But at this store, they have the premium levi's and yes you can tell the difference. It feels thicker and softer compared to the macys one. They also offer more types since its a whole store. They did have an end of season sale so it was basically the same price as macys but you get the better quality. But its not the whole store just some. My daughter (25) and I look through the the store, pick things up, feel the fabric, see how something looks, try things on... you know, SHOP. Let me throw this out there too, everything we touched, I put back in order. I've worked retail and I don't do the leave it a mess thing. Now, I normally don't take the time to leave reviews about people with bad attitudes, but this time I'm running my trap. When I walk into a store, smile, and say hello, I should not be met with a look that makes me feel like, "Why are you in here?" And if that's gonna be your face, at least say hello. No, we didn't walk in looking like the stereotypical Free People shopper that day. I had on basic jeans and a Masters of the Universe T-shirt. My daughter had on a Beetlejuice top. We had just finished a full day of basketball games with my son and decided to see what the mall had. That doesn't mean we didn't belong there. The attitude got worse when my daughter went to try on a pair of jeans. She was stopped as she walked toward a dressing room that no one appeared to be attending, and the way the employee spoke to her was unnecessarily nasty. I completely understand needing to keep track of merchandise and manage the fitting rooms. That was not the issue. It was the tone and the attitude. And that is what really bothered me. I've been shopping at Free People for years and each time I go to this particular store, and this lady is in there. This is the attitude we get! Normally, I usually just walk out and say F**k it and I was going to do that this time. I was so irritated that I told my daughter to put the jeans back and let's go. Then I thought about it. Absolutely not! I was not going to allow one person's nasty attitude to have that kind of power. My daughter loved the way the jeans fit, and she also found a pair of sunglasses she wanted, so she bought them. And I'm glad she did. This review is simple to ask you to please stop judging people when they walk into that store. We were a mother and daughter spending an afternoon together after basketball games and that was it. Shout out to Anthropologie, though! We went in there and couldn't find a single thing we wanted to buy, and those ladies were sweet as pie. Warm, welcoming, helpful. NONE of those ladies made us feel like we needed to look a certain way to be in the store. Funny how that works. Experiences like this are exactly why some people get the impression that stores like Free People cater to people who are stuck-up or make others feel like they don't belong. One employee's attitude can reinforce that entire perception. I won't shop at this particular Free People when I see this employee working, but that is my choice, I just rather not walk into that type of energy. It's not cute and doesn't make me want to give you my hard earned money. It's okay to smile and say hello. And it's definitely okay to treat people with kindness regardless of what they happen to be wearing that day. I dress for the day... not you. Next time you see us, keep in mind: our money is green too, and our plastic works just fine.

This Ross has two floors, so much more space for items to find, the women apparel is on the first so I was just looking for that dress. There was more dress selections than the other Ross stores I've been, BUT they didn't have the one I'm looking for. HOWEVER, they had really nice dresses in the clearance section and I got two...good value for these two since both were the same price I would've paid for the dress I wanted. I went in from the back and was greeted by the security who was nice. My baby was in the stroller asleep so I had a hard time trying to get in with that weird dip from the parking lot to the door. The cashier was nice as well, looks like there's two checkout areas since the one I went through was the back one. Parking lot is 90minutes free, which is great for Pasadena parking situation and there are charging stations for Tesla and other EVs.

Petite jeans for $12.99. For the most part, the merchandise was organized, which typically isn't the case at busy stores. She pointed to the new arrivals, showed me the clearance sections and said if I needed any help to freely ask for it. While I walked around, each associate made eye contact and said hi then asked if I needed any help. Some retail stores these days have associates just saying hi but there was no eye contact just robotic phrases...but not at this store. Every associate genuinely said hi and was willing to help. It felt great. I was able to find 2 fleece pants on clearance for $3.50 each and took it to the register. The manager Lisa (who was also the same person that welcomed me right when I walked it) asked if I found everything okay and rang up my $7 purchase as if I was buying a $500 purchase. I remembered that I did want to look at Skip Hops Weekender Bag in person. Asked Lisa causeI didn't see it in the store. She quickly knew right away that there may be one in the back. She asked her team to grab it and I looooooooved it. So I grab 2 since it was on clearance. Overall, the team at the store is the nicest and most genuine in helping customers. It's a little far more me to visit this store but their customer service really wow'd me and I won't mind making the drive.
