10/10 would recommend and tell a friend! I had been thinking about purchasing crocs for a minute #1 because they are comfortable and #2 you can customize them to make them uniquely you! I walked in today just looking and then walked out but something in me told me to go back in and boy am I happy it did! I walked out with not 1 pair but 2 pairs of crocs that fit my size and style thanks to the help of DAISY! She was amazing and exceeded my croc expectations. She was very helpful with going to the back twice for me. She gave me her honest opinion of which ones looked better and helped me pick out some fun charms because she reminded me that I was able to get 2 free ones with what I already had. I will also add when she wasn't helping me she was asking others if they needed help, and so were the other employees. Her attitude and professionalism made it really easy for me to walk away happy and I got a great bang for my buck all thanks to Daisy and the amazing croc team! I can't wait to wear my crocs EVERYWHERE:))) read more

Ryan and his fellow associate were very kind and helpful and were very diligent about attending to everyone in the store. Had a good experience while in their store. My only "merp" is the bag situation. It was either carry your shoes out or pay 2.99 for a reusable bag. read more

I needed to make an exchange from an online order, so I braved the Glendale Galleria on a Saturday in December. EEK! While the mall & store were crowded, I still easily received help from Sage. They listened to my issue & went to the back to get me a few options. Once ready to make the exchange, she had to work some magic since my online purchase was from a sale and did so with kindness & ease (and a super supportive manager). Sage was all around friendly & helpful and I really appreciate them making a holidays mall trip less stressful. read more

Just bought some crocs from this store and they have an AMAZING environment. Ryan was so helpful and kind. Definitely going back here to get more crocs! read more

Joe the manager at crocs in the Glendale galleria was amazing and focused on a resolution and not power of authority. He was a true professional and displayed what leadership looks like. I had an issue with a pair of crocs and instead of leaving me with a no and that's final he helped me and resolved the problem. Thanks Joe and I hope more people learn to help customers and not immediately go against them. Amazing character!! read more

The selection here was huge but what really made the place shine was the worker Andrea and her male coworker who I didn't get the name of. They were both funny, kind, and also let me know about the deals they have. I know how hard it is to work in customer service and despite how hard it is they still have a smile on their face and an amazing attitude! read more

Very good customer service! Their sales associate, Abir helped me a lot with helping me find the right size crocs in the color I wanted! Also informed me they'd have more jibbitz selections soon and to check them out! read more

I had the most amazing shopping experience with Ryan he was super welcoming and very attentive. I asked him for a smaller size and he brought me a new pair from the back! He also made check out super easy and helped us get a $10 discount off my purchase. Please thank Ryan for his excellent customer service!! I will definitely be back! read more

Went here to return a pair I bought online when their easy return policy for sending item back wasn't as easy as walking to the Galleria. I was offered help as soon as I walked up to the counter. I apologized for not having the packing slip but one was not included. I was told that they do not give packing slips to cut down on paper waste, so Good on you Crocs. I wasn't thrilled with the one month I was told it would take to credit my account but understand that is not a store level decision so, I wait... Great assortment and price range of shoes in every size and style you could want unless you are me and wanted the Crush Clog in black LOL. Awesome selection of Jibitz. The only reason I did not give this store 5 is that I called multiple times during day and evening hours and never got an answer, otherwise I would definitely recommend the Croc brand and this store. read more

I drove for 2 hrs just to get a exchange I bought the crocs online, I need it different size. The store was very clean and well stocked. They had everything that we need. I couldn't find the right size, I was greet by Sage with a beautiful smile and I was asked if I found everything that I need it. They have everything. The staff was very organized. Thank you for all your help Sage. I'm coming back I really recommend this amazing store. read more
