Some of these reviews are ridiculous. I don't understand. Everyone here is so quick to say these employees are mean and rude, but they don't make it any easier for them. Customers yell and get mad at them for something out of their control, I've seen it happen. They destroy tables that are being folded in front of them. Instead of asking politely for help, they are barking orders at them. They are actually really nice. I'm a regular shopper and have received great service and help from girls in the fitting room and at the registers. As long as you're polite and patient, they will help you with a smile on their face and thank you for coming into the store regardless of why you're there. Their clothing selection is a lot better than Old Town Pasadena location and it's a lot cleaner and quieter than Glendale. The lines can get long but they try their hardest to make it quick and easy. Overall really nice clean store and nice staffs. read more

I wish I can give 0 star to this location. Very very bad customer service experience in the fitting room. The employees in the fitting room , especially someone named Tina, are rude and gave us an attitude like I owe her something. I wish I didn't go to this location. Clothing is really great- especially when the store goes on sale. They really need to set up a return/exchange counter to keep the flow smooth. People are waiting almost an hour during sale season. This should have been anticipated. read more

So I order a dress online on 12/6 to be shipped to the Arcadia location, I contact the online customer service on Thursday 12/14 because I hadn't received any tracking or information on my shipment, they stated it was delayed in shipping and would arrive soon. No tracking provided nothing. I then received nothing on Friday the 15th which I needed the dress that day, I requested a refund and they stated that was possible, so I finally received an email yesterday on 12/16 stating my dress arrived. I show up today 12/17 for my dress and they said It wasn't there. I was pissed I told the manager if they had the dress she did in another size I said I would take that one instead just to get something and they said I had to pay for it. I'm out $73.00 no dress and super angry. I will never shop with them again and will be filling a claim with my credit card in the morning. read more

Robert, one of the managers at Zara is EXCEPTIONAL!!!! I have been assisting my niece, with returning some items. Dealing with Zara's customer service has been a NIGHTMARE!!! We have been told so many different stories about why a label could not be generated, so my niece could return her items. Her husband is in the military and stationed out of the county, so there are no Zara stores near her. She must order online. Finally, Zara said I could walk the items into the Arcadia store. Zara also said they would email all necessary documents to the local store and it wouldn't be an issue. I wrote down the case number assigned and brought everything in. Zara didn't email anything to the local store. Robert took the time to call Zara and the customer service was not helpful. Robert was very patient and was able to solve the issue. It has taken almost SIX MONTHS to solve this issue. The Arcadia store is VERY FORTUNATE to have someone who really is dedicated to customer service. I hope besides thanking Robert for his dedication, Zara gives him a financial gift. read more

Love Zara! Unfortunately the one here in Santa Anita mall has the worst costumer service. Most employees look like they hate their job. You ask them for anything and they look bother. They only had one cashier when there was about 10 people I line. Other employees were just hanging our chatting and on their phone. When I asked one of the employees of it was possible to open another cashier, he look really bother. It took 30 minutes for me to pay. I almost walked out but I really like the pants. We love this store! They have the cutest childrens line and at great prices. The women's clothes are unique and styles are different from other stores at Santa Anita Mall and surrounding stores. The men's clothes are made European style so most likely fits slender men. The sizes for men amd women do not go too high so no plus sizes which is a bummer. Great shoes. read more

Customer service was okay and this store is pretty big with two levels. I came early in the morning so everything was still intact and there was no line. As soon as I was leaving the fitting room, I saw the girls struggling to organize the go backs. So as common curtesy I decided to take of all my clothes and put them back AND as soon as I leave and turn my back, the chubby Asian girl worker says "yeah good, take all your clothes, put them back" ummm wtf? HORRIBLE customer service from the HIGHER RANKED EMPLOYEES! The manager working at the fitting rooms at this location has the most horrendous attitude. She literally DEMANDS the customers to hang and clean the fitting rooms with a ATTITUDE. Out of shock I asked what her job is to do at the fitting rooms and she said "to walk customers to their fitting room." I've never seen a more LAZY and SNOBBY employee that uses her ranking at the store to push the customers and employees around. I spoke to the supervisor and she also did not seem to care about the behavior of the manager at all. That middle aged women with long black hair working at the store should be demoted IMMEDIATELY. Completely disgusted by the way this store is run. I cannot believe their manager is getting paid to do essentially nothing and is allowed to speak so rudely to the customer. I was in this store this afternoon and I felt I was in a war zone. This store is not organized, I know it is on sale and busy here, but I ve never seen other stores look like this! So I was with my drink when I walked in to the store, maybe it was not right but no one stopped me, and you know there are bunches of tea bars in the mall, I don't know if they really expect no one come in with drink. So I was in the store for almost half hour, I believed there are staffs saw me however no one said anything. However, a female staff suddenly came to me and said drink and food are not allowed in the store, and if I could go out and throw it away, I was like what?.......You have no right to ask me what to do with my drink!! Not even apologized to the customer (like I said, I know I might not be right, but I was also with my drink in H&M, Forever21 etc., and I also saw other ppl with drinks too. As a customer service staff, you at least to be more polite) the way she said just make me uncomfortable....and if it is the policy of this store, please send some security guards at the entrance and stop customers who with the drinks right there!!!! read more

I went into the dressing room to try on a blouse... the lady in front of the counter said I can't bring drinks into the store... funny that I drop by the store almost every week and non of the sales person every said anything... today this aspiring young kid in front of the dressing room counter not only told me I can't have drinks inside the store... when she took my cup for me to try on the blouse... she THREW away my drink... & then apologize & wanted to return my drink to me which she already threw in the TRASH !! I love there clothes but refuse to ever shop here again!!! 30 minutes to get each customers by! Sooooooooooo slow! I waited in line for 1 hour almost! And there was customers! The the line got really long and the manager candy walked by 5 times and didn't care to open a register , And the workers are not nice super rude! And veryyy slow! This isn't the first time this happens. It's a shame to have to deal with this issue at such a high end store. There's 2 cashiers and 30 workers wondering around the store!!! I love Zara because it's good quality clothing at a more affordable price. You get what you're paying for for sure. This location is much neater than others I've been too; HOWEVER, the employees here are beyond rude. I'm not sure as to what they feel so entitled to, but they're employees and the serve at the pleasure of customers. The ladies in the dressing room COULD CARE less about your questions, until they saw I was caring a Hermes purse...that's when they decided to be a bit more accommodating. I stood at the cashier for 10 minutes before someone showed up, and when he did I asked for a quick second and he replies with "but I already rung you up" WELL EXCUSE ME but there wasn't anyone behind me. A minute wouldn't have burdened him in ANY WAY. I loved this locations cleanliness and variety but I would never come back because customer service is absolutely unacceptable. They should hire all new employees or at least teach their employees about respect and COMMON COURTESY. read more

Purchased an item that broke in less than a month. What kind of quality control is that? Process to return took over a month. Of course tossed the receipt because I actually wanted to keep it. They said they'd return it for the lowest price. Asked for my bank information so I would be reimbursed the full amount I paid. Only offered the lowest price. I was at Acadia location on Friday morning. I told them that I would like to return because it is very big. Then the cashier just return everything without asking me anything. Then end up telling me that I only can get store credit ONLY. I asked them why not. She did not answer me instead called the manager. The worst thing ever is that the cashier did not smile with face and also the manger( male) did not try to help out. He with mad attitude and said that this is all He can do. This is all I can get. This location is the worse place to shop. They have people on the floor folding and putting away clothes but their actually counters lack people and customer service help. The line to pay is always long and the wait is always so long bc there's only one or two on the counter. After waiting 25 minutes to try on clothes, there was a ridiculous line at the registers, with 3 clerk's, then one went on break. Then another had an issue with a return, that stopped his register. Now, 1 register was open, an I saw literally 4 other sales people putting clothes in racks. When the manager came to help with the return, I had been waiting 30 minutes in line, and asked if she would open another register. She said, "People need to go on break. There are 4 registers open. I pointed out that only 2 were, and one had been closed while we were waiting, the one she was at had been waiting for 10 minutes with the same customer, and the line was now half way through the store. She shrugged. I said what about some of these other people putting clothes away, or YOU could open a register. She ignored me. I put the $400 worth of merchandise I has been waiting 30 minutes to buy on the rack nearest to me and left. Worst Zara I've ever been in. Won't be back. read more

Reading the reviews I see no substance, nothing to work with, just straight out complaining. It's a cool Zara to go to, stop complaining about the lines, YOU'RE the reason why the store has lines on a Saturday night. Do I shop weekends knowing it'll be busy AF? Helllll no! I'm not an idiot, I'm already setting myself for a headache. I shop Tuesdays and Wednesdays when it's dead and quiet. Obviously no one has taken business classes here, do you know how to work a business? Obviously not or else I wouldn't see things like "PUT MORE PEOPLE OUT THERE" just to accommodate your 5 minutes of stress because you don't want to wait in a 20 minute line of your own people. I came back a day after to return a shirt my mom got me. It was like a black shirt with fuzzy lettering and a cheesy slogan. I didn't like it because the hair from the fuzz got everywhere. I didn't even wear it Bc I get allergic to the single strands that enter my nose. Anyways, I brought it in. Some guy asked why I'm returning it. And I just said I didn't like it. And he saw the date in which I bought it. He looked at me judgingly and put the shirt to his nose and started sniffing it. And he's all like "are you sureeeee you didn't wear this??" WTF even. The tag is still on. There's still lines on the shirt from how it's been folded. The bag is in crisp condition. He acted like he was superior to everyone, like geez you don't get paid enough to be sniffing returned shirts. Then he went on to say "as a courtesy , I'll take this back." I got so mad so I asked the lady who was in line with me to sniff the damn shirt. She said that it smelled like the store. And then the guy was like "oh maybe it's just me then." ??????
