    My Birthday dessert
    Jodi A.

Our server was Aaron (Mingo) and he was beyond incredible! My hubby brought me for my 55th birthday dinner and Aaron made it so special. I had trouble deciding what entree to get, because everything is so good, so I went with the Lobster Carbonara. Of course with help from Aaron. He brought me those absolutely delicious lemon cookies for my birthday dessert and then because I had trouble deciding, he brought me a coupon for a free chicken Marsala entree on him the next time we come in! How sweet is that? The vibe was totally old Chicago as always. Still love it! Thanks for the night!

Everything was a 10/10! Our waiter Ken was amazing from the very start to the very end; kind, informative, patient and attentive the whole time! Please give that man a raise! The food was DELICIOUS! The rolls were chefs kiss, baked to perfection! 2 for 59 deal was a STEAL, we had two of those deals on our tab with everything being so different but everything was soooo great, probably one of the quietest dinners my sisters and I have had. Both inside and outside were nice, clean and well maintained. The inside had very dim and calm lighting, you could adjust the light at your table if needed. Overall, 10s across the board! We came to Ohio as visitors from Phoenix so I'm hoping the nearest Maggiano's lives up to the high expectations Ken, the chef & staff have set in Cincinnati.

We love Maggiano's Family Style dining option! Family Style is a shared, multi course Italian Feast! You get salad, two appetizers, four mains (entrees and/or pastas) and three desserts! You can also get more of any of the items that you want! The fried zucchini and meatballs are excellent choices for appetizers! We love the chicken piccata and lasagna! For dessert the tiramisu, chocolate cake and cheesecake are all amazing! We also love the ambience of Maggiano's! Be sure to get some of their mints at the hostess stand on the way out!

Always a great experience at Maggiano's. They changed the chicken on the fettuccine Alfredo. It wasn't bad but I preferred the it the other way. Fried zucchini was amazing. Pomegranate martini always a fav!

We usually come for the appetizers. Like the new bruschetta very flavorful, just delicious and the zucchini is amazing. The lemon sauce pairs very nicely. Service is typically ok but Adam is definitely the best server there. He is very attentive and goes above and beyond.

Had an event here for 60. Looked all over the city for an appropriate spot to host a celebration of life. Maggiano's was the fastest to respond, the best communication, and ultimately the most organized. The event space is lovely. The service great. The food was delicious. The prices are reasonable. Truly this was top notch.

Everything was great, the food was delicious and a great portion. The waiter subbed Alfredo sauce for marinara. He made sure we had our drinks fresh! The restaurant was nice and music was playing . The manager even sang a little ditty for us! Hostess was very friendly.

For my birthday I was very excited to come here. All I can say is the food quality, service and ambience all decreased since I was here in 2019. We came here on a Sunday and had a late lunch at 2 pm. We ordered are usual favorite entrees and appetizers that are the calamari, fried zucchini, eggplant Parmesan, chicken piccata and spaghetti and meat sauce. Food wise everything tasted old. The fried appetizers tasted like they were cooked in oil that hadn't been changed enough. The eggplant Parmesan had hardly any sauce and cheese. The spaghetti and meat sauce lacked moisture (I have no idea how this can happen) and the meat tasted overcooked. Everything was seasoned a little different and not like how I remember it. They also don't grate fresh cheese on your food like they used too and their free bread tasted lower quality as well. Since I booked the table and mentioned it was for a birthday, usually I expect the server to ask if we are celebrating a special occasion. They did not ask. They also acted like they were annoyed the whole entire time when the restaurant hardly had any customers. The biggest thing I disliked and never have had happened he brought us out the check without asking if we wanted dessert. Number one the check was brought out even before we finished eating and number two we came here for a birthday celebration and we're excited to order desserts for the table. After we got the receipt we just decided to have dessert somewhere else since it was clear the server wanted us to finish quickly. This experience was disappointing and I notice the prices increased too. I do not plan on going back since I not only did not enjoy the food but the service was not welcoming either.

Quick greet at the door, we stopped for lunch, immediately sat at our table for six. Server was at our table instantly to take our drink and appetizer orders. He pointed out the lunch menu that was currently available and recommended the tomato soup when we inquired to the soup of the day. We were in the area to shop, so we all went with the lunch menu. I had the Caprese salad and the Margherita pizza. The salad was fresh and the pizza was outstanding . It's a beautiful restaurant, with outstanding ambiance. I'm sure an evening dinner would be a great experience. Highly recommend this restaurant, we only had a short amount of time but the menu looked amazing. Definitely a reason to return to Cincinnati!

What a pretty Italian restaurant. The subway tiles on the floor remind me of NYC, I expect this to be down on Bleeker street, somewhere in the village. The wait staff was very kind and helpful, the white tablecloth reminds me of what I expect from a fancy Italian restaurant to look like. The plates! Oh wow I miss seeing plates like these! Okay now to the food. We got the meatballs, made from WAYGU! No I've never had WAYGU before, and wow is that a major difference from just standard beef, it's almost veal like. We got the crab cakes and the generic salad to share, and lasagna. My kid loved the bread they put out also. None of the food was over the top honestly, I think it is top 3 Italian restaurants I've been to but nothing crazy. We came for lunch and our bill for 2 adults and a kid was $100 before tip (no alcohol) so I was a little disappointed. I would recommend this restaurant but not for myself in the future.

I recently went to Maggiano's and had the wagyu beef stuffed shells and it was a great dish. It's a pasta I will be craving for a while and can't wait to go back and have it again.

Do they still do the family style dining? My first trip to Maggiano's in Dallas for my dad's 50th birthday 20 years ago.

Be aware it will be FAST. Look at the order ahead of time if you're a picky eater/drinker. They run your appointment like clockwork, and you'll be in-and-out, gulping down cocktails, through the entire experience. Your two drinks are included (this year, anyway), and I'd honestly be surprised if you managed to have time for a third. Time zips by fast. That being said, because they do it this way, you essentially have constant service, there's "events" that happen at the end of your reservation time, (I don't want to spoil it, but cover your drink!), and then they kick you out. Service was friendly, though, and I saw the server make time to take group photos for all of the tables (including ours) with someone at the table's camera. (No bullshit "group photo" upsells here) It's kinda loud, though, and I wouldn't recommend this as a chill meet-up-and-socialize spot. (If you wanna talk, they have an addendum, Christmas-themed laid-back bar next door.) It's more of a "get blasted in the face by Christmas for an hour and then leave" experience. It's pretty loud, and talking can be a bit difficult over the music and constant interruptions (more drinks? Photos? Cute Christmas video montage?) But this works in its favor as it feels the most Christmas, over-the-top, and seasonal out of all the holiday bars I've ever been to. It also keeps it from feeling too crowded as reservations are required, so you for-sure have a seat and you don't have to stand forever in line to wait for drinks. I'd probably guesstimate that bar staff is making all of their seasonal drinks, constantly, and servers just pick one up to deliver. With the capacity in here, it would make sense. No idea what the bar is like the rest of the year; this is just a review for the Miracle pop-up which, again, is probably the best I've been to in the Midwest. Cincinnati, you're spoiled down here. (Sidenote, I was absolutely taken aback by their TV presentation on the wall. It's hard to describe, but it isn't just a projector showing a giant rectangle. It's specifically slotted into the holes in-between holiday decorations. Staff told me that had to hire special technicians to get it to show up that way and that's seriously a level of detail I am so amazed by.)

My husband likes to find neighborhood/dive bars. He would drive by this place alot and wanted to check it out. He loves it here and mentioned that the crowd very laid back. So on a Sunday afternoon, I wanted to watch the Bengals game at this place. Brother's Cafe is located on Montgomery Road in Silverton. It's across the street from Silverton Cafe and Italianette Pizza. Occupancy maximum-49. Stepped in and was greeted by the bartender. She was super sweet and waited on us right away! Decor: Vintage and Nostalgia galore!!!! LOVE it!! Old vintage beer/neon beer signs everywhere and loved that there was a telephone booth across from of the bar! There is also a pool table and touch jukebox to play music. Also, there is at least three wide screen televisions to watch sports. Love the setup of the bar (full service bar, selling top shelf brands as well.) They do accept credit cards, but must be a minumum of $10.00 purchase. The whole joint and even the bathrooms are clean. Usually bars have that stinky mildew smell, not this place! Now for the best part!!! Alcohol is cheap and reasonable!! YAY!! For $17.75 (we watched the entire Bengals game) we got: -Pitcher of Pabst Blue Ribbon beer -Coors light bottle -My husband got two more Pabst beers (on tap) -Hudy Delight on tap At the time, customers brought in food for pot luck because they were celebrating a friend's birthday. The bartender told us we can helped ourselves. That was awfully nice. We definately dove in and enjoy the appetizers. Usually on Sundays they have pizza. Besides Sidelines in Norwood, this will is now my favorite go to bar. Everyone was so generous, great vibe/atmosphere and felt welcomed. Definately check this bar out! I really appreciated the old school decor!

Every time I go, the drinks are consistent and well-balanced, and they don't skimp. I usually pop in for a quick happy hour with friends or former coworkers, and it's perfect for that. So far I've had the deviled eggs and the potato latkes, and both were really good -- great little bites to pair with a margarita. The vibes are super cute, cozy, and welcoming. I cannot wait until the weather warms up so I can sit out on the patio -- it's going to be such a whole mood. The staff is always friendly and helpful, which makes the experience even better. Pro tip: if you get there around 4:30-5:00 PM, you typically won't have much of a wait. If you're in Blue Ash and want strong margaritas, cute vibes, and easy happy hour energy -- this is your spot.

The soup was tasty, but mostly large cubes of bread with practically no cheese at all. The Croque Madame had no discernible cheese on it at all. The worst part: we each requested a coffee refill (one was never offered), and our server poured half of my friend's topped up coffee directly from her cup into my cup! I was so shocked that I was speechless. To top off this incredible faux pas, she split the check into two without asking, and I was treating my friend. Instead of bringing a new check as I requested, she had me sign her tablet that just showed the total, with no breakout, had me fill in her tip, and then walked away with neither asking me if I wanted a receipt, which of course I did, nor providing me with one. The coffee thing was so gross and unsanitary that I never shall return.
