Super clean store, lots of great stuff, Big parking lot in back of store, unfortunately not enough sales people working, only one person ringing up at the front, and one person at the fitting rooms. I'm sure they had more people working. But not to be found...

Men's selection of jackets! (WAY more not pictured!!)

A surplus store indeed! For all fans of Urban Outfitters, you will enjoy the quantities and styles of fashion that this store holds. However, unlike outlet stores which I mistakenly took this for, there is no price difference. I see a sweater here, marked $39.99, that I purchased for $9 at another location. Don't hold this to be true about all items though! The building itself has a warehouse feel without the burden of purchase that other locations have. You can even enjoy some arcade games and a ping pong table for your less patient family members. (we won't point fingers...) P.S. Fitting rooms are plentiful!

The first thing you notice upon entering is a weird bad smell. The prices are up there even though they claim to have discounted items. Small selection but still some good finds. Home good section clearance is a mess. Would come back if and when prices drop.

Sweet Deals!!! This UO location has GREAT sales. 3 weeks ago I bought a beautiful hat that was orginally $38 but on sale for $10. When I got to the register the cashier said," it was then an additional %50 off because of a special sale @ this location!!!" $5 dollar hat?! Score on this 1920's 'Changeling' style hat. A classic. So the cashier suggested I look around and I did and came across a pair of gorgeous Frye chocolate leather boots. No idea UO carrried top quality boots like Frye. These boots retailed $398 marked down @ $230 then marked at $100. I walked out of the store yelling like the IKEA lady "Start the car! Start the car..." The boots were $49.99!!! I love these boots so much and already wore them for a couple of weeks on my Aunt's horse ranch. I will have them for a lifetime. Today, again window shopping I found this great hand cremes love & toast by Margot Elena on sale.(gin blossom & paper flower) Orginally, $10 they were only $1.99. Also, prickly pear and cherry lemonade lip balm only $1.99 orgianlly $9. Lavendar perfume roll on's $1.99 too* UO markdowns are great. So, I bought a ton for B-day gifts. There always plenty of sales people @ this location who are exceptionally friendly. This store is always organized including the clearance areas. What I like best is the dressing room area which is spacious and comfortable. Kudos to the store manager and staff @ this store! The Studio City location is now my fav shopping location.

My new urban rings! :)

Rudest employees with the biggest attitude. Wanted to buy more stuff here but just felt so unwelcome.

Deals and steals! So delighted this consignment shop exists on the Westside. I've come across and…read morepurchased some amazing consigned men's items at this store -- Chrome Hearts hoodie, sweats, and sunglasses; Balenciaga trench coat; Rimowa luggage; Bottega Veneta & Loewe tote bags. The staff here is so welcoming and sincere, and are not afraid to strike up a warm conversation. The store is run very efficiently for consignors as well -- I've consigned many men's designer that have sold quickly here. I'd say it's easier to find nice designer womenswear. Men's designer is harder to find, but at times you'l get lucky with designer menswear.

Used to love this place but now it's more of a buyer beware situation, based on a recent…read moreexperience. I purchased two candle holders and later got a voicemail saying I owed an additional 33 cents because they'd undercharged me. Odd amount to call about, but I was out of town and didn't call back right away. The next day I answered a call (that turned out to be from them) asking for someone else entirely. Assuming the number was possibly spam, I googled the number, saw it was Trove, and then emailed them directly, saying I understood I owed 33 cents and asking for an invoice. They corrected me. I actually owed $33, not 33 cents, they couldn't send an invoice by email, and wanted me to call and give my card info over the phone instead. After everything already off with this (the wrong number call, the 33-cent voicemail, no email invoicing), I didn't feel comfortable reading my card number to someone over the phone. I offered to stop by in person instead, and asked in advance if they could have a receipt ready showing my original 33 cent charge, so I wouldn't be making the trip for nothing. I rearranged my lunch break to make this happen and showed up as planned. No receipt. They said they'd emailed it, but I'd specifically asked for a printed copy, the least they could do given this was their error to begin with. That request took several days notice and still didn't happen. Their printer was "acting up," so I got no receipt for the original charge and none for the new $33 charge, either! An error on their end turned into a special trip, wasted time on my lunch break, and still no paperwork to show for any of it. Disappointing customer service, especially when the customer is the one who has to burn their own time fixing your mistake. Edited to add, following their reply: I was never contesting the dollar amount being charged. I was happy to pay for what I purchased. I stated that they asked me to call in my card over the phone. I addressed why I was uncomfortable with doing that, and had asked for a way to provide payment electronically. When that option was not available I offered to come in. My disappointment is that despite their error, the wrong amount owed left on my voicemail, a random "wrong number" phone call from them, and inability to accept payment over something like square invoicing / Venmo / etc., all I asked for was a printed receipt. If someone has to make time to come in and fix your error, it's the least you could have done. I'm now even more disappointed in them after this response.

However, there really isn't much in the way of actual clothes to try on. There's way more online or with other retailers like Anthropologie or Nordstrom. The store is beautifully designed, but it's to hide the fact that they have a lack of actual merchandise. They also only have one size of everything out on the floor, which feels limiting and restrictive for anyone who isn't a size 0. I'm sure they have more sizes in the back, but that's not a great look in the era of body positivity. I still love the brand, but unfortunately the store was a miss for me. I'll continue to shop online instead.

I've always loved the Farm Rio brand and have consistently had positive experiences, (always at aventura mall) which made this visit even more surprising. Unfortunately, the staff was extremely rude, unwelcoming, and completely unwilling to help. Instead of creating a pleasant shopping experience, the atmosphere felt uncomfortable and unprofessional. What made the situation even more disappointing was the feeling that some employees were taking advantage of the manager's absence. Customer service seemed to be the last priority. I still appreciate the brand, but this particular location does not reflect the values and experience I've come to expect from Farm Rio. Based on my experience, I would not recommend shopping at this store.
