The service was good, good work crew. However 5 guys are really gate keeping their fries. We ordered a regular and got a small size with hardly any fries. Reminds me of chicken fila with a box full of fries but there's only 5 large ones. For $7-10 its not worth it. But the burger was one of the best I've had from here. The food was quite good, but we just don't have the urge to go back, so I rate it average. Even my wife liked the hot dog ($7.49) with mustard when she first tasted it, and hot-dog lover me liked it too. It's pretty good, but we both ended up preferring the burger. The cheeseburger was probably a bit better than we get at Culver's. Get the little burger ($8.49) to have a single (I prefer the sauce ratio with singles to their standard doubles). We thought the fries were average. Even the "little" order of fries was huge: far more than the two of us ate. With a soda, we spent $22.56. We both prefer Culver's and Chick-fil-a. I prefer the food at Chick-fil-a, and I prefer the setting at Culver's: this place was noisy and uncomfortable compared to Culver's (which is pretty nice for a fast-food place). I think the notable messiness of the fries may make me like this place less too. If we come back, maybe try the bacon cheeseburger. Their cajun fries are one of their most loved items, though I hear they're slightly spicy so we didn't try them this time. read more

Was on a burger kick and decided to order delivery from this Five Guys. Nothing fancy, just a bacon cheeseburger with grilled onions and grilled mushrooms with I side of regular fries. My partner ordered just the Cheeseburger with no extras. We got it dropped off at our door early and I brought it in. The fries were in the serving cup and in the bottom of the bag. Glad we didn't get 2 orders of fries as 1 order was enough for the both of us. The burger wrappers were numbered according to the receipt so you can know with confidence what burger is whose. I like that. Can't tell you how many times my food was eaten by accident. The fries were tasty and hot along with the potato skin being part of the fry, whereas with most places the potatoes are skinned first. I always come here when I go to Total Wine............no judging me LOL. I get the same thing every time I come here a little cheeseburger, a bacon cheeseburger that's the two patty one. And 3 beef patties with cheese for the dogs. Here is a little hack. Ask for the cheeseburger its 2 patties in a bowl and throw in an additional beef patty with cheese it'll save you a bunch of money. LOL when ordering the fries unless you haven't eaten in a month get the next smallest size of the size, you'd like e.g., you want a large get a medium. I don't think anyone on the planet including Joey Chestnut could polish off a large portion in a sitting...... Very disapppointed with my service today. Part of my order was incorrect but instead of manangement conducting further investigation on the matter by politely asking the cashier what did I verbally request, he kept reverting me to my receipt as I am explaining to him that isn't what I ordered. He then advises me to get back in line if I desire to order the item I was speaking of. I am extremely big on customer service and I was very taken a back to receive such a response. I don't eat burgers very often. Burgers are probably my least favorite food. Although, I felt like I experienced Charlotte's Web's power of words phenomenon in this restaurant lol. Remember when that little spider weaved "Terrific" or "Radiant" etc to describe Wilbur the pig and people basically kept him alive because they believed this pig was special? Stopped by this location of Five Guys when we were out running errands at the Town Center. The first thing that struck me about this location is how CLEAN it is. It was a slow time for them (4:30ish) but everyone was working hard. They were cleaning this place from top to bottom, and you could tell this was something they are constantly working on - it truly showed! I don't think I have ever been in a cleaner Five Guys! Their bathrooms were impeccable. Kudos to you, Town Center team! We ordered a bottle Sprite and a small bag of (regular) fries to go, which was quickly prepared and served. We went to the Fleming Island, Florida store and called in a curbside order. When ordering we told the girl that we were there parked in front and gave description of car. She said it would be ten minutes. We waited 20 minutes or so I finally went in and they were calling my name. They said they had called it several times and I told them that we had been waiting for curbside and had given the girl all the details. He apologized and then I asked if my stuff was still warm and he stated yes that he had just set it out. We got home and the fries were cold and sandwiches lukewarm. We live three minutes away. The food is always good but this not the first time we have had a bad experience with pickup. The employees need to listen better and maybe trained better. read more

When craving a burger, Five Guys is always a favourite for us. Fast food that doesn't taste like fast food. Damn good burgers! Of course, they are no better for you than a fast food burger, but at least they taste great and won't break the bank. They have so many toppings to choose from and they don't charge extra for them. Love that! Hey M-Shack, screw you for charging extra for tomato! Haha Fries are really good and a regular is more than enough to feed two grown adults. They have roasted peanuts available for free while you wait for your food. They have the cool Coke Freestyle Machines. Restaurant is always nice and clean. Really friendly employees. You can see the area where they are making the food and it is kept very clean as well. Plenty of seating inside and they also have a lot of covered seating outside. It's at The Town Centre, so it does get pretty busy at times. They keep the line moving quickly though. read more

Not our first time here but it has been a very long time. We were walking out of Total Wine at the town center when we saw this place next door, so we decided to stop in. When we entered, we were quickly greeted by the friendliest gentleman at the register. Placed our order while my husband was taking advantage of the complimentary peanuts. Besides it freezing inside (I'm usually always hot if that tells you anything), the restaurant was very clean and well kept. We both went with the bacon cheeseburgers but I opted for mine to be in a lettuce wrap. Gotta save some calories with all these foodie stops. Lol. The burgers were juicy and huge. Cooked very well and it had great flavor. We chose "all the way" so it came with tomatoes, onion, mushrooms, and pickles as well. My husband asked for an order of fries and they gave us way more than the cup it's served in holds. Our bag was overflowing with fries so one order is definitely enough to share. They were crispy and did not taste greasy. Do I dare say that this is still the best cheeseburger I've had? It's definitely on the top of the list. read more

Have any of you out there had the same experience I had at what I am calling this "Wise Guys" location? Two weeks ago, I went here to get my craving for their French Fries satisfied. I had not been back in quiet sometimes as I only like their fries. I will not stand by and watch perfectly fresh burger meat flattened and destroyed on a griddle; none of their burgers for me. Anyway, I purchase a drink and went to their Coke machine which is very expensive and doles out a variety of different coke products. I chose their Cherry and it came out like it was devoid of taste; there was barely any cherry color, too. I told a tall, older, heavy-set man about it. He came over and declared it was fine. I went to their second machine and it was the same. So I next tried their orange offering; same diluted taste. I did not want to deal with a guy who apparently could not give two s__t's about my concerns. And BTW, I was in the industry for 25 plus years so I think I know when a soda system syrup box needs replacing. But this was not a box being emptied. This was the amount of syrup actually programmed to be dispensed for each drink from that machine! The taste of all these sodas that comes from a dispensing unit is determined by the Brix Setting; it is called a Brix Count. The service company, Coke usually programs this Brix Count using a special gauge they carry with them. The amount of syrup is controlled at the point where it is mixed with carbonated water. It determines the taste and the cost of each drink to the owner. To confirm my suspicions, I went to a Panda Express with the same exact type of coke dispenser and the taste was like night and day! So how could I conclude anything else that this was no accident? Accident or not, I got a lousy, undrinkable soda at a place that should know better or at least check into it when a customer makes a complaint! The cost of the soda to Wise Guys is based on that syrup! This particular location is not giving out a quality soda and they have reduced that Brix Count! To compound my suspicions "Wise Guys" at this location has now changed how they are dispensing their outrageously priced Regular Fries" ($5.00) from how they used to dole them out. I would get the traditional fry scoop amount from a piece of equipment found everywhere but then they had this specially made stainless steel box-type contraption that they proudly used to dump literally another half order into the bag. Do you remember that? The woman who gave me my order barely added anything to the bag..It was a "lick and a promise." It was a ridiculous amount of money to pay for that small amount of fries. I will never go back to this place, but I have written to corporate to find out if this same shrinking policy is being used at all their locations. If this is not a corporate store, then all the more reason for them to know about this owner and what he is doing! If it is a new corporate policy to save money, then I should be hearing some other comments here if you had a similar experience. Always a sure place to get a good burger. They are definitely in my top 5 of burgers to eat in Jacksonville. I prefer this location b/c of their attention to details and the customer service. My order always comes out in a timely manner and rarely do they mess up. I usually get the cheeseburger with mayo and lettuce, very simple but always taste so darn good. Every now and then when I am really hungry I throw in a cheese dog. I like that they cook the dogs on the grill. Also you got to love the fries that are basically fried twice. I have always loved that method of cooking french fries. You fry them at a lower temp, set them to the side. Then when an order comes in you just drop them back in at regular fryer temp. They come out so damn perfect. I also like when they throw in extra fries when you have a to go order. Great location, great food and great customer service!!! read more

Came in late last night (8/22/22) not too long before closing and I must say this was one of the best experiences at Five Guys I've ever had. The staff was incredibly polite the place was clean and the burger and fries were excellent. I don't usually write reviews for fast food /fast casual places but I just felt compelled due to how polite the staff was despite me coming in quite late and them keeping me in the loop letting me know my order is going to be an extra couple minutes because they were cooking fresh fries. I know it may not seem like a lot but it was just refreshing to have a casual place still have such pleasant customer service and a welcoming and attentive staff. Walked in and ordered take out. Ordered two burgers & fries. Waited FORTY MINUTES for my order to come out. There was only one other family in the dining area . Had I known that they prioritized the Uber Eats/Door Dash/Grub Hub orders ahead of mine, I would have gone home, ordered delivery, & received my food in about the same time as it took me to wait on my order.
