They were very kind and helpful. Right away they told me that they had some items on sale if I was interested. I thanked them and went about my day looking for a pair of skinny jeans and leggings. I found 2, one of each and they got me inside their dressing room. I tried both items, it was a bit tight on me. Prices were reasonable and affordable. I felt a bit disappointed because I liked them both very much. Store and the dressing rooms were very clean, & organized. Will definitely return next time I go to the mall. Conveniently located inside the mall on the 2nd and 1st floor. They have a lot of different clothes, accessories to choose from. Even for little children. I hope this Gap will be around for a very long time!

When I say tiny, I mean like something close to a perfume that is not too big in size. I was there like 4 days ago and was browsing all the aisles.I noticed how well, neat, organized the store is now; then it was before. A lot of employees on the floor asking questions if we needed any help. Everything was almost 75% off of the original price! Whether it was clothes/shoes, accessories, perfumes, lotions, soaps and/or other household/fashionable items. Brand names and fashionable trends. I really liked this store a lot. Mini version of the actual Nordstrom's that's in the mall.There were at least 3 cashiers working and all very friendly & helpful with the customers. The line was moving pretty fast & I liked that!! It was easy to navigate almost all the aisles. Top notch customer service, store was very clean, plenty of parking shared with a lot of other businesses and take a good look at my purse and the small bottled perfumes that I got under $180.00.(not including tax). Very content and impressed with everything & everyone! Keep up the good work! Will be back again soon.. if & when I am in the area, and/if I need anything else for me, for a gift, or something else.. We like old navy for clothes for our little girls, be a use they're fairly inexpensive and they usually have a pretty good selection. The people who work here are always helpful and friendly, even though they are understaffed in my opinion. The reason this is is a four star review is because the store is pretty small, which sometimes leads to a limited selection. They always tell you you can get it on the website, but if I wanted to get it on the website I wouldn't have come into the store.

When I was ready to check out, Jennifer helped me at the register. I was paying with a gift card, but it wouldn't scan. Jennifer told me that I would have to manually enter the gift card number myself. I asked, "I have to do it?" and she simply replied, "Yes." As a mom carrying my 8-month-old daughter in one arm, having to manually enter the entire gift card number on the keypad was extremely inconvenient. Shopping at a children's store means many customers are parents who already have their hands full. Requiring customers to complete this step themselves feels inefficient and frustrating. If this is Carter's policy, I hope the company reconsiders it. At the very least, self-checkout would make much more sense in situations like this. What disappointed me most was that when I expressed how inconvenient the process was, Jennifer laughed and then got on her phone as I walked out of the store. That response made me feel dismissed rather than valued as a customer. I love Carter's products, but experiences like this make me question whether it's worth shopping in-store when I can purchase the same items at stores like Macy's or Kohl's and receive better customer service.

When you walk into the store, you'll notice that this place is very organized. The girls clothing are on the left and the boys clothing are on the right. It's also setup by the age of the child as well. So newborns are in the front and the further you go down, the higher the age. They also have some toys in here as well and that's in the middle of the store. This place is in a plaza with a bunch of parking spots so you shouldn't have any issues. The stuff here will vary on prices so just be aware of that.

Side note one other issue is that the dress I bought today, obviously it's brand new and the little free people emblem inside that's supposed to be sewn on is dangling and ready to fall off already. Not a huge deal but kinda disappointing, I know consignment stores often check for that free people emblem to verify authenticity/brand.

I needed some assistance and was unable to get any. At checkout, I got a "That's it?" I did not get a "thank you" ... nothing but a negative experience. Additionally, there was a sign that clearly said the ENTIRE store was buy 1 item, get 50% off another. The cashier said it was a mistake and it's only T-shirts. I hope it was an exception, which won't happen again!
