. This was the worst shopping experience I have ever had. However, if you want to park for free, you need to park at the perimeters of the Collection and walk to this Lululemon. What I like about this establishment is that they immediately serve you as soon as you walk in, in comparison to the Lululemon outlets where the educators kind of ignore you. My intention for this visit was to use the hemming service adding to the great value of my pants. I was helped by Ryley F., who promptly was able to take me in with a smile to hem my 5 pocket, ABC, warpstreme pants. He was able to serve me efficiently by leading me to the fitting room. He awaited for me to emerge so he could promptly measure my pants, pin it, then send it on its way to get hemmed. It took exactly 7 days until I got my pants hemmed back. It was such a smooth and efficient process, all Lululemons should operate this way. When I returned to the store today to pick up my pants, it took no less than 1 minute where I was in and out. Now that's the kind of 5 star service I expect!
