My husband and I just visited here for the first time three weeks ago and have already returned twice. It is the best value for a sit down restaurant we have found in the area recently. The service is really good. Seated promptly, waters come out promptly, minor order modifications handled easily. We have really enjoyed the variety of food. My husband loves the salads and the bowls and pizzas are also good. Probably the favorite entree we have had is the fish and chips. We find the drinks particularly reasonably priced and the cocktails are good. We really like the blueberry one. The space is sunny and open. We have been with our kids and see lots of friendly groups dining there. Free parking in the garage is another plus. read more

Overall, we had a good experience at Kitchen Social. The service was nice and everyone was friendly. The food was okay overall. The chicken sandwich was definitely on the spicier side, but it had good flavor and I enjoyed it. The burger was a little over-seasoned for my taste. The biggest miss was the potatoes that came with the breakfast meal--they were way too salty and I wouldn't recommend them. Overall, good food, nice people, and a pleasant experience. read more

Nice looking modern aesthetic. Very loud inside from pop music, open kitchen, and chatter. We could not really hear each other. Service was very friendly. I forget our servers name, but the manager also came by to check on us and even got my food boxed. We got a burger and the chicken katsu and of course the famous biscuits to start. The biscuits were very good but also a bit buttery greasy for our taste. One was enough (we split it). I did take the rest home and add some eggs to it for breakfast which was good! The burger was pretty good. Nice and salty. Not dripping with grease. Soft bun! The fries were decent but not my preferred style. I like fresh cut and these were kind of a shoestring fry. The chicken was decent but a pretty small portion that left my fiancé hungry. He said the side with it was just ok. We got cocktails that I can't recall but they were pretty good. We would go back and try some other things. Probably on a less busy day earlier in the week. read more

I'm not necessarily a brunch person and I in know this place is pretty popular for that but they actually have their dinner items available which was nice. I ordered the miso salmon and it was really good - everything was seasoned so well that I enjoyed the cauliflower (which I usually hate). Really nice flavor, salmon cooked perfectly. I also ordered the whipped feta for the table and it was good, but nothing amazing. Service was quick and really attentive. Definitely would come back here and they were very toddler friendly too! read more

Okay just wow. The food here is incredible. I've been wanting to try Kitchen Social for months and it absolutely lived up to the hype. Everything was perfection, and clearly was crafted with such fine taste. Even something as simple as a breakfast taco tasted ~expensive~. Great lively vibe inside and our server was so sweet. She even drew a cute frog on my to-go box which just brightened my day. As my boyfriend said best, "I haven't even left yet and I can't wait to come back." read more

The Twin Filets were absolutely outstanding. Both filets were cooked perfectly, tender, juicy, and packed with flavor with a beautiful char on the outside. The Peruvian steak jus elevated the dish, adding a rich, savory depth that complemented the beef without overpowering it. The roasted potatoes and carrots were perfectly caramelized and flavorful, while the sugar snap peas added a fresh, crisp contrast. The roasted tomatoes brought a touch of sweetness and acidity that tied everything together beautifully. Every component on the plate was well-executed and balanced. From presentation to flavor, this was a restaurant-quality meal that exceeded expectations. Easily a 5/5 and a dish I would order again without hesitation. Highly recommended! read more

Made an impromptu reservation for brunch. I've visited several times, I think the Happy Hour is one of the best deals in the city. This was my first time for brunch. The service was great as always. Food quality on point. Mimosa flight, yes! I rarely order chicken and waffles but this day I did. The chicken was seasoned well and so dang tender! All the food we saw looked delicious. Nice brunch choice. read more

Honestly, expecting more from this place. I had the bread and it was alright. Main entree also just mid. Can find same/similar food at other places. Nothing special. Service also kinda slow and very loud inside read more

We were meetin my daughter's boyfriend's parents for the first time. I arrived first only to find the hostess say " the reservation is for four, not six people." I explained to staff how important this dinner was. We waited only five mins, then got a great table. I appreciate that there is always a great energy there. Max our server did a great job. Food was superb! We shared Moroccan Meatballs and their famous Chive Biscuits. I had the Shrimp and Grits ( my fav). Others had Shrimp capellini, the Stuffed Cod and a Thai noodle bowl- Everyone at the table raved about their food and licked our plates clean. I am sorry that I didn't get the names of the two ladies at the hostess plan. It was a crazy busy Fri night, but they accomodated us in the most professional manner. We always appreciate our times at this restaurant. read more

I'm usually skeptical about restaurants that have a large menu and serve a variety of cuisines, but we did not have one bad dish out of our group of 5. The shrimp and grits were rich and flavorful. The fish and chips were fried well and delicious. No complaints about the service. Highly recommend! read more

The food was delicious! I got the whipped feta and the short rib tacos. The whipped feta was fire and the bread was perfect..soft and buttery in the middle with the perfect crisp on edges. The braised short rib tacos had a thick cut slaw and some kind of sauce that set it off! However that is not the point of this review. The service... The service! It was impeccable!!! I was just looking for a place to have a quick lunch and a glass of wine on a mom's two hour spree on Sunday. It was just what I needed! The prices were so fair too, and I loved the ambience! They rocked on service and if the food had been mediocre, I still would've given four stars just for the service! I quickly and easily got a seat at the bar and watch the game while enjoyed a glass of wine and some lunch it was magnificent! Went to kitchen social a couple weeks ago for lunch. Business was booming which was good to see. We sat at the bar. Service was kind of strange. Food came pretty fast but the mixed up our order. They brought the ceasar salad out instead of the salad we actually ordered. When we told them, they brought out the correct salad. But then they charged us for both salads. Carrot hummus was bomb. That's a must order. We asked for extra pita to take home with our leftover and it took forever for that to come out. Lots of parking and tvs. Good music. Pretty place. read more

Pro tip- you can call them and make a reservation! They don't take them online (at the time of this review). Plenty of free parking in nearby garages. Came on a busy Friday night and had a reservation. They were slammed and couldn't sit us for 25 min. They ended up giving us a free starter of our choice for the wait. So nice of them. We all loved our food and the service was great. Their food has great flavor! Fun spot. read more

BOMB DOT COM! This place had a great vibe to it. The food was delicious and the service was great. I ordered the cinnabuiscuits (I believe that's what they were) which were good but a little dry. I should've asked for butter. That would've fixed it lol. The eggplant dish that was tomato based w/ some type of curry smell was good. I also tried the shrimp and grits that were bomb AF, chicken and waffles were super tender just needed a little more syrup for the waffles, and crème brûlée French toast and were phenomenal too. If you haven't been to this place, this should be your next stop for brunch! read more

I came here with my best friend, we parked on the street, walked in and was greeted immediately. We were seated. Reviewed the menu and then I asked for a recommendation which I ordered. The biscuits and the blackened shrimp. The food was wonderful and the service was very good. The places is extremely clean and inviting. I enjoyed the food and of course the coffee I ordered to drink. I will say this is restaurant is a very pleasant surprise and I will be back. My friend lives near by so I am sure this will be a new place to eat. Highly recommend. read more

Made a reservation late afternoon for the same day. Definitely recommend a reservation, particularly on a weekend. The place was very busy and even with the reservation we had a wait. It was also pretty loud but we were seated behind the bar where it was much quieter. We enjoyed the tuna bowl and twin filets as well as a couple desserts. Food was pretty good and we'd definitely by this spot again. Our server was responsive helpful. read more

One of My Favorite Spots in Cincinnati! The Kitchen Social is easily one of my favorite places to eat in Cincinnati. I recently took my coworker there for lunch, and she loved it just as much as I do! The food is consistently amazing--especially the salads and sandwiches. We have been trying to go to Kitchen Social for a while. Not knowing the hours, we've always shown up too early in the week for lunch. They are only open after 3:00 on Mondays - Wednesdays. We were meeting a friend for lunch. Due to rescheduling a couple times, we ended up meeting on a Thursday. We took the opportunity to check out Kitchen Social. On Thursdays (and Fridays/Saturdays) they open at 11:00. We all arrived separately, but nearly together a bit before 11:00. Even though it was chilly, we decided to wait outside until the doors opened. Someone came to the door and welcomed us in early, which was very much appreciated. Our server was fantastic. We asked for recommendations and we followed them to a tee! Her help was appreciated because the menu has a lot of options. Two of us ordered the MEDITERRANEAN SALMON - Sixty South salmon, shaved vegetables, dukkah, feta, herb tahini, traditional hummus, lemon vinaigrette. It was delicious and it was a lot of food. The hummus was an interesting addition to the meal. It was great. Mark had the BLACKENED CHICKEN Sandwich - Avocado puree, chipotle crema, heirloom tomato, multi-grain toast with a side salad. He very much enjoyed his sandwich. We were a bit full, but opted to share a dessert. The Banana Caramel Cake w/ cinnamon cream and cinnamon crunch was fantastic and perfect to share. I'll admit I could eat the whole dessert, but I'm glad we shared. I'm so happy we finally made it to Kitchen Social. Oh.. we were the first customers at 11:00. By the time we left every table was full. We didn't expect to need reservations given we were there when the doors opened, but I recommend making reservations nonetheless. Kitchen Social is a busy place for lunch. read more

Kitchen Social is a great spot to enjoy a quick meal or have a drink. They have a social hour in their bar and high top area from 3 to 6 PM on Mondays through Fridays. During this time, you can take advantage of discounted starters, pizza, cocktails, and beers. I've had the pizza a few times, and it's always delicious. My most recent visit, I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich, which was fresh, hot, and juicy. The Peach Bourbon smash, was strong but refreshing. We went to dinner later at night so we were able to get seated right away but the place still was packed. Our waitress was nice and we got our drinks and food very quickly. The sangria I got was super sweet but overall good. My husband got a Buffalo Trace old fashioned and enjoyed it. I also tried the blackberry cooler and it just tasted like vodka so I would not recommend that. Now onto the food. We started with the cheddar and scallions biscuits and the butter made these biscuits but they were also super moist and delicious. For dinner I got the fish and chips and the breading and the fish were fabulous. I enjoyed my meal throughly but my mom didn't really care for her Shrimp tempura bowl, the rice was cold that came with it but she did like the corn. Overall not a bad restaurant but it would be a 50/50 toss up if I come again. read more

You know what's faster than an Amazon Prime drone on Red Bull? The management here. I posted a review and within minutes--MINUTES--Justin, one of the founding partners, swooped in like Batman with better manners. Not some robotic "we value your feedback" garbage, but a real human being with curiosity, respect, and actual problem-solving skills. I've had paramedics show up slower. If my cable company worked like this, I'd invite them to Thanksgiving. Here's the kicker: what started as a little stumble turned into a clinic on the Turnaround Mindset. Seriously, this will probably make it into my next book: how a dropped ball, if scooped up with speed, humility, and class, can turn a potential customer loss into a future fanboy. They didn't just fix it--they flipped it, multiplied it, and probably captured thousands in sales they would've lost. That's not just recovery--that's ROI with a cape on. And the place itself? Forget "gorgeous." That's lazy. This joint is bright, airy, modern, high-ceilinged, and so open you can watch the chefs cook your food while you're still Instagramming the menu. It's like dinner and a show, except the show is sauté pans and you don't have to tip the performers. The menu? Expansive, yes--but not in a "cheesy-cakey-factory-phonebook" way. More like: smart, streamlined, and so loaded with options you'll need a coin flip and a therapist to choose. And every dish? It's got more layers than a Netflix docuseries where halfway through you're yelling, "Wait--what?!" Except here, the big twist is in your mouth, and you don't regret bingeing it. The food? A flavor architecture project. Whoever's designing these plates is basically the Frank Lloyd Wright of taste buds. If they built me a house, I'd live in the pantry and Airbnb the fridge. And then there's Kylie. Patient. Kind. Resourceful. Basically, the opposite of every DMV employee you've ever met. If they could clone her, we'd have solved both the service industry and possibly world peace. Value? "Highway Robbery...but in reverse!" For this quality, you almost expect to see "Congratulations, you're our one-millionth customer!" pop up at the bottom of your check. It's like fine dining without the financial mugging. Bottom line: this isn't just a restaurant. It's a masterclass in how to mess up, fix it faster than humanly possible, and win a customer for life. Justin and the team didn't just earn my respect--they earned a chapter in my book and maybe my first-born child's middle name. , read more

With 5 locations, we wondered if Kitchen Social would feel like a chain but it didn't. We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner there. We met for an early dinner at 5pm so got seated right away but it wasn't long after people were waiting. We had to start with the biscuits we had heard so much about and they didn't disappoint! Since we were a table of 4, we also got the whipped ricotta app, which was very good as well but if only ordering one, definitely stick with the biscuits! We got four entrees and everyone really enjoyed what they ordered. My Thai Chicken Bowl was pretty darn spicy, so if you don't like spice maybe order something else. Our server did a great job. Food came out quickly, almost too quickly in my opinion but this is a place that turns over tables often. Three single use restrooms that were very clean. read more

We had an amazing time dining at Kitchen Social last night. Good crowd for a Tuesday night and we were glad we had called for a reservation. Seated quickly and promptly greeted and offered a drink. Our waitress, Stella, was awesome! Friendly, there when you needed her but not overly interrupting. She was a joy! We started with the whipped feta app and corn nachos. Delicious! Drinks were on point. Main course was a mix for our table with Katsu chicken, Szechuan Noodles, and the Capellini...all were amazing and nothing left in the bowls.
