We came to the incline house for the Labor Day celebration. I was impressed on the amount of food and the quality that was given to this event. The appetizers were great along with the salad and cheese and crackers, not to forget the sliders and large pretzels with cheese dip. The entree's were phenomenal! The grilled salmon and shrimp were great and the braised short ribs were out of this world! It was also accompanied by green beans and roasted potatoes with side pasta and stuffed portobello mushrooms. The desserts did not fall short as they had an assortment of cheesecakes, tiramisu, ice cream, and some apple sticky cake, which was delicious. The waiters and waitresses were very quick to aid any drinks that you wanted and quickly took away any plates that were used. but let's not forget the best part, the fireworks display was beautiful, and the view was outstanding from the incline house. We had a great time before Friday Night Lights over at The Pit. Good times were had before kickoff at the Incline Public House After taking in some amazing views of Cincy, this was the perfect spot to grab some drinks and enjoy some seriously good food. We tried the fish and chips, blackened Mahi tacos, Incline cheesesteak, and the House burger which everything hit the spot Overall things were just what we wanted. Stopped in last minute (out of town visitors). There was a wait at 1pm on a Tuesday. Parking was very limited. We did manage to snag a spot in back of the lot. We waited at the bar for 15-20min til an outdoor table was available. The view is beautiful. The service was lacking a bit. Had to ask for drink refills 3x. The food was ok. Crab cakes were tasty. As we waited, we sat at the bar and service was prompt even tho they were busy. The place is spacious, clean; the outdoor view is beautiful. Definitely will be back just for the view. I've been to the Incline Public House a few times. First, let's start with the good. The view of the city as you sit outside on the balcony is beautiful. You can wait in a small little area outside overlooking the city. The view can't be beat! Now, the food. The crab cake platter was very delicious. It was chock full of crab meat and prepared perfectly. The service has been good. We were seated in a timely manner without having reservations. The decore is simple and the bathrooms are clean. Now the negatives. Let me start with the parking. There are very few parking spaces and the parking spaces that they do have are tiiiight. I've tried some other food, and I really haven't been impressed by it. The cocktails are OK. I'm not in a hurry to return but I'd come again for the views and to have cocktails and apps. read more

We stopped here late on a Thursday afternoon. The views are spectacular. Cute bar scene with a patio with seating for a great view of Downtown Cincinnati. The service was excellent. My wife had the Chicken Chili which used a red chili sauce and was very good. I had the Black and Blue Salad which had an interesting horseradish vinaigrette, I've had better salads. We split the Onion Rings which were plentiful. I almost gave this 5 stars so I would rate this 4.5 if that was an option. The bar had multiple local craft beers. I had "linner" here on a Saturday with 5 other people at 3:30 and I was worried about not being seated quickly, since they don't let you make reservations, but we got a table right away! We all started with drinks and I sipped on the lemonchello spritz which was sooo refreshing. Then we got our main courses and I had the Cobb salad. I will say, later that night I had a VERY upset stomach and all signs pointed to that salad so..... My boyfriend's wagyu slider were also overcooked and that was disappointing. My husband and I flew into Cincinnati airport and had to drive about an hour and half north. This restaurant showed up on the way and I saw it had nice views so we decided to give it a go. From looking at the menu, I was doubtful the food would be great as it looked like just another burger and pizza place. I even told my husband "we are going for the views not the food". Man was I wrong! Food is delicious! My husband ordered a burger and I got a pizza with gluten free crust and both dishes were excellent. Gluten free can be hit or miss but this restaurant nailed it! I've been here before and I think I gave them four stars originally. It was the food that was a bit off but at the time the view was great and the service was fine. This time was a bit different. We were able to be seated inside right away but there was a long wait for outside. It was very nice day and it was a weekday but the lunch crowd was very much there. Service was friendly and quick for the most part. Our waiter Lucas was attentive and helpful. Unfortunately the food again was just a bit of a miss. I don't know what's going on in the dining room but some things are just a bit off and flavorless. Not sure though. Maybe it's just one of those places where you are paying for the view? Not sure. Catching up with some friends over the holiday, we met at Incline Public House. This place slips off my radar sometimes. As an Eastsider, anything on the west side can seem "far", but IPH is not. Less than 20 minutes, some of which was spent looking for a parking spot. There's a small lot, and plenty of street parking available, so it's not terrible. Mostly, we had drinks with friends (nice draft beer list with a good variety of options), but we split some small plates. The pizza was a surprise in a good way. Hadn't had their pizza before. It was tasty, well cooked and a nice selection of topping options. The view is of course an amazing feature. It would be worth a visit on its own. This is a spot I will return to! read more

We arrived at 1:30 pm on a Friday. It was more active than I expected. We joined the waiting list and were seated outside within 5 minutes. Our table of three placed our drinks and food. The food arrived within 10 minutes. However, the drinks did not come out for at least 30 minutes. Our server said that there were delays at the bar, and we did our best to be understanding. Unfortunately, one member of our party ended up having to leave before the drinks arrived. A little after 2 pm, the drinks came out, and they were tasty. This place sells gift cards but no one in the restaurant knows how to redeem the gift cards. The food is decent so we keep going back, but we now have 5 gift cards and there is ALWAYS a problem running gift cards on the bill. Tonight we went in with $83 on our 5 different gift cards. Our bill was $79 for the meal and drinks and we gave the waiter our 5 gift cards. He asked if we knew how much was on each and we told him, about $83, enough to cover the bill. When he returned he informed us that the gift cards total was no where near $83. They were only worth $33, so we paid the remainder of the bill and asked for the gift cards back. When we returned home we looked up each gift card and sure enough there was still $50 left on the cards. If you don't know how to run gift cards through your system then stop selling gift cards! Every time we have been there the waiter always says, " we're having problems with the gift cards", we'll fix it then management. It's sooooo frustrating that a business can't figure out the simplest stuff. You sell the gift cards so figure out how to redeem them! Again, food is decent but management and systems are seriously below average. read more
