Okay, this is officially my favorite location. I usually go to the St. Augustine one on 16, but we were in the neighborhood here today. I usually get a 12 piece grilled chicken because the pieces are small sometimes, but these were all decent size and I feel so full and happy. The fries were perfectly cooked too. I rarely pass by a Chic-fila so when I do I get a craving! Their drive through line was pretty long but they had two lanes open and it went pretty quickly. I made sure to get my Chic-fila app scanned before I paid to collect my points. I ordered the Spicy Chicken Sandwich meal, with fries and a coke. At the drive they window they remembered to ask if I needed sauce, I took a ranch for my sandwich. As normal there were two pickle slices on the bun. It is not like me to give such a low star rating to a restaurant and company that puts a product out that is usually very reliable. This review is actually not about Chicken, Waffle Fries, Lemonade or even Salads but something much more important. It involves services and management. It involves "team leaders" telling patrons that there is nothing they can do about situations of children's safety in play stations. Especially, when there are signs placed at those play places limiting the size or age of children that play in those areas and that the manager can do nothing about it. Then having to speak louder; to get the Manager's attention to get her to inform the parents about the children being in violation of the posted policy and roughhousing in the play area. Of course, I had a choice to leave and remove my grandchildren from the play area and I did. But as a customer, I to should be able to have my grandchildren play in this area in safety as I supervise them. Obviously, the day I was there some of these children I were not being supervised by their parents and many others noticed this, removing their children from the Store for lack of safety! This is my hometown Chick Fila they do many specials and service for the Community. However, the attitude of the employees reflects an attitude from the management that at this time they are unconcerned with the Safety of Children within the Store. read more

Can't go wrong with Chick Fil A, EVER. The customer service here is really great and they sure do know how to small talk and make you feel welcome in the store. The food was nice and hot with crispy waffle fries (yum!!!). Super happy this business isn't skimpy with the sauces; my boyfriend likes honey mustard and bbq sauce and I like buffalo and Polynesian! The only thing I wasn't happy about was that every table we tried to sit at had crumbs on it. Besides that, no issues and I like that I feel comfortable sitting here after my meal. I didn't receive a drink and I got a biscuit with only 2 pieces of bacon on it! We were with a friend, so I didn't want to make a scene and take a photo. 5 star fast food! I have never been let down. The only pain I feel is the hunger pain on Sunday when the inevitable cravings are sure to arise. Anyone that loves Chick-fil-A knows it is closed on Sunday's nation wide. This particular location is near mine home but great because they have a text club. If you text CFAWELLS to 411247, they send you deals and reminders - I love it. I also recommend the loyalty app - I've earned free ice cream. The drive through is always so quick, even when the line wraps around the building. They constantly have a person standing outside, taking your order carside. The people working there are always polite, insanely so. If you are having a bad day, they will cheer you up. The food is also the best fast food you will fine. I highly recommend the nuggets with chick fil a sauce. All of the frozen drinks - ice cream blended, are too die for, including the coffee. Seems like Chick Fil A always has a line around them. Came in at lunch time and although they had a line and I moved through Quickly. They gave me my drink and a table tent so they could bring the food to the table. Chicken was hot and fresh. The fries which are normally hot and crisp were not as crisp and a soft on this visit. They also have someone roaming the dining room to check on your meal and offer refills on your drink which for a fast food place is nice to see. I walked in to order and let a lady with three children order ahead since she looked like she was having a tough morning already, and by the time I got to order it was 10:33 and I was told I could not order breakfast now because it ended 3 minutes ago. But if one of the two ladies that were leaving there areas to do refills for customers would have taken my order I would have been able to order breakfast for myself and coworkers.
