I got the 2 for $3 meal for breakfast. I got my biscuit but not the potato's and thank goodness I check my order before I get home. I went to the dollar tree to eat my meal and realized there was no potato's..it wasn't even busy because it's only 10am in the morning. I go back through the drive through and they act dumb and need to see my entire bag because they don't believe me...It wasn't even more than 3 minutes that I was gone. The black girl was the one who handed me the bag and the black girl needed my entire bag to see that she didn't put my order in the bag. Didn't have a name tag and didnt even apologize..just a half smirk basically a big "fuck you" after she messed up! Not sure if this was just stupidity or intentional, but I definitely wouldnt go back because I ate everything fresh and it doesn't even taste as good as buying this in bulk at Costco and cooking it myself fresh. I asked for a district manager contact information and another employee starting cursing. That's when I asked for a refund and left. What happened Wendy's? You seriously need to do better. We were on 95 and hungry, and of course, Wendy's is there and sounds like a great idea. We decided to go inside, and at first, it seemed fine. They had the kiosks set up which is good, the people at the counter didn't seem too interested in people anyway. We put in our order, pretty simple, cheeseburgers, no tomatoes, and frostys. Well, after waiting for awhile, it finally is ready. Of course, tomatoes on both. Not a big deal, that's almost to be expected these days. I was about halfway through and I had to go remind them about the frostys. They put them on the counter and walked away. I looked behind the counter and finally found a couple of spoons, since nobody seemed to really care if we were there. Overall, it was just a less than mediocre experience. The food was... okay, I've definitely had worse. Customer service wasn't really even there. The place was surprisingly clean. Of course, no ketchup, no drink lids. Said baked beans would take 8-10 minutes which was annoying but we got over it. Then when we received our food they forgot the wrap we ordered which was just lazy. Then we finally left and as we're driving we realize that they gave us a hamburger-- we ordered a chicken sandwich with JUST chicken and bread. I'm a very picky eater and i was NOT happy about this, we took off the toppings but i could still taste it in my mouth. Disappointing. read more

Quick stop for a quick lunch. I opted to go inside today because this is one of the newer style Wendy's though the dining room is currently (July 2020) without tables. Seemed like a pretty new operation, in a wasteland-like area amidst ongoing construction in the properties around it. The drive-through line was extremely long, so I went inside and surprisingly for a new place, it was super dirty inside, including the bathroom. Ordering could only occur through the touchscreens as you walk in, which wasn't the most intuitive system. The pickup, however, was a free-for-all. All the customers were just crowded into a small area around the counter, no way to socially distance. There was one guy manning the counter who was definitely not engaged in his job. There was a screen above him showing the list of names/orders coming up, and my name popped up and he called it out. I grabbed the bag and asked for my drink. He grunted and nodded toward the drink machine, where I found a random assortment of cups, straws, and lids -- no effort to keep things Covid-safe. Then, when I got out to my car, I found that the bag contained a burger, rather than a chicken sandwich. At least the fries were great. But a big mess otherwise. read more

This Wendy's location is so bad it's almost funny. Run by brain-dead teenagers, who can barely function as human beings, let alone employees. If you have about a half hour to kill, feel free to order at the drive thru. Make yourself cozy, and don't expect anyone to say, sorry it's taking so long, here's what we're waiting on, etc... just blank looks on their dumb faces. Is there a manager or even an adult associated with this dump? Someone must own this franchise, you'd think they would come and see how things are being run once in a while. Brand new Wendy's... we must have picked the wrong time to stop because it took forever to get our food. But the restrooms were clean. After waiting for 15 minutes in a huge drive thru line that stretched around the building, we finally got to place our orders. The staff was trying their best and apologized for the wait. Unfortunately they gave me the wrong sandwich but switched it out almost immediately. Hopefully they get their issues ironed out with service & wait times. Maybe they need to hire a Chick-fil-a Manager to show them the ropes. :-) read more

when it's good it good. though every time I show up and ask for my burger and they tell me "oh we haven't sold that in years." Then I explain what that is and then they say oh we do have those but we wont make them. When I get certain people they make the burger. when I get people who are new or something they always say we don't have them and then fight against me saying I never get them even though I do everytime. how are you gonna fight with me when I get them 90% of the time I'm there. Manager sat at the high top bar on his phone. I literally stuck to the seat it was so dirty. The trash was overflowing and there was tons of food on the floor- like a whole hamburger patty. So just went through the drive thru and received to taco salads. These are the most skimpy salads I have ever seen. 3 little tomato pieces and even less cheese. I like to give businesses the benefit of the doubt but this place needs a new manager. Went through drive through today: wrong iced tea, no napkin, and the guy kept my debit card. When I went back to get the card I spoke to the manager. He was like a robot. No apology, no smile, no friendliness which explains why most in the drive thru have no personality and never say thank you come again or anything close to it. Hello, i am a worker at this establishment. First off when you come in the middle of a rush expect to wait a little, have some patience. We are humans too, we may mess up. When you come at night don't expect that everything on the menu is available because we are trying to close and clean our least popular items. Yes most of us are kids, it's our first job. We didn't go through months of training to work here but we really do try. I understand that most of you writing reviews are very arrogant and feel entitled but we again are humans who deserve to be treated with some respect. read more

From the dirty outside seating area that continued as we entered the dining room, this was a poor Wendy's experience. The staff was pleasant is the only good thing. Cook was not wearing anything to stop his long hair from getting in to the food. Stay far away from this Wendy's. The menu is not complete. I asked for a substitution for my baked potato and it was not included. The fries are exceptionally stale and cold. Absolutely ridiculous! Pulled up to drive-thru and employees had they're friends in a car having social hour. After I honked to have them move so I could receive me order. They left half the toppings off my sandwich and added toppings that didn't belong. The baked potato they served me was inedible and was visibly noticeable that it was inedible. There comes a point when you have to look at something and say I wouldn't even feed that to my dog so maybe I shouldn't give it to our customers. Does everyone remember a while back when fast food employees were demanding 15$ an hour? This right here is why the ones that actually do work hard to provide the best service get shafted and will never see that increase. The crew was behind counter laughing and eating while the tables were filthy dirty. Several workers had long greasy hair hanging in their faces while they handled food. No napkins anywhere. Had to ask for napkins in order to clean our own table. Kiosks were dirty and greasy. Hamburgers were pink, FF and baked potatoe were cold. 8:05 on a cool, rainy night and my husband decides to order Wendy's chili via the mobile app and I offer to pick it up. He ordered a Family Size bucket of chili, 2 chocolate frostys and an order of chicken nuggets. I drove to this wendy's location and when I approached the window, the cashier said "I'm sorry, we are out of chocolate, would peppermint frosty's be ok"? I said not really and another worker came from behind and filled both chocolate frosty's with no issue, then he handed me 2 large chilis and my nuggets. I asked if that was enough chili, it seems so small to be a family size bucket and he said yes actually, it is 2 large that comes in that bucket. I took my order home and opened the bags to see what all was really ther and both chilis were 'cold' as were the nuggets. not like luke warm, but I mean cold. I called the store and asked to speak with a manager and it turns out the manager was the cashier at the window who handed me these items. Not only that, he said well a bucket should have 6 large chilis in it, but we ran out. Then he told me to go online and request a refund if I wanted to, but because I ordered online, he could not issue the refund. he offered to put on another chili, but stated that it would not be ready for 2 hours. He also said I could come by tomorrow and have dinner on his dime. However, that does nothing for feeding my family tonite. This is the 3rd time in a row we have received crappy food and really bad, I mean really bad, service from this location. Again, this was the "MANAGER" who chose to just LIE and hand me cold, crappy, bottom of the barrel chili. They need to Shut It Down!! read more
