One of my favorite Blue Ash/Montgomery places! Best little dive bar of the suburbs...The people that go there are always fun to be around, and the staff is very friendly. They always have great live music, and the new fountain out front and the remodeled patio is great...the outdoor seating is great. Great local bar. If you're a sports fan and a game is on, you could have 15 friends in no time. Compliment to Cincy sports fans. They are good fans of seemingly hopeless teams. One negative, the crowd is a little loud, but than again they all know each other. Good location. No food, but isn't that old school. You can get food delivered quickly. Angie is a great bartender, though the drinks are so-so, not strong enough but okay. Don't be afraid to tell Angie you want a strong drink. Otherwise, most everyone at the corner are beer/shot drinkers. Not in love with the bar itself, short overhang and footrest, so its not too comfortable...your knees are jammed against the bar the entire time. Only been here on weeknights. On the weekends I think they have a beer tub girl...not a good sign. Walk in the front, which has a great patio area for nice days, and you have about 8 high tables on the left and a 12-barstool bar on the left. Great layout with enough TVs to watch the game. First time customer. Went in hoping this was going to be my new place. Sadly, I didn't have the friendliest experience. Sat down at the bar and asked "hi, what's on draft?" and the guy gestured at the taps. "Any specials tonight?" I asked. "Nope" was the reply, which accounted for at least half of the conversation I had with the bartender this night. 15-20 minutes later My $4 bud light on its last sip, I watched the bartender walk past me to share a shot with two other customers, after also having just offered a sample of something to an older couple. Time to go, new faces not welcome, got it. I left my $1 in change with the wet bar rag that had shared my spot at the bar, and walked out pondering how much money I'd just saved from all my future visits. read more

Love the Corner pub. It's a great place to hang out and chat with someone special on cool summer evening.

Honestly it would be 2 stars if it wasn't for the live music most weekends and the fact that on nights with good weather, sitting outside is nice and peaceful. It's often busy on the weekends due to the combo! Definitely an older crowd which is why we probably won't be back. If you're going to Montgomery Inn for dinner on a night with good weather, it's definitely worth stopping by this outdoor area and having a drink afterwards! read more

Alrighty boys and girls listen up - these guys will tow your car without a moments notice... simply park in the back lot and Big Mike (who works for the building AND the towing company) will show up with his pal (guessing little Mike) and charge you $50 for a "drop"... if you're looking for bad service and over priced drinks you can go somewhere else and get your car towed... Nice place, my first visit left a good impression. I recommend the margarita, very tasty. I wish our group could have enjoyed the outside seating, but a band was playing and the place was packed. this is the best neighborhood bar in montgomery. used to frequent it much more often when i worked at moeller, so this was a nice "homecoming," as it were. a lot of the bars in montgomery are stuffy. this one is anything but. the staff is friendly and the prices are good. well, their great for this part of town. if you find yourself stuck in the 'burbs - hit this spot up. you won't be disappointed. read more

We walked to this place after a bad experience at a nearby bar. The bartender (Chrissy)was a breath of fresh air. She interacted with us and made us feel welcome. I asked for a drink not common in this area and she said she would do her best. The drink ended up being one of the best I've ever had. The bar isn't over crowded and the service is great. If we are ever back in the area, we would come back in a heart beat. read more

Totally surprised by the bar. Always drove by and thought what a great patio. Tried it once and never again. The service was poor. I felt we were an annoyance to the server.I am not sure about her and the bar's hygiene. The restroom was disgusting and the high prices for drinks for the place was unexpected. I let some time go by before I wrote this review so I could calm down. The owners of this bar were so insulting the night that I went with my husband, friends, and our dogs. We have frequented this establishment many times with our dogs in the past with no issues. On this night, the owners wife decided to say to me that she left her children at home and should have too. And also that she did not want my dogs to sniff her "ass" as she walked by. I have very well behaved labs who would not do that! They are people dogs yes, but not in an offensive way. Other patrons had already started coming up to them to pet them. The owner told me they were too busy to have them there while he occupied one of the largest tables there, drinking... I could see if they were barking, or being loud, but we're not even given the chance. As a small business owner, they should watch who they speak to in the manner they did. Like I have said, we have been there many times before and they were known to be dog friendly offering treats and bowls of water. I will never be back to this estabolishment!
