Everyone around us would hold their ears. When the guy would call out the order it was fine. We sat outside in the patio area. There were teenage kids at the table next to us that was being sooo loud and yelling back and forth and would even throw things and each other. Since I've never personally gotten any chicken from this gas station / convenience store that host this delicious chicken I can't speak of the service but I was told that the staff here managing the food are extremely friendly and work hard to accommodate their customers. The chicken is advertised as "Cajun Style" although very flavorful it is relatively mild and I wouldn't think anyone will challenge the level of spice. As the name says it's Krispy and Crunchy and very fresh and tender, I was told they don't prepare a large volume ahead of time and set the chicken under heat lamps for an extended amount of time so depending on when you show up you may have a short wait to ensure you are served fried chicken that is hot and moist. Besides the chicken we also got a side of potato wedges and the honey biscuits, absolutely no complaints from any of us that participated in this work place lunch - I love finding new food options so I definitely plan to visit this location in the future...

My past 3 experiences haven't been great, and I might not return. Visit 1: I took my 79 yo Mom, with Alzheimer's disease, for lunch. She only eats warm food. I asked them to heat up her scoop of chicken salad, as they have before. They just run it through the melter. This visit, they said they couldn't do it, even after the cashier spoke with the manager. I asked to speak with the manager. After telling him they always warm it for her, suddenly he could do it, but he needed to clarify I didn't ask them properly, which caused the misunderstanding. We left and went to Longhorn. Visit 2: My husband ordered the Chick BLT. The cashier asked if he wanted it melted. There's nothing to melt on it, so he thought she was asking if he wanted his chicken salad warm. He said sure. When his sandwich came out, it was basically the Bacon Cheddar Melt. There was no lettuce or tomato. He took it back to the counter and told her he ordered the BLT. She told him he wanted it melted. I asked her why I couldn't get my meal, the manager who gave us the cards was replacing. She rudely told me to hold on, while she talked with the manager. She came back and said they would "honor" what was on our cards. I ordered a bacon cheddar melt, with bbq chicken. I bit into my sandwich and my mouth was burning! It wasn't bbq. I believe it was the Buffalo Barclay. I had to take it back to the counter and the manager said, "Oh, you wanted bbq?" I told him it's what I ordered and the cashier repeated it back to me.
