    Cobb Salad

I had "linner" here on a Saturday with 5 other people at 3:30 and I was worried about not being seated quickly, since they don't let you make reservations, but we got a table right away! We all started with drinks and I sipped on the lemonchello spritz which was sooo refreshing. Then we got our main courses and I had the Cobb salad. I will say, later that night I had a VERY upset stomach and all signs pointed to that salad so..... My boyfriend's wagyu slider were also overcooked and that was disappointing. Other than those two downsides, I enjoyed our meal and the service was good.

Chose this restaurant mainly for the views, there was a wait for outdoor seating and we had a bit of a time constraint so we sat indoors. We were at high tops which enabled us to look over the tables and out to the view so that was nice. The pretzel was definitely the highlight of the meal, although I did also enjoy my salad with shrimp. Mixed drink was ok. Server a bit harried but upbeat and helpful.

My husband and I flew into Cincinnati airport and had to drive about an hour and half north. This restaurant showed up on the way and I saw it had nice views so we decided to give it a go. From looking at the menu, I was doubtful the food would be great as it looked like just another burger and pizza place. I even told my husband "we are going for the views not the food". Man was I wrong! Food is delicious! My husband ordered a burger and I got a pizza with gluten free crust and both dishes were excellent. Gluten free can be hit or miss but this restaurant nailed it! The view of course is stunning and we were lucky enough to be there during sunset. The service is attentive and friendly. I would highly recommend this place and have told our friends who live in the area they must go!

Did t eat, so no review for food. Bartender made my bloody just as I requested. Place was packed, Of course there's a beautiful view with about 8 foursome tables and 3 tables for larger groups.. also inside seating.

First time here. Easy drive from Covington hotel. Put our name in for outside seating and grabbed drinks at the bar and seats outside. Didn't wait long - even for a Saturday night. Matt was on us pretty quickly with a check on our drinks and to get us water. Just enjoyed the view for a while. Two small salads and split a bacon ranch pizza. All was delicious. Thanks Matt for a great dinner!

This is one of the best places I've had the pleasure of going to do while traveling. The view plus the quality of food. The service was quick based off the expected wait.

Short rib grilled cheese and old lukewarm fries

Everything but the food was really nice! The view was gorgeous from the patio and the service was quick! There were a few fresh fries on top of a bowl of old fries which was a nice surprise! I wouldn't necessarily call it a grilled cheese since it became clear very quickly that my grilled cheese was actually just toast with toppings added sandwiched together with a toothpick. I probably won't be back :/

Food is ALWAYS good. I get something different each time I go and I'm never disappointed. Staff is always very accommodating as well. We were seated outside and the bees would not leave us alone. They let us move inside with no problem. View from the patio is still unmatched!

My sister and our 2 friends stopped in here for lunch on Monday as a nice halfway point on our route back from our girls trip. A couple of us ordered beers, but I ordered a hot tea because I currently have a sore throat. All hit the spot! Lunch came out quick and was tasty- all of us had different variations of avocado/guacamole with our meal, so there was an unspoken theme lol We sat on the covered patio and had a great view of the river. It was a little gloomy since it is February, but still great to lift our winter spirits. I'm sure it's gorgeous during the warmer months. I would definitely stop back in here again during a Cincy trip and try another item off the menu. Hopefully I won't be feeling sick then and can try a beer or cocktail!

We were visiting family and arriving around dinner time so they thought they'd bring us here. It's a place they enjoy and I can see why. Parking may be a bit of a hassle but this place was really hopping. Although busy it didn't take too long to get a nice seat outside. Service was friendly and prompt. Good beer selection but I wish I had been hungrier. A lot of the food looked really good but I didn't want to waste food so went with the poutine (which was tasty). Everyone was really satisfied. We had a birthday among us and she has wanted to try the chocolate cake so I bought a slice to go. It was absolutely massive and so rich and delicious. This would definitely be a good place to stop in for a pint and a bite.

We arrived at 1:30 pm on a Friday. It was more active than I expected. We joined the waiting list and were seated outside within 5 minutes. Our table of three placed our drinks and food. The food arrived within 10 minutes. However, the drinks did not come out for at least 30 minutes. Our server said that there were delays at the bar, and we did our best to be understanding. Unfortunately, one member of our party ended up having to leave before the drinks arrived. A little after 2 pm, the drinks came out, and they were tasty. We did not order any additional drinks due to fear of more delays. Beautiful spot, but they need faster hands.

Is there easy parking near by or restaurant parking lot?

Yes, there is a good sized parking lot right beside/behind building

    Do they take reservations?

We called ahead w a large group (10 ppl) and were accommodated for a Sunday brunch. Unsure if this is normal practice but they took care of us.

What time does the kitchen close? How available is seating on a Friday night?

On Fridays, the kitchen closes at 11pm. Incline is usually packed on any evening. I've gone at 5pm, and the wait was maybe 10 or so minutes. But the later you go after 5pm, the longer you wait. For example, if you arrive at 7pm, you may wait 60-90… Read more

I'm not sure if she was joking, but it made me laugh. She was very busy but attentive. I left feeling a lot better than when I went in. I really like this place, and would go back in a minute if I didn't live in Houston. It's just a mile or so down the road from the Anderson Ferry, so if you're flying or driving into Cincy from northern Kentucky, take the ferry and stop at Jim and Jack's for lunch. You won't be disappointed. Please tell Mrs. Jim I said hi.

What's striking about the restaurant itself is how quiet and calm it feels. With limited nightly seatings and every dinner table doing the tasting menu there's a sort of orchestrated flow that permeates the space. Not to say energy is low or it's so quiet you feel self-conscious talking; it's just that nothing about the experience feels rushed or accidental. As expected, the bread course was phenomenal as was all the food we enjoyed! We opted for the wine pairing along with dinner, which results in about 1.5 or 2 full glasses over the course of the meal. The sommelier did an excellent job introducing and explaining each wine, as well as why it was selected to pair with each course. All told, a lovely experience and one worth repeating--and not just because the menu changes every season.

The bar scene itself was very boring, honestly one of the least interesting bar dining experiences I've had in a while. The food was mediocre and not memorable. The only dish I clearly remember, and probably the only one I would order again, was the watermelon salad. Everything else was fine at best, but nothing stood out or made me want to come back. I'm honestly surprised this restaurant is getting James Beard recognition. There are so many better places in the area, such as Colette, Baker's Table, and most notably Grist in Dayton, that feel far more deserving and seem to be overlooked. It makes me wonder if Wildweed has some kind of connection or ownership that helps it get more attention, because based on this visit, I don't see it.
