Overpriced and overrated...I was asked "what you need" I just wanted a order of chicken tenders and they took 1 hour to get me my food my child is waiting at the house starving because he hasn't eaten in days and they were doing TikTok dances instead of making my food. I have not been to Arby's in a minute. My go to gyro place at the Avenue mall closed up so I remember going to Arby's for gyros. Fast food is just not fast food anymore. No lines or crowds. The dining room was empty. However, Arby's did not disappoint with the great taste of the gyro. Months ago, Arby's offered a happy hour special but it is not offered anymore. Roast beef and curly fried were perfect! ALWAYS order a side of Ajou it's like a meat dripping in real sauce, and Bureau's face sandwich into it and your curly fries it's delicious! very clean the amenities are fully stocked and the staff was very friendly and move the line quickly without foregoing any customer service. It has been so long since we've been to Arby's I forgot to ring the bell of "JOB WELL DONE" and they do appreciate it, and felt mad about it. Fast food can certainly be a hit or miss these days. However, this Arby's location has yet to dissapoint me! I initally came in today, after being enticed by the hype centering the new diablo sandwiches- which come choice of brisket or breaded chicken fillet with ghost pepper jack cheese, a "fiery hot seasoning" comprised of cayenne and habanero, fire-roasted jalapenos, a special Diablo BBQ sauce with four types of peppers, and a toasted red bun with chipotle flakes. Moving into the review, the sandwhich wasn't diabolical, but did punch a pack in each bite in an addictively delicious and spicy way! Loved that all the condiments on the sandwhich had contrasted with each other as there was sweetness from brisket and some of BBQ sauce, yet spiciness from jalapeños, tanginess from pickles, and creaminess from mayo. But aside from food, service was fast, and this spot seemed to be pretty clean! Overall, definitely excited to see what Arby's releases next, and will be back at this location. read more

This is a good Arby's. Probably one of the better ones in town. They send out good coupons and they actually let me keep them to use again. The service is well paced and the wait isn't too long in the drive through. The restaurant always seems pretty clean and looks modern. The food has always been fresh and doesn't taste like it has been sitting out for a long time. The restaurant is right off San Jose just north of 295. I personally like their roast beef sandwiches as well as the mozzarella sticks and jalapeño bites. I am not a fan of their snack sandwiches only because I feel the bread is way too dry. I gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time. I was patient and didn't pass judgement the second time. The third time was the last straw. * First time. Waited in the drive-thru for about 5 minutes. Didn't totally bother me since I know they tend to make the food fresh, especially since I ordered mozzarella sticks and they are always better fresh. Drive 10 minutes back home and to my dismay- NO MOZZARELLA STICKS! I had to drive back, and they tried to hand me the ones they said they forgot to put in my bag. I have them remake some, instead. They admitted their mistake and compensated me w/ a second pack of mozzarella sticks and one of their iced beverages. All was made right. * Second time. Hungry for a Greek Gyro and the wife and kids wanted lunch too. Arby's offered the best options since the kids could get some pizza sliders and the wife could get a Turkey Gyro (doesn't like the lamb gyro). In the drive-thru, things moved along reasonably paced. I get my food and pull forward to let them help the car behind me. Based on my last experience, I knew to check my order before I headed home. GOOD THING! They left out the mozzarella sticks AGAIN! I drove around and went in to let them know (so much for reaping the fast and convenient benefits of the drive-thru). The teen working the front was quick to grab some sticks and give them to me. Back in my car and then head home, which leads me to the... * Third time (aka. The Last Straw). As I get home, disburse the foods to my family, I eat a mozzarella stick first, while it was hot. Everyone else already started their sandwiches, Pizza sliders for the kids, Turkey Gyro for the wife- as I open my Gyro, the Greek Gyro that I was craving that brought me to Arby's in the first place- * ---------------------------------- TUUUUUURRRRKEEEY!!! ------------------------------------- * All my dreams died in that moment as I realized I would now have to spend another 20 minutes of my lunch break going to Arby's for them to correct yet another error on a simple fast food lunch order. I arrive and the same kid is at the front, knowing that he saw me earlier with the mozzarella issue. He asks what I needed and I explained that I came in earlier already from the drive-thru b/c they forgot my mozzarella sticks. I told him that I then drove home only to find they also messed up my Gyro order. The rest of my family was at home eating lunch while I, instead, had to drive back to have them correct yet another mistake. To his credit, he did apologize. He also offered me a soft drink. Unfortunately, offering something I don't need to make up for an avoidable inconvenience is a artificial solution. He didn't notify a manger, so no one would learn from the mistake, nor would I have the opportunity to be properly compensated. All I wanted was a refund for the Gyro since it took multiple trips, 40 minutes of my lunch break, and gas to finally get it right. Instead, I did get my Greek Gyro, an empty apology, and was on my way home to eat my lunch alone since my family was already finished. * Sure, I could have asked for the manager, but that is not my style. If they care and truly want to make things right, then they would have better protocols in place for customer retention. Instead, I will write this long-winded, bitter, passive-aggressive, Karen-eske Yelp review and then select any number of other options in the area when I want a Gyro or deli sandwich. I have no hopes that Arby's would even acknowledge my issues, but there is one thing I am sure of. As non-skill positions like fast-food jobs (yes, I have worked fast food in my life) benefit from an increase in minimum wage to $15 in the coming years, and that cost is transferred to me in the form of food price increases, my passive nature about addressing these sort of mistakes will develop more and more vehemence. * In short, my days of going to this particular Arby's appear to be over for the foreseeable future. read more

Yes I am choosing to write a negative review because the lack of service tonight was ridiculous. When I pulled in there were 3 cars ahead of me and none at the window. First car ordered and pulled up. The next car ordered and then just sat there. The truck between us left after 10 mins... I waited another 5 before pulling up to the door. I knocked on the door...The tall white guy with dark curly hair saw me then ducked down behind the counter then just walked away. So I pulled around In front of the car that was STILL SITTING AT THE INTERCOM. So I pulled around them and went to the window. I knocked on the window which turned into banging and they still didn't acknowledge me. If you're supposed to be open until 12am, then be open. We love Arby's and we will continue to love Arby's, but someone needs to work with Kyle who took our order in regards to customer service. Not only was he rude, bur he was rushing us as well. Honestly the attitude that we receive and the way he spoke to us confirms we won't be visiting this Arby's again. I've worked in customer service for over 15 years - I understand how customers can be. Regardless, Kyle needs a refresher course on how to treat people. I kinda like arbys but just for efew things. I like the ruben the french dip and lately those mediterranean tacos. I have bought at least once aweek. I love gyros. This are as close as the ones at another franchise from miami owned by greek family. The tatziki sauce is ok. Not that great but iguees their recipe is a corporate thing. I was so pleasantly surprised by this location. Where I come from, Arby's doesn't have a good reputation. The food is delicious, highly recommend the Beef & Cheddar. The dining area and restroom are very clean and modern. Best of all, the staff is actually friendly and upbeat. Will be returning many times to get my Arby's fix. read more

I must say that my visit here last week was not a pleasant one. I was already out and about running errands and decided to stop her for some Mozzarella Sticks with Ranch (NO MARINARA SAUCE) and a Crispy Fish Sandwich (with Cheese) for my friend. I chose this location because it's not to far from my apartment and I've been here a couple times and never had a problem. Once all my food was ordered the woman repeated back my order and said everything right so in my mind I had nothing to worry about (hey they've never gotten my order wrong before). I get to the window pay for the food and without checking the bag (HUGE MISTAKE) drive off. I get all the way home and low and behold inside the bag is one of the driest crispy chicken sandwiches, mind you it looks like it had been sitting outside all day with birds picking at it and getting upset because it was just as hard and dry as a rock, and a bag with my Mozzarella Sticks and about 6 MARIANA SAUCES AND NOT ONE RANCH!!! I told myself not to flip out and just call and explain the problem but when I called a woman answered the phone and hung right up so now I'm too upset for words. I have to drive all the way back up here just for them to correct my order. This trip seriously left a bad taste in my mouth and I'd surprise myself if I ever went back to this location. read more

Excellent food! Went for a quick lunch on a Friday afternoon and was pleasantly surprised. I've never been in an Arby's where they have an employee walking around asking if I needed my drink refilled, extra sauces or napkins! She was extremely friendly and made my rushed lunch quite delightful! I've avoided writing a review on many of my past visits to Arby's but today was the last time. Your store opens at 10AM so we pulled up to the drive through at about 10:30AM and no customers were in line. There were two employees outside either smoking or something and went back inside since they now have a customer in the drive through. The familiar woman on the speaker says, just a minute so we said OK. A couple minutes later, she says what's your order (not thank you for waiting or I'm sorry for the wait or anything nice) but her tone got worse and it was obvious she wasn't happy that we came and she didn't appear to be ready for us. She's taken our order multiple times before and is RUDE each time we've come through your drive through line. Rarely do we get someone else. She rudely tells us to pull forward after we gave her our order. She then comes to the window and says pull up to the gate for our order so we did. We waited about 10 mins or so for our food and wondered what she might do to it since I mentioned how rude while we were leaving the drive through window. There's no signage anywhere outside your restaurant that states you're not open for dining in and only open for drive through. The side door and the main doors for customers were locked even though you open at 10AM and it's now about 10:45AM. I understand businesses are having a hard time obtaining and retaining staff but this woman isn't customer service friendly at all. A young man brought our food out to us since the woman now had another order behind us at the drive through window. We live very close to Arby's and our food was more closer to cold than warm and both orders of fries were cold and borderline stale and this wasn't the 1st time. What's so unfortunate is that I tell everyone about Arby's having the best crinkle fries around and anyone that knows me knows this. Well, I can't say this anymore for sure. I couldn't even finish them because they were terrible, no joke. So I spent over $24 on eleven food items this morning and was very disappointed. I'm now to the point that I'll more than likely travel to a different Arby's if I decide to patronize them at all. I have made it a practice to check my order before I leave because it's not always correct. Recently, even though I had the girl repeat my order to me and my receipt was correct but once home, I had been given incorrect gyros. Why is it so hard to fill an order accordingly? The woman at the drive through this morning wasn't wearing a name tag but the name on my receipt was Rene (that's how it's spelled). I know that is the correct spelling for a male so I'm not certain what her actual name is. She's an older woman, guessing mid to late 40's and plump. As frequent customers, we shouldn't have to endure her lack of professionalism even if it is just "Arby's". We can just as easily take our business elsewhere but I wanted to voice my concerns 1st. It's only gonna take one more time with her rudeness and I'll write another review and then take my business elsewhere. I would love to give your store a better rating but not until the extremely poor service is rectified. Thank you. It's now 24 hrs later so I called Arby's and asked if they offer dine in and if so, what time. The guy on the phone said 10AM to 8PM and I asked him what about yesterday (Sunday) and he said the same time. I told him we were there just before 11AM and the doors were locked. He said they may have been short staffed (which I can understand but there's no signage anywhere). Some restaurants will put up signage advising customers the dine in hours if they're different from the opening to closing hours. Ordered 2 premium sandwiches and fries but when I got home one of the $7 sandwiches isn't in the bag. Also the new sweet potato waffle fries were cold, very cold. If I lived closer I would have gone back. When most of your business comes through the drive through you may want to check the orders more carefully. read more

I'm a huge Arby's fan. Love there food. I'm a little disappointed that they could only filled my large drink 3/4 of the way up. I spent over $8 and couldn't give me a full drink. Until I visited this restaurant, I'd never think of writing a review of a fast food restaurant. Although newly decorated, it has kept some dark-stained T+G pine accents. I'm guessing that's a clumsy salute to celebrate the reintroduction of the 70s Yumbo. The place is clean, the employees are pleasant and, since the drink are self-serve, I'm not sure why one reviewer complained that her drink wasn't completely filled. Regardless, this review would be incomplete without mentioning their new Market sandwiches. My favorite is the grand turkey club with bacon. The first runner up is the roast turkey and swiss.
