Service was not great, i always come to this store and haven't had an experience like this before until today. I came to exchange two items, one of the item(jeans) was ripped and one shirt i didn't like, mind you the first cashier was nice but then the second lady (i think she was the manage) that took over she assumed one of the items was washed and used without even talking to me or asking me what happened, she kept saying we usually don't do this (exchange items that have been worm and washed) i told her twice that i had not worn them other than when i tried them on at the store. now that i was checking why i got charge again, i see one of the items that i was going to return was in my bag and i check the receipt and she charge me again, oh and for the item that was ripped she took it back and the new one i got, she removed the tags and said "this you wont be able to return" like WHYY ASSUME THAT?? and why did she removed the tags, is that even okay? I asked before if i could even exchange it and the first girl was nice enough to ask but the second lady was so rude and looked like she didn't even want to help me. I visited recently and found a baggy pants at their women's clearance section. It is the new style so I am keeping up with the trend. I usually visit their clearance racks. I patiently go over through the clothes. One time, I found a lot of clothes that are on sale for my sister. She is so happy and loved them. The store have a lot of nice clothes on display for the whole family, deals everyday, and racks of clearance items. Prices are competitive with other retailers. (thank you bf's sister) First order placed immediately! AFTER a trip to the actual store and trying all the size ranges to get the right fit..... I go online and scroll through the clearance since it's so much more pleasant than trying to find your size on a rack in the actual store right?! order ships in two seperate deliveries. First one gets delivered to wrong apt and lucky for me someone put it on the community mailbox on the STREET and I happen to see it on my way to work the next morning cause it was still there! the second delivery of that order unfortunately never made it to me. it was delivered to another neighbor who idk kept it or did the same mail box idea but someone must've snagged it. i request a refund for the second package and i get another gift card which now does not reach the minimum for free shipping. i place my order and AGAIN two separate deliveries. First part gets delivered (yay) then the other gets lost in the mail and the tracking stops from last facility. It's 8/2/24 and it should have been delivered 7/5/ .... i feel so exhausted from the emotional rollercoaster of finding the deal and not actually getting to receive it after all the data I had to enter. Let me start by saying I appreciate Old Navy and the Gap brand as a whole. That being said the experience I had today was a bit annoying. I will say I am unfortunately used to the lack of customer service we are all accustomed to these days from a younger group of individuals. But this woman I experienced today was much too old to have no customer service skills, as she was old enough to have perhaps invented it. There was not a "please" or "thank you" barely a smile on her decrepit face.Her concern was more about me using or getting an old navy credit card. I hope to god she is not a manager but merely someone who needs to be trained a bit better on her customer skills. I went there to return stuff I bought online (the package was ripped, one item didn't have a tag and items were late) the general manager sira had an attitude problem off the bat and felt like she just wanted me out of there. After telling her they sent me package ripped and without a tag she then told me to send it back to the online store ( she was saying it wasn't the right item matching the receipt but I only had two items on the receipt and when I tried showing her the description she wasn't really having it. She ended up giving me a bag and telling me to send it back. I ended up callin the customer service number and they helped me out from there by calling the store and having her return it for me. But to honest it shouldn't have even gotten that far esp when you're a general manager. Attitude to the first customer in the store like wow shows why you have a 2 and half star rating. sira if you knew how to manage then you should know it's not just about selling the product but environment too so people actually come back. COVID 19 Review: I have shipped here a few times in the past, but have noticed a lot of good changes here in light of COVID 19. They are monitoring the number of customers coming inside the store and making sure they they are wearing masks. My nephew who is almost 2 does not understand/cannot wear a mask (even though we do have one for him), and thankfully they did not enforce it on him. There are many reminders in the store for social distancing. However, they do still allow you to try things on (with one way traffic in and out of the fitting rooms.) The employees were very friendly, patient, attentive and rang yo the employees quickly through the line. Their sales are really good and you can sometimes find items up to 40% off. Will definitely come back to this location in the future. read more

I made a online order to pick up my jeans at this Old Navy store. I been to this store before and I been getting my jeans from here. I really loved their baggy jeans when they had it, now its just loose jeans. The pickup process was easy, just walk to the check out area and there a destinated spot for online pickup. I give the lady my order # and she give me my order. I asked if I could try them on and they said I could. One was too big so I asked to exchange it, she said to get a refund and then go pick the one that will fit me. Also to show the receipt so they can honor the price I paid for it. I didn't find the exact one because I didn't know where it was, so I just picked another loose jean and a different color since they didn't have my size. The other lady working the cashier was very helpful, she honored the price for me so I had a great experience here. The 3 jeans I got are great so far. read more

Great deal. Great choices. Fabulous customer service! I went looking for a maternity Christmas gift. I knew that I had seen a maternity section at this location the last time I went in. Unfortunately, the section was no longer there and I could only order it online. Yes, I was bummed because I would rather walk out with my purchase in hand but the young lady that was assisting me was so nice and offered to help me make my purchase online with free shipping. I had a good experience here. I bought clothes for my daughter at a different location a few months ago, but three days after we bought them, we wanted to return them. When I went here, I had the receipt, and I told them the situation. They were friendly and easy going about it, and we were able to return the clothes. The employees here are not just helpful, but they are friendly. Now if we are ever close by, we always go here knowing that we will be helped and treated nicely. The other thing is, the clothes at old navy in general are reasonably priced and good quality. The only downside was this location in my opinion, was a little messy and disorganized, but that's the only thing. read more

I didn't think at first that Old Navy would have a good baby/toddler section, but boy was I wrong. I usually never shop at Old Navy, but when I friend told me about their selection for babies, I wanted to check it out. They had amazing deals. The store had almost everything 50% the weekend I went. They even had a clearance section with super cute stuff. I don't always have luck with finding clothes for boys but they had a ton of options. I got about 8 outfits for $60 and that's a steal in my book. I can't wait to visit again soon!! read more

Three stars because I had to wait 25 long minutes to check out. Seriously, they need to have some of their employees come up front and operate the cash registers. There were like 15 of us in line, and the line only got longer as I was standing in it. I was at the head of the line for about 10 of those 25 minutes because directly in front of me there was a disorganized husband-wife who were returning a whole bunch of stuff (why'd you buy it in the first place if you didn't like it?!) and another lady who looked like she had problem after problem with her Apple pay or something on her iphone. They should've given us all 20% off like Macy's does to make up for it! But, at least they gave 10% off. It was a Monday afternoon, you wouldn't think it would be so busy, but it was. Oh well. Their return policy is either you return in 30 days or you are out of luck. No store credit. Old Navy, The Gap and Banana Republic are all the same company. I was told yesterday they changed their policy because they were losing too much money. I get no refunds after 30 days but how do you lose money with store credit? Look at the pictures! What a mess! I guess it was ok because their prices were so low that I felt as though I were stealing from them! I almost felt a little guilty getting such a great deal! I had to give them four stars because of the price I paid for the products I received. I think this was so shocking because I don't ever think I have seen brand new clothes this cheap before, especially at the mall. Normally I would minus a star for the complete mess all over the store, lack of organization, and lack of help from the employees. Also the customer service was okay, nothing amazing or anything to write home about. In fact one of the cashiers was a little snotty and but not all of them. I was a little annoyed by a sign I saw on the store. They had a sign that said text a certain pin number and you would receive five dollars off on your purchase. However when you did that you got a text message back saying you will now receive five dollars off on your purchase. However, once you get up to the register and try to use the five dollars off, you can't, it's for your next purchase for the following day. This was a little annoying. I think they should've stated that on the sign. It's a little misleading. I got a bunch of tank tops and T-shirts for two dollars each, I felt like I got an amazing deal! They were exactly what I was looking for. They also had pajama sets for $5.99 and some other great deals! I don't shop here very often so I'm not sure if these were normal sales or this was just special Christmas sales they had going on. Either way I was a pretty happy camper! The only other thing that really sucked was the line was at least 30 minutes long! Messy messy messy. Usually Old Navy's have some disorganization, but this location just seems to take it to a whole new level. It can be impossible to find anything in piles of messy, unfolded clothes. I know it's a losing battle for the employees, but come on. At least try! I also feel like the quality of product at Old Navys in general has dropped drastically. I wouldn't even consider buying anything other than boxers here unless I didn't care if it fell apart after a few washes. Victoria is a very rude manager. She rolled her eyes at me today, and huffed off with this bad attitude all over her not admitting something was on sale. I picked up a shirt on the $15 rack, and she tried to charge me full price. I told her no, it's not full price...it's on the $15 rack. She kept insisting it was full price. I showed her the rack, and she still insisted. I told her that was false advertising, and to remove the shirt if it was not on sale from the $15 rack. Old navy is good for kids' clothes. They're not expensive so you don't have to spend all this money on growing kids. I haven't bought anything for myself there in a while. There just hasn't been anything that caught my eye. I also don't like the fit of their jeans. Total MOM BUTT effect. Not cute. I do like their work out/yoga clothes. They're affordable and fit me just right. They frequently offer 30% and 40% off sales which is great. I love the Stuff n Save promotions. You always get a free tote bag. The deals are great! But expect to wait about half an hour up to checkout. Usually this location is staffed 2 people but even with 3 it's a long wait. Heck, even four it's still long. The manager girl is a little over her head and takes the position too seriously and can sometimes come off rude. So expect that too. They probably have to deal with 100 rude people a day but it can prevented if they were staffed properly because everyone gets even more mad waiting forever. read more

I love Old Navy for myself and my kids but the employees here don't know policies. I tried to exchange for a different size and the first time they said they couldn't look up an online purchase so I had to have the packing slip with barcode. Fine. So second time I tried to exchange and she said the price will be different because it's an online exclusive. Umm. Okay. This is why brick and mortar stores are going out of business.
