Go SKECHERS GO!! Skechers is one of my favorite brand tennis shoes/sneakers. There really is not like another. I do own Nike, Reebok,Converse All Star, Vans, and other type of Tennis shoes, but it doesn't have that comfort that Skechers has. To me a shoe has to be very comfortable. Not an inch or size big or small, but perfectly right to fit and hug my foot/feet. I walked in today at this big Skechers outlet/Warehouse and received a nice welcome from their employees. I was looking for an easy fit w/out shoe laces tennis shoes that also paired up with the price. Needed size 6 and black color. Well, they had both. A lot of the stores have closed down as some of us already know. Well, this warehouse is still open and hopefully will remain open for the years yet to come. They have walking shoes, cozy slippers, sandals, athletic footwear and more.. They have shoes for adults and also for kids. All you have to do is slide your feet in and you are ready to go for a hike, walk, etc.. Paid $40 for my new comfy tennis shoes and walked out. The store was clean and had ample parking. I love being able to get sketchers shoes which to me are very high-quality at an affordable price. The outlet store always has specials buy one pair get another pair of 50% off. Before I buy shoes anywhere else I go to that store first. The selection is not the same as in the retail stores. You are not gonna find all sizes and selections as in the current season. But to me, it's worth it. There really isn't any service to speak of. But the people who work there are very friendly and very helpful. Over the years not once have I gotten anyone with a bad attitude. And they have fresh popcorn. I'm giving this a five because for an outlet store I think it's amazing. But it is not the same as a retail experience. read more

So I'm a little baffled , I like this store and the employees are pretty cool. , always helpful . I have been shopping here at this location ever since I moved to Ca , (probably about 15 years ) and never had a problem , but this last time I purchased my black skecher sneakers , after a couple of months the rubber underneath sneakers started coming off , I have never worn a sneaker that's ever done this ?! So I'm confused on my purchase ! I have been wanting to call this store and ask , just haven't had anytime . , Not looking to get anything out of this but I also am not very happy that this happened , and by no means are these sneakers cheap , so I'm wondering does outlet mean my sneakers could have had some issues , maybe . Skechers Van Nuys off Van Nuys really came/comes through... This very deep blue shoe store... both inside and out has a lot of space for your footwear needs in all sizes, including some rare larger sizes in men's and women's. I'm a size 13 in men and surprisingly came across a good amount of options on my trip in the other week. The sale some clothing (mainly shirts) and socks here as well that are all reasonable. I've been in before, but never really settled on anything until recently when I needed some new practical shoes on sale and found some comfy tennis shoe slip ons that came out to roughly $30 after a mark down discount and a add on coupon for 15% off (originally $80)... Van Nuys Skechers, near the Victory Blvd/Van Nuys Blvd intersection has killer customer service if not what you want or need in-stock and while there isn't always someone on the main floor there is always service with a smile and information including deals or rewards you may have missed or when sizes might be available. The street parking is plenty and the share some lot space with a Chinese restaurant just behind them off Gilmore St. Always more options toward the back half of the store in clearance. Since we've been doing more hike and walks since the pandemic we were in dire need of more sport shoes, casual sneakers. Our usual store is closed, so I started to look around to see what's open! Glad I found this location of Skechers, it's an outlet in Van Nuys. The area is in pretty bad shape, but the store is easy to find on Van Nuys Blvd., has a small lot in the back. The shoe selection is incredible, I was impressed, prices are decent, my husband and I left with new goodies to wear in future hikes. Customer service is good, they are nice, but not all over you and they make sure everyone is wearing a mask, they are serious about that! The whole store is organized for everyone to keep social distancing (not too many shoppers), with one way aisles, hand sanitizer, you have to try shoes on in designated areas only and put a sock on. Rules that are easy to respect. I was glad you can try shoes on, they had a great variety of shoes and sizes and buy one, get one for 50%. Nice shopping experience, I'll be back since we like the brand and their shoes, comfy, cool and last a while! read more

Metered Street parking from 8AM-8PM except Sundays. Make sure to feed the meter. Went in on a Monday at around 5 pm noticing immediately the establishment had minimal customers. As you enter, the men's section are on the left half of the store while the women's kid's are on the right half. The place is neat and the shelves are full of inventory. Although some of the items that interested me didn't have my size. The clearance rack is located at the rear of the store. Saw some duplicating items with different prices. The size sign on the top of the racks doesn't necessarily match the sizes of the products below them. You'll need to itemize each item to verify the correct size you are looking for. Ultimately decided to take advantage of 1 of their current specials. Second item for 50% off. read more

Went in to find shoes for work , The store was dead . So that was nice but now I know why. There's some woman I'm assuming supervisor who instead of helping customers is on a power trip. My cousin asked if they had a restroom & her response was does it look like we have one??? Wtheck. Then she comes barking at me saying to go sit down and try shoes. I don't have issues with policies but don't talk to me like I'm your employee or child. She needs to be trained in customer service please and thank you goes a long way. My husband had found this outlet and got almost half price for the same shoes he liked in the mall. I finally went there last weekend. The selection is amazing, however as with most outlet stores, not everything in the mall is in their store. I was able to purchase 3 pairs of shoes for under $100. Love the memory foam as I teach and need the cushioned insoles for my feet. Street parking on Sundays is free, but the neighborhood is creepy. Some crazy guys were yelling at each other at the top of their lungs on the sidewalk next to the store. It might be safer not to go there alone like I did. Worst service ever!! Not only in the Store but also the Management team and Corporate Office. Store Manager was garbage didn't have any CUSTOMER SERVICE training at all, very rude,and didn't even know how to handle a simple Defective product exchange, he asked his cashier for his corporate phone number and of course it was wrong. Today I went to return a pair of new Sketcher. I had my recipet and the shoes were new in the box. The Manager was so incredibly rude, downright mean! I am elderly and disabled. She refused to direct me to my size are, refused to give me the nylon stockings used to try on shoes. I don't understand why this woman was so awful. She actually told me that she would not allow me to exchange the shoes to a pair that don't hurt my feet and the best she would do was give me $20! I paid just over $40 for them. I have always heard good things about Sketchers shoes, but after the abuse that I suffered at the hands of this manager , I will never buy another pair of shoes from them. I wish I could put into words just how awful it felt to be treated so poorly. It is just devastating to have someone treat you so terribly. I wouldn't even give 1 star if I could avoid it. !!!!!!!!! BEWARE OF SKETCHERS !!!!!!!!!! I used to like my Sketchers shoes..............but they won't take responsibility for a LOUSY PRODUCT now! One pair of mesh tennis shoes got a hole in the toe, another mesh pair is freying at the ball of the feet and a third pair wore out on the inside of the heels so that the foam is popping out. Went in last night at about 30 minutes before closing with my two little girls for the first time. It was the third shoe store and our last attempt on finding something that both my girls (different taste) would like. I was a bit nervous that they would be a bit rude because of the time, but I was wrong. The lady on the floor was kind and helpful, and treated my kids with smiles and patience. I really wanted to buy Sketchers Shape-ups, so I tried on probably 10 pairs of shoes at this store- which btw has so-o-o many shoes!! But the shoes either were too small in the toes or too big in the heels, or made me want to fall over with their curvy soles!! And many in my popular size were out of stock; so you have to keep looking. ....So I tried their lightweight sneakers & found 1 pair. Most Sketchers shoes don't have a lot of support, except for the Shape-Ups, if you can wear them. They are very pretty, though! And the sales prices are great - buy 1, get 1 half-off. Easy to return, if you have your receipt & they are in perfect condition. I did actually buy some boots that looked like Uggs last winter - very cute. read more

Frankly this store is finally better organised, but the manager is horrible. There was a trainee on the checkout, who needed help and the manager did their best to make sure that I had to wait the maximum amount of time possible. When I said I was dissappointed that the manager had stopped serving on the 2nd checkout, the manager was dismissive in their tone and clearly intent on causing drama rather than helping customers. Throughout, I had to deal with a tired child who didn't want to be there in the first place. I think you'd be better buying sketchers from anywhere else. read more

Always been a fan of Skechers shoes. They take casual shoes and make them stylish. Since I love bargain shopping, I always pick up 2 pairs when I go of casual/dressy black shoes. Since I am pounding the pavement daily, I tend to be dress shoe adverse while working. Skechers is a happy medium. Where else can you get 2 pairs of black casuals for under $70 out the door? Completely disappointed in the store. It is so close to home that it is a shame the staff (manager and down) don't take pride in a community store. We visited before about a year ago and did not have the same experience. The store was clean and the sales staff helped. Today, the store was absolutely filthy. I worked retail for years and it takes nothing to sweep the floor every 20 minutes or if you see trash on the floor, bend down and pick it up. THIS should be a GIVEN. I was completely disappointed. I mentioned the trash.... which was in every aisle in the 5 columns with kid shoes in the back....and none of the employees picked up the trash...which was a lot...even at the checkout in the center of the store. Worse experience I've ever had shopping for shoes, the girls there were so into their conversations that they cared less about my needs as a customer. They were not friendly at all. I work at a place where we KNOW our paycheck was made possible by a customer so we know how to treat customers, they weren't even welcoming at that store I felt I was a burden. I almost felt bad asking for assistance. It is very disappointing to not feel welcomed at a place I chose to spend my money on. I think they need some serious customer service training, this was just awful. I was going in to exchange my shoes because in my box I got a 7 size shoe and a 7.5 shoe. So all I wanted was to get the right size but after the horrible experience I had I just decided to return them instead. It's okay. But the prices are not outlet prices. Still very pricey, sometimes the same as the store price, but with the perpetual buy 1 get 50% off the 2nd. If you can FIND two pairs of shoes that you like and need, that's a moderate savings, but it's of no use when you're trying to just buy 1 pair of shoes. And last but not least: NO PARKING! It's all metered street parking, even on the sides. And the meter maids are vicious there. So my pair of $24.99 shoes ended up $88 after getting a ticket. That won't happen to everyone, and I don't blame Skechers for it, but I'd say to just drive to the one in Reseda that has a nice big parking lot, and then only if you're okay with buying two pair of shoes at a time. read more
