Where do I even start. First, I ask for a simple discount that was immediatly denied on the spot. The server however was cute which helped with the denial of my request. Next the set of host's gave us a dirty look (I didn't use deodorant today) but my odor should not reflect on me as a person. However fortunately they were able to do me a favour and sat us at the table where the cute server that denied my discount. And that server assistant... truly one of the best at his job ive ever seen. And the food was sublime, shoutout cam.

Beautiful sunny day when we pulled up And decided to sit outside. It was not so full that we needed a reservation but it was definitely busy! I think they may have been understaffed, sadly. There was some sort of technical error as well as it took us 30 minutes to have our drink order taken after being seated. The brunch style drinks were ok, a little light on the pours but definitely flavorful. They ran out of eggs. Thankfully they allowed us to each have a substitute at no extra charge. But they ran out of eggs. Everyone was super friendly and I will definitely give them another chance when I'm back out this way again.

At first time trying this restaurant. What a gem. The pesto grilled cheese is simply amazing. Great service with a fun atmosphere.

I was super disappointed when Urban Grill on Main went out of business. For many years it was a staple of spring and fall soccer seasons, with its convenient location near one of the area's largest soccer parks. Fortunately, the space has recently reopened as Mercer Social House and many of the same things we love about the former restaurant continue to be true with the new ownership. We have already been a couple of times and have sampled the brunch and regular lunch/dinner menus. An early favorite on the menu for me is the fried spicy chicken sandwich topped with sriracha aioli, cabbage slaw, and cherry pepper ($15.45). This is served with Saratoga chips or you can substitute fries for $1.25. The spicy on this sandwich is no joke and the cherry peppers really sealed the deal for me on this one, such a great flavor from those. The fries were alright, but next time I think I'll try the Saratoga chips. On the brunch menu, I selected the Monte Cristo with French toasted brioche, tasso ham, Swiss cheese, provolone, and dijonnaise all deep-fried and served with raspberry compote ($19.95). This was a large and very filling sandwich. I must admit one of the best Monte Cristo's I think I've had. The outside was crispy fried, but the inside was soft and had a really nice combination of flavors. Overall the food has been good, the service great, and the atmosphere perfect. Spring soccer season is just around the corner so I'll soon be back more often!

What a sweet little gem in Newtown. I loved Urban Grill so I had high expectations for this place and boy did it exceed those expectations. First things first- make sure you make a RESERVATION! We saw people turned away because they didn't have resi's. They have NA beer which is a plus as Dry January has bled over into arid February. The wings appetizer with Mild buffalo were - soo smoky! The entree was double dipped and a large portion. We brought enough home in leftovers that our son could have a meal- But the true of the show were the "horseradish cheddar mashed potatoes" Service was timely- Ps- I loved the indoor decor- the lights were ultra chic!! Super cozy!!

Really good, simple American fare. Multiple cozy dining rooms, including an outdoor covered patio which is great in the warm months. Friendly, attentive service kept our drinks filled and had fast delivery of our appetizers and entrees. Only a few dessert options - a warm brownie and vanilla crème brûlée - but both are delicious. One of the best casual dining options on the East side.

I wanted to visit when it was Urban Grill but my Mr told me that his co workers thought it was overpriced and overrated. Now with new ownership, new name and menu, I wanted to check it out even more because it's always packed whenever we drive by. The pavilion (outdoor seating) is where it's at. It's super cozy, laid back, welcoming and rustic. We wanted to sit in that area on a Saturday night. The menu is VERY simple. Starters, Salads, pasta, ribs, wings, sandwiches, kids menu and dessert. I love the cocktail list. They have everything from margaritas, martinis, mojitos, bourbon, and mocktails. They also have wine and craft beer on tap. We ordered- Drinks: -Coors Light draft -Pom-A-Mule- Wheatley Vodka, Pom juice and ginger beer Appetizer and Dinner: -Burrata Caprese -Pesto grilled cheese sandwich w/ fries -Fried spicy chicken sandwich w/ side salad The appetizer was amazing. Loved the pesto, cherry tomatoes and Burrata on fresh focaccia bread. Our dinner was also on point. The pesto grilled cheese was comforting and had great flavor. My Mr really enjoyed his Spicy chicken sandwich. It definitely had a kick! Management went around and greeted everyone including our table. That was really nice, we gave our feedback for sure. I know we will be back because my Mr mentioned trying the wings plus we wanted to experience the indoor seating. We are fans!

Delicious tender smoked wings. We had buffalo sauce in the side - tasty but not hot. The porch is lovely. Good service.

Outdoor tented dining area, indoor dinning area, multiple bars, and of course the production area. The beers are top notch, many choices, and seasonal specialties too. We got a x-mas cookie and a home sweet home brown ale to enjoy with our meal. We shared a double Maryland burger with the fries. The burgers are themed for each state the I-50 goes through. The Maryland burger was cooked perfectly, delicious. The fries are outstanding, top notch, and they have a fry sauce that is a must order. Service was good, less than 5 minutes from order to ready to pick up.

The partnership is celebrated with a barbecue. The food itself, for this event, must be made by the Fifty West Brewing Company restaurant/ chef. It is on par with the food I have eaten there. The food was plentiful, and we ate way too much. Many of the side dishes were on the spicy side. Macaroni and cheese was creamy. The Slopy Nancy was a surprise. It was one of the vegetarian options. A mix of quinoa, chickpeas, carrots, and other vegetables, it was filling, a little spicy, a little sweet, and went well with the brisket. I wish I knew the recipe. It would be great as a Thanksgiving side dish. The brisket was tender. The desserts ( brownies and bread pudding,) were decadent. All items were made with quality ingredients. Based on what we ate, I would look forward to going to this event again. Maybe I should have started with the beer, as this was brew and Que. A wide variety of brews were available. Some where on the traditional side. Others used less common ingredients like sweet potatoes, and Buddha's Hand. It was an interesting mix. I really enjoy seeing creative beers at events like this. The sweet potato went great with the barbecue. It became very bitter when consumed with the desserts. The people who work the event were awesome. They all remained upbeat and positive the entire event. They interacted with the attendees when they could. Towards the end of the event, they were definitely able to do this more. They seemed to be enjoying the event as well. Production Works is a great space for such an event. While it was crowded, it did not feel overly so. In terms of crowdedness, it felt like going to any Brewery on a Saturday night. I think they capped the event at a good number. There was enough room for people to move around, and enjoy themselves. People were welcome to walk around the grounds. A couple of fire pits were set up outside. Later in the evening, they were particularly enjoyable. There's something about sitting outside with a wood-burning fire.

I don't have too much to say about the drinks as I just had water, but the food was tasty and exactly what we needed on a cold afternoon. To start out, we ordered the famous beer cheese, and crab cakes for the table. The famous beer cheese was similar to a fondue but it was prepared well and had me wishing I had more. Very tasty and perfect for sharing. The crab cakes were equally tasty and tasted fresh with a nice consistency. As a table, we ordered the mariemont salad, the Cuban, the famous burger and a bowl of chili. I don't have too much to say about the burger. It was tasty but nothing out of the ordinary. The salad was unique and was shared by 2 people at our table. The Cuban was filled well and good value. Its always nice to see a restaurant not skimp out and deliver a nice product. In my opinion, the star of the show was the chili. This was a hardy, filling and extremely tasty chili! And of course, it was exactly what I needed on a cold, cloudy day. I ended up ordering a second bowl, it was that good! I would reccomend this place for a casual meetup with friends or family. Plenty of cozy seating inside, fast and friendly service and great food!
