I may be biased because I'm a chiefs fan but this place rocks. The owner is cool and friendly and are the regulars. I will be back to try the food and I really enjoyed the vibe!

My new favorite spot where I will be taking everyone. Stopped by with a group of friends after a late lunch near Findlay Market. Uncle Leos is a cozy spot that has all the character of a local dive bar, but makes the best dirty martinis I've ever had. They also offer a $3 "Moose" shot that changes daily. Bartenders are friendly, space is great, drinks are plentiful. Check it out when you have a chance !

Re-opened as Uncle Leo's and it's such a blast! Came for their opening last night and the place is so beautiful - warm pink light and vintage pieces covering the bar and walls. Beautiful bar with a limited selection for now but I'm sure it will grow. The bartenders currently offer 6 classic cocktails but can make anything you like. Think of it as an upscale dive bar. Extremely fun place to get a drink.

An incredibly dope bar owned by fabulous people. Whether it's a Saturday night getting after it with your pals or a chill Sunday with a friend, Uncle Leo's is the place to be. Wonderful staff, delicious drinks, awesome decor, great vibe and amazing owners. Surgeon General's Warning: The spiked cider is dangerously delicious

Could not have been happier with the service and the personality of the proprietor. We had the best bean and pork soup and a lot of cool well prepared drinks! Try his Bloody Mary with house made mix (the horseradish makes it!)

Since stopping in for the first time two weeks ago, I have been to Uncle Leo's 4 times What a cozy spot that is a perfect escape from the cold. Well balanced cocktails, delicious warm apple cider (can add bourbon or rum!), beer and topo chico seltzers, shots of the day. What more could you ask for? I feel like I'm either in a ski lodge or my hipster Uncle's basement bar, and I never want to leave!

Bartender complained about my group coming into the bar and then added an extra $20 tip to our friends tab because they did not tip enough.

    Busy bar with exemplary service.

The same owner and cook from the beginning a few years ago!! My wife and I love this place. We've been here a few times and has not disappointed us. This particular time we were craving brisket and it melted in our mouths. We shared the Full 1 lb brisket meal. Added Cole slaw, side salad and 1/2 skillet cornbread!! The establishment is an old house turned tavern. Nicely decorated and lots of TV to take care of the sports needs you have. You can also sit outside when it's nice out.

One evening I made a special trip down Riverside to visit. I really enjoyed this stop and will have to make a special trip again in the future. For starters, their smoked & stuffed jalapeños are delightful ($10)! Sausage, cream cheese, and cheddar are all inside, wrapped with bacon and smoked. They come served with house BBQ sauce on the side, but you may not even need it. The smoke flavor is really there on the bacon and mixes well with the creamy filling. For dinner, the naan street tacos are a solid choice. Pulled pork, peach BBQ, source cream, pickled onion, and green onion are packed inside of garlic naan and served taco style ($16). This is served with a very large side of mac and cheese. It is quite a filling meal! The tacos were great and the naan holds up really well to the juices and sauces, as compared to a soft corn shell.
