We got there around 7:05 PM, and even though it was one of their busiest days of the year, Ava and Nya went above and beyond to make sure my family and I were still able to participate in the free entrée promotion with our purchase. That level of customer service didn't go unnoticed. What impressed me even more was how well the entire team operated under the pressure. You'd never know how busy they were. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Two young men were constantly making rounds taking out the trash every 20 minutes or so, and one of the senior ladies never stopped wiping down tables and keeping the dining room spotless.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Everyone had a job, and everyone was working together. I've given this Chick‑fil‑A many chances over the years, but the location at SR 16 & Inman Road continues to have the slowest and most poorly managed drive‑thru of any Chick‑fil‑A I've visited. On 7/13, I placed and paid for a mobile order shortly before 9 PM. Even though mobile ordering is supposed to reduce wait times, I still waited 15 minutes in the drive‑thru before anyone even acknowledged my order and then waited another 15 minutes for the food to be brought out. This isn't a one‑time issue -- this store never has mobile orders ready when customers arrive. They always start the order only after you get there, which defeats the entire purpose of ordering ahead. Chick‑fil‑A's system is designed to begin preparing mobile orders before the customer arrives, but this location simply doesn't follow that process. What made this visit worse was the manager's attitude. Instead of apologizing or trying to resolve the delay, she blamed the wait on the fact that I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich. I've ordered the same item at countless other Chick‑fil‑A locations and have never been told it causes delays. Her response was dismissive, unprofessional, and completely out of line with the customer service Chick‑fil‑A is known for. This drive‑thru routinely takes 15-20 minutes even during normal hours, and it's clear the operator needs to address serious workflow and management issues. Not your normal problem- Went in right as the dinner crew was coming on and the other crew was leaving- picture a group of about 8 kids coming out for their shift- one girl getting ready to leave- one manager (back to me) restocking- I was waiting about 5 minutes (watching the group talking) finally I asked if someone could take my order- the group turned towards the manager and said she can- she replied "I can?" Most drive thru lines and mobile app orders at any Chick fil A are quick. I am sad to say that it is NOT that way at this location. The way that this Chick-fil-A was designed does not allow for fast service of either. Since it is located in a busy area off of 95, only stop here if you have plenty of time to wait and wait and wait and wait in line. My advice to management is that if you hire more workers, you could cycle customers through faster, making way more money per hour than you would be paying for the extra employees. read more

We got some catering (delivered) from this location last month. No issue with the order. We got a tray of nuggets, on the bland side. I wouldn't get those again. Doesn't have that outstanding chicken flavor their sandwiches have. We also got a tray of fruit, decent, a tad too many sliced apples for my taste which I didn't expect. There are three reasons why CFA is a great quick service restaurant: quality food, polite staff, and operational efficiency. All three are substandard at this location. It's without a doubt the worst Chick-fil-A that I've ever been to. After going there every weekday morning for months (I love CFAs breakfast, obviously) I just can't do it anymore. My order is incorrect at least 25% of the time, the staff, which rotates constantly, is apathetic, and I consistently wait 5-10 minutes for my online order. I have never seen a more disorganized, haphazard operation at a chick-fil-a, with staff bringing orders to cars 3-5 cars back in line while cars in front wait and wait for their orders. With issues this systematic, the Operator has to be the problem. They've been consistently happening for months, so I guess that corporate is blind to this. Stay away from this place if you're used to a standard Chick-fil-A experience! I'll wait until they replace this Operator or open another unit nearby. What a mess. read more

Always fantastic! When you need Chik-Fil-A you always get the same consistent goodness. That's what I love about this place. The insides are still closed for Chick-fil-A but the drive-thru is very efficient. They have two lines for ordering that merge into one line to pick up your order. There are physical people working the lines outside taking your orders and payments and they're doing it with efficiency. When I arrived there was a decent sized line but I was able to place my order and have it in roughly 5 minutes. I ordered the egg white grilled chicken sandwich with side of fruit and a Coke zero. I took it back to my room and everything was just as it should be. The sandwich was hot and fresh and tasted as expected. The fruit was fresh and the right portion size. The drive thru is usually painfully slow and they have been open a year and have yet to get it together. The service was great which isn't uncommon for their establishments, but I appreciated the server (shout out to you Megan) who gave us our food asking if we got everything we ordered (which we did). The dining room is closed, but you can still use the bathrooms inside and that was great since we needed a one-stop shop on our road trip to make the best time. Went through the drive-through, and they got our order wrong. When I went up to get it fixed, not only did they fix it quickly, but they gave me a coupon for a free chicken sandwich or biscuit.
