I absolutely love this place! It's great to sit with friends and chat at, and there's an outside area with corn hole. There's a lot of room to walk around. For St. Patrick's Day they also serve photo-worthy green beer!

    They do allow dogs inside.

Wondeful little neighborhood bar. Okay selection of beer. The owner is working on having wine, probably only sold by the bottle. Tonight they had Ron's bbq, which the chicken looked good. They will have a game room, which will be nice.

Lauren was amazingly patient with us drunks! She gave us tons of popcorn and was very patient with our obnoxious spouses. Great place!

Eclectic pub in the heart of Oakley. No frills. Irish bartender delightful. Definitely check it out.

This is a very quintessential bar for my University on Wednesdays, and with the school year ending…read moresoon I had to go! They have deals on Wednesdays called 'Mug Club'. If you bring in one of their plastic mugs you get $3 beers on tap from their selection. It is the best deal and something super easy for a Wednesday! You can easily walk here on Wasson Way which is super nice, especially when the weathers nice. They have a great outdoor patio with a ton of seating, heaters, and covers in case it rains. Their inside if nice with a cool upstairs for more room. The best part about this spot is that they have a popcorn machine in the back that you can serve yourself, free of charge! I come here for the free popcorn alone, it is so good! This place is super great and such a fun and different experience, with a great mug of whatever your preferred drink is and some fresh and salty popcorn!

Even better, the space is free to rent, which is such a huge bonus! There are multiple TVs upstairs, and the staff was great about changing the channels on a few so we could watch a specific football game. Little touches like that made the night even better. The only downside was the bar situation downstairs. Knowing there was a large party booked, I really wish they had staffed more bartenders. Our guests mentioned that it was taking quite a while to get drinks, and eventually a few people ended up going next door instead. Overall, though, the space itself was fantastic and worked out great for the party, just hoping next time they're better staffed for big events!

A great spot just across the river from downtown Cincy, we often start here before walking across the bridge for an event or game. True Irish pub with all your Irish favorites on tap and you can rent out the upstairs space for events. The food is delicious and the service is always amazing and super kind people. Can't recommend Mollys enough if you are looking for a great place to hangout with friends and watch a game or two.

I was. . .underwhelmed…read more The food was decent, the decor was nice, but the service was profoundly lacking. I was here a couple of weeks ago, in town on work, and coming in for lunch because this place was within working distance of the office I was visiting. I love Irish bars, and regularly go to the one nearest me, so I was hoping for a good experience. As I said, the ambiance and decor was at least pretty good, and the food I had was a mushroom Swiss burger which was okay but not exceptional. The problem was the really bad service. I was there at midday for lunch, there were a couple of folks drinking at the bar, and one other table of people seated at around the same time I was. They took more than 5 minutes to simply come and take my drink order. . .and the server had an attitude when I let him know I wasn't there to drink beer. He started by rattling off beer options, and when I asked what soft drinks they had, he told me the soft drinks they had. . .then, dripping with sarcasm, he says "or we could fix you a Shirley Temple" with a really nasty attitude. I ordered my beverage, and when he came back almost 10 minutes later (!) with my drink, I place my food order, which he takes without comment. My food takes over 30 minutes to come out, and he never came back once to check on me, refill my drink or generally do anything. Once I politely asked him about soft drinks, making it clear I wasn't there for beer, it's like he checked out of thinking he had to deal with me. Things were slow before then, but got worse after that. It's not like the place was crowded and he had a lot of tables to deal with. He brought the check back, and he was actually prompt in taking my money for the check. I left, and pretty much had used up my entire lunch hour despite only being right across the street from my office the whole time.
