They have an array of clothes, accessories, baby toys, etc. I liked that they had organic options for some of their items. They also had really cute tiny purses and faux designer things for babies! The staff were really friendly both in person and over the phone. NOTE: Parking is either along the front of the store or in the parking garage. GPS took me to the Trader Joe's on the other side of the plaza -_- but it's actually right across the street of the Starbucks and the theatre. Would definitely recommend for cute baby things!

Yesterday I was driving down victory Boulevard in North Hollywood and I had to go to CVS. I spotted at CVS that I've never been to before and I also saw a Subway sandwich store. I had a coupon for Subway sandwich and I had to go to CVS so I thought this is an ideal location. Nestled in between the queue, was this little tiny boutique with the most beautiful clothing in the window. So of course I had to stop. Let me tell you it was unbelievable. First of all everything in the store is something I would buy. Which is rare for me because I'm very picky. The merchandise here look like Neiman Marcus or Saks, Fifth Avenue. The merchandise was very high-quality. Very fashionable and very high-quality. What I loved about the merchandise is that it was mostly separate. And because I'm a petite person that is important. But the prices were unbelievable. I couldn't believe that most of the merchandise was $100 or less. Some of the dresses were $150. But most of the merchandise was so reason to be priced that I spent almost $800 without batting an eyelash and got six outfits. Lizzie was delightful. She had several customers, but she made me feel like she was concentrating only on me. She reviewed each out Vet and gave me your honest opinion on whether or not she liked it on me. She wasn't just trying to sell me something. She owns the store. I finally figured out that the Zie was the last part of her name. Duh. Sometimes it takes me a minute. But it won't take me a minute to go back in the future. I'll be back soon. I can't wait to see what's new.

The employees, especially Alex G provide friendly patient service and go out of their way to help us out. Only downside is the user unfriendly way of checkout. It's all self checkout which is fine as long as you don't have any questions. If you do have questions, difficult to find answers. The first time we shot there we were told we had a $10 coupon for the next time we came in. When we checked out we found out that the $10 coupon was good as long as we spent more than $100 and only if we ordered online. I wanted 8 shirts, and they only had seven in stock. We had to stop the checkout process and then go through the process of ordering everything online for delivery. Quite inflexible. I wanted to try a couple of the shirts to make sure they fit. I have trouble with one of my arms and have a very hard time taking a t-shirt on and off so my husband was going to come into the try on cubicle with me, but we were told only one person was allowed. There was an older lady working and absolutely made us feel like we did not belong or wanted in the store. Yes, we might've been very dressed down and not put together but we were going to drive 5 hours back home so that wasn't a priority for us. The lady trailed behind us as if she was anticipating us to steal or mess things up or something. Whenever we left a spot/rack, she'd go right to that area and start fixing items there. When I whispered to my partner what I was thinking, he said he thought he was the only one feeling like she did not want us in there. Never had I ever felt like that before in a business and to be followed in that manner was something I never thought would happen to me or my little family. Even if I had wanted to actually purchase something this day, I probably wouldn't have because of this. I hope this is not something that regularly happens.

Upon first walking in the woman behind the counter didn't say hello she was on a phone call for quite sometime. Second I brought her a bag full of gently used / new clothing and 4 pairs of brand new sneakers Nike/ Jordan etc (she took everything!) and only gave me $12 store credit... i feel robbed and would have much rather have given my clothes to someone in need but lesson learned. I don't like greedy people who try to take advantage of others. That wasn't very nice and it wasn't worth the 25 minute drive and hassle of parking. Facebook marketplace or children's orchard is a much better option in my opinion. I hate to leave bad reviews about small businesses but i felt today i was robbed and taken advantage of and people should be aware.

I went to make an exchange to other location and I was told they couldn't help me that I had to go to the one I bought it. Yesterday, i had the chance to go to this location I just had surgery and the cashiers where helping two different customers (really bad customers) one of them had a child running even back of the counter and the mom didn't say anything. At this point I was losing my patience . The cashiers kept their integrity to the 100% shout out to them. When it was my turn I didn't check the jersey and it had a visible stain but with tags she told me it wasn't able to do the exchange but she would ask her manager that's when DANIEL came in and he was very nice. I explained the situation. He did the exchanges without a doubt. Thank you Daniel for your service . I just paid the difference and that's it. I would gladly come back to this location.
