Mid experience. The veteran employees definitely love working with each other because that's all they talked about on the floor. They were very busy talking to each other while the one person looking for shoes was slammed. All brick and mortars are stepping up their game. As an avid online shopper I have to say I was swayed to return to the mall for a good old fashioned shopping spree. Crocs specifically -I was greeted twice , I noticed that crocs have become fashion, accessories merch and personalization way to step it up. I was only in store to do an online return, in true me fashion I over purchase keep one or two items and return the rest. There was no line and two cashiers. I was assisted by Sage , who I had a delightful conversation with about my social anxiety/crowds and how it keeps me from places like the mall. One of my favorite stores to shop at. They always have something new and cute. I love the colorful crocs specially the sandals. This location is big and always organized. It's probably the closet to me so I always end up here when I need crocs. They always have specials happening such as 25% off or buy one get one half off. Today I bought two crocs for my son, one was on sale for $29.99 and the second one was $49.99 but I was surprised to find out I got 20 % off when I was paying.
