I came here Friday evening. It was dead so that meant more service and attention for moi. Susan was incredibly patient and helpful getting me all the pants I needed. Back to school means a whole new smashing wardrobe. What a joy it was. I bet there are some negative reviews when the store is busy and such. Ignore them. Come when it's less busy and get the attention and care you deserve.

Not a piece of this window display, which I really loved is carried in this store. Isn't that called false advertisement?

Every time they have sales, they jack up the price, then it says additional 30-40 off. Not good business practice

I had a little time and was looking for a cute lounge set to wear for work and running errands, so I asked ChatGPT for boutique recommendations in the area and Soto Sherman Oaks was one of the places suggested before I even checked Yelp or Google. That alone made me curious to stop in. First of all, this is an excellent place if you like to shop on your own without someone hovering over you the entire time; no pushy sales energy, which I personally appreciate. I was able to browse comfortably and take my time. I ended up finding exactly what I was looking for -- the cutest lounge set. They had it in black, pink, and blue, and I went with the blue one. I also picked up a pair of sunglasses and a really cute choker necklace. They have a nice selection overall -- shoes, jewelry, friendship bracelets, bags, accessories -- lots of fun pieces. The pricing is on the higher side, but the quality definitely feels better than what you'd order online. You can tell the pieces are more thoughtfully curated. The only thing I would mention is that greeting customers when they walk in makes a big difference. When I came in, no one greeted me or smiled. One of the sales associates, Michaela, walked by a couple of times and didn't acknowledge me at first, even when I smiled. It wasn't a huge deal, but it did stand out. Once I tried on a few outfits and initiated the interaction myself, she was pleasant and helpful. The other sales associate (I didn't catch her name) was also lovely. Parking was easy. I found street parking right away. Overall, I had a good experience and found some lovely pieces. If you're in the area and like discovering fun, trendy items without feeling pressured, it's worth stopping in.

The woman in the picture just kept saying "they're over there" and pointing from behind the counter and never moved to show my mom where they were. She just kept looking at her phone. She had an attitude the entire interaction and was extremely lazy with a condescending tone. I'd rethink your sales associates and maybe hire people with better customer service skills and who are approachable and helpful. People would probably want to spend their money if they had pleasant interactions with your staff.

It was really waaaaaaaaaaay too overpriced for what they were selling and even with the 50-75% off sale upstairs, it still wouldn't make me wanna spend $75 on a tshirt. They did have a few pieces that we really cute, but it's nothing that a scenester couldn't have pieced together from the Goodwill in Los Feliz for a fraction of the cost. Sadly it seems to me that this store thinks it's on Robertson and rumor has it, YA AIN'T, so I really don't see it lasting more than another few months. Sorry Charlie.

I have always had a great shopping experience and once again it did not disappoint. Walked in around 3pm and was greeted by a couple of employees. Overall, my shopping experience was very pleasant. Since I didn't have a clue what I was there for, I eventually saw a few items that I didn't need, but wanted. In addition to that, they were on sale and had good discounted items. I had to go for it and make a purchase. This is a big Ross. 2 levels. Mens department along with other stuff are on the 2nd floor, women's are on the 1st floor. They also have an elevator inside the store which is a HUGE plus for many people.Store was clean and well organized. I saw a few items that caught my eye. Got an LED Candle set, 4 blouses, 2 frames 4x6 each one was $1.00, 2 sprays Yankee brand, pink sand scent, summer open toe slippers & a small travel pack pillow cases which came in 2. I was very content & happy with my purchases and the total came out to around $50 plus tax. Check out process was fast and quick. They had 3 registers open and everyone was doing what they were supposed to do. Big Parking space shared with few other businesses. I love how they are open super late.

Dosent evn speak English well. He was just rude overboard. Furthermore, the cashier Marisol was highly disrespectful and acted inappropriately by placing her hand in front of my face in a dismissive manner. The entire interaction was deeply unpleasant. I felt harrased. I must, however, express my sincere thanks to a different cashier--who was not named--who intervened. This individual came to help and attached the tag back without any issue. Their assistance was greatly appreciated. I am requesting a formal response and an explanation for the unacceptable behavior of the staff involved. Othrwise i will Report incident thru The Law Firm.

True, your prayers have come true -- therefore there's a new True Religion store next door for you,…read moreyour boo and Scooby Doo, too -- but who would go there when you can get the same ridiculously trendy (some might say played out) jeans on sale at 818 Freight next door -- a one-off store that's been at Sherman Oaks Fashion Square for years? Not you, sexy, that's for sure! Glide right past the entrance and the regularly priced merch, and home right in on the SALE shelf and racks. Honestly, at least a third of the store is on blowout sale at any given time, and if you're talented at wheedling, even regularly priced items will have a healthy percentage shaved off if your pleas come forth in the right key. Those $260 jeans suddenly only cost you $110, so now you can afford to invest in that high-yield stock portfolio you've always told yourself you'd add to your curriculum vitae. Or just buy some shoes, whatever. Right? The owner/manager is a sweet Asian woman who kind of looks mean but reveals her kindness whenever she asks you if you need help, and whenever she thoughtfully looks the other way when you realize girls' pants will fit you better than men's, if you're male but can talk with your hips and make the world come hither with your lips. The store's collection leans heavily toward young women but sways every now and then back to guys, so that there's something for everyone to add to their wardrobe. Button-up shirts with sequins and applique are available in case you're tired of being the only one of your friends who isn't living out his Entourage fantasy (btw - please say your fantasies aren't as douchey). T-shirts, too, of course, though honestly, the jeans are the only worthwhile men's item unless you want to dress like one of those people who drives a leased Audi and tells everyone that they're a music producer when they really pump yogurt for their rent money. For ladies, there's lots of dresses that will fit me. Er, you. You. So cute, and so stylish! There are hair accessories, too, but forget about buying your extensions here, because there are none. Grow it out, honey -- or buy them from a kiosk near Bloomingdale's on the other side of the mall. Oh, my good[bad]ness... These Miss Sixty's would SO fit, too. Is there any way I can cover up the "Miss" part? No? Okay, then. Get ready, world.
