We ordered take out and the food was wrong. Called up there simply to get the correct sandwich. The lady that answered the phone was immediately rude saying she knows the order was right. My husband has NEVER eaten blackened fish. So needless to say, we are out the $10 for a sandwich nobody here will eat. The lettuce was brown and wilted and it was also on the wrong bread. I get mistakes are made, but correct the problem. You lost a regular customer and I'll tell everyone I know about our experience. I guess they don't teach customer service there. Shame. read more

Went to this local bar to watch the UC game and actually only got to listen to the he first half because at that point they turned the juke box on (pretty loud) and turned off the sound of the game! Complained to the owner who said she couldn't do anything which I know is not true because the jukebox can be paused during a game. She told me I really couldn't hear the game anyway, seriously!!! I was listening to the game! Plus it was employees playing the music Won't be back and if you really want to watch a game I suggest you go elsewhere. read more

Good food, nice atmosphere. Ordering carryout is a pain because they can never hear you. May need to be super specific when ordering, they like to like change the way they prepare things. (ie: sometimes the dressing is on the side, sometimes its not). read more

Try to order food, called to check on when kitchen went to late night menu, gathered 15 orders from other employees where I work . Now I'm the bad guy. Called to order and was told The kitchen was closed even after I called prior to getting all the orders together to find out what time the kitchen closed was told they went to the late night menu 15 minutes early because they weren't busy. They could have told me that when I called 15 minutes ago. very unprofessional, talk to the manager all he did was whine that they can't find help which is not my problem if you can't serve food to the hours that you say then don't say you serve food that late. We had my mom's 80th birthday celebration in Wishbone's private room. The owner and staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the food was great...as it always is when we visit. A big "shout out" to our bartender/server, Kevin! He did a fantastic job...very attentive and fun. If you have any type of celebration, I highly recommend the party room. I've been to this restaurant many times and the service has been decent but the other day was the absolute worst. Not only did the waitress mess up my order, it took her forever to come back to our table. My sandwich was incorrect. When I asked her for napkins she threw them on my table. She refilled drinks for the two people that were with me but not my drink. By the time my sandwich was made correctly my lunch mates were already finished. I was not offered any amount of money off on my check or even any kind of restitution for being unhappy with the service. I am a true believer in supporting local businesses. Management of this establishment needs to get it together. Every time we come in there is new sub par wait staff. I am typically not a wing person but I will get wings from this place they cook it just right it's never slimy and I've never been disappointed! The fried mushrooms are also the best thing ever and the dipping sauce for it is perfect! read more

Wishbone was hands down my favorite place for wings. Unfortunately it would appear they have made some changes. Wings used to be crispy with a fair amount of sauce but not smothered and not sitting in a puddle of greasy sauce. Today my wings came out slimy and sitting in a puddle of sauce and they tasted old as if they were prepared much earlier and scooped out for my order. I pay more here for better wings, but if this is what they are serving now I'll save my money and get the same quality from Wild Mikes it BW3. The fries also tasted old and cold and no longer were prepared with some Parmesan shavings on them. My wife's boneless wings were also old tasing and slimy due to being served up in a puddle greasy sauce. My sons grilled cheese was good for what it's worth. Very disappointed. read more

Well it is typical bar food. The service was a little slow and the french fries tasted like famous brand of frozen fries. But the onion rings were amazing, the chicken sandwich and wings came out great. It is really close to our place and they have daily specials. There is no easy way to Delhi.. So it may not be easy for a lot to get to it but the locals should check it out. It is right next to the new Chipotle. read more

If only I could give zero stars!! Went to Wishbone Monday night for the bengals game. Ordered Fried Pickles, cheese cubes and wings. By 10:00 I started not feeling well. I ended up throwing up at the restaurant. Needless to say we left. I was up all night and half of the next day with food poisoning. I spoke to the other people in my group and was not surprised that they had it too. All of us were violently ill. I would not wish that on my worse enemy. We have been to Wishbone Monday night to watch the Bengals game. There was a party of 4. Both couples ordered the exact same thing. Wings, fried pickles, and Cheese cubes. The appetizers were pretty good. The Traditional wings were fried really hard and my boyfriend didn't like them. Service isn't great. We didn't complain about the wings. We were there for 2 hours and left by 9pm. I woke up at 1am so sick vomiting. I thought I had a stomach bug until all 3 other people in the party contacted me in the morning and we all had food poisoning. I called the Health Department and reported it. I called the restaurant owner and talked to her and informed her that we were all sick. The first response from her was that food poisoning takes 10-12 hours to set in. I politely explained to her that I'm a registered nurse and that simply isn't correct. She didn't even apologize or seem concerned. I didn't ask for a refund or anything. Just wanted to inform her so no one else gets sick. We are all miserable and had to miss work etc. tomorrow will be day 2 off work. The owners only response was my insurance company will be in contact with you, whatever that means. We won't return back to Wishbone. read more

The food was actually pretty good but I had an issue with my pickup order. I got boneless wings in garlic Parmesan and get home to spicy garlic Parmesan. I called and was told to bring back the wings for a replacement. I was told 15 minutes. I waited 30 minutes, as I believe they didn't even start the new order until I brought back the wrong order. Frustrating to have to stand at the carry out window and wait. I was also told they would put the sauce on the side so I could differentiate between the spicy and regular garlic Parmesan. Why is that my job? Toss the wings in the correct sauce. I'll try them again, as this was my first visit and the food was good once it was correct. I asked what the hold up was just now and was told I have no idea what's going on" This seriously has just made me change my star rating. Not to mention everyone at home has ate. I'm also changing my I will be back, to I won't be back after I just received my wings, not tossed in sauce with a cup of cold sauce on the side!!! And no apology!! Best wings in the westside hands down! Everything is always fresh, the place is always clean, the beer is cold. This is a great spot for fresh fast food instead of the bland chain choices in the area. Boneless wings are awesome, I highly recommend the Parmesan garlic. read more

My friends and I came here after a nearby event on a week night. The place is clean and well lit. They have a full bar, and a respectable draft selection. Prices for beer and liquor were very reasonable. We also tried quite a bit of the food options: pretzel bites, buffalo chicken dip, cheese logs, potato skins, and burgers. All the food was reasonably priced, good portions, and tasty. It's a pretty typical "sports bar" atmosphere, but the prices are great, and our server, Jess, was outstanding. I have heard bad things about this place operating just like the dump that was there before it but I decided to try it out. I went there on a Sunday evening, there were 3 customers at the bar and 2 seperate families. The waitress (young girl with dark hair) came over right away and got our drinks for us and took our order rather fast. By time the food came out the other families had left so we were the only people this girl was serving. I ordered a breaded chicken sandwich and asked for buffalo sauce on it. It came out with no sauce and my cup of ranch was also absent. I am not a complainer by any means so I politely asked for a cup of ranch an a side of the "wish u didnt" sauce. She came back with just the ranch, sat it down and ran back to the spot she had been standing the whole time, which was with the cooks. The food was decent for not being complete, it was all hot and the fries were slammed with salt. I feel like she probably would have gotten my order correct if she wasn't busy talking to the cooks. Overall the place was overpriced and is not big on customer service. Our order was a chicken sandwich with fries, 10 boneless wings, 2 drinks, and an appetizer of fried pickle chips and it totaled $28.00. You will defiantly get more for your money by going to BW3 in Western Hills. I know I will never return to this place, which is sad since I work very close to it and was hoping for a new lunch favorite. read more

My husband and I were looking for somewhere offering brunch on New Years morning and I stumbled across Wishbone on Facebook. It took us a couple trips around the block to find it, they have moved from a building sitting close to the road to the strip back behind it. We were very pleasantly surprised when we walked it, the place is gorgeous. They were running a bunch of specials... $5 bloody mary bar, $5 unlimited mimosas and a couple $5 brunch items, what a deal! I don't think that they typically offer brunch, I could be wrong, but if they don't maybe they should. We ordered the breakfast quesadilla and it was delicious. I did the bloody mary bar, they had everything from pickles and olives to beef jerky and wings!! My husband had the mimosas which they did run out of champagne while we were there but it was getting a little late for brunch, I wasn't surprised and he had had 3 so he more than got his moneys worth. We will definitely be going back for dinner sometime, hopefully it will be as good as the brunch and I can change my review to 5 starts :) I'm very happy that we stumbled across this place. read more

Went to watch UC game. Off the clock employees played jukebox causing game sound to be interrupted. Alerted the owner/ mgr, she did not care and indicated sound wasn't important since we could not hear it anyway. What does she know about what we can or can't hear? Clearly mgt doesn't care and we will not be back. read more

We frequent this bar often. Most food items are standard bar food. The wings are delicious and large; we are partial to the spicy parmesan garlic and the buffalo sauce. The Mac n Cheese used to be amazing, but they've changed the serving size and the recipe so, while it is still good, it's not what it used to be. The burgers are good with lots of variation. The only time I had something I didn't like (not that it wasn't prepared well, just not my taste), the owner was at our table immediately wanting to know what was wrong. She offered to replace the meal and took it off the bill. Beer selection is good. Prices are fairly standard for the area. It's a small bar but the service is normally very good and the servers are always pleasant. The owner is there most of the time and makes her way around to check on customers. read more
