    Birria Ramen

Well we finally tried out this place and it's a bit pricey for what you get. The bang bang shrimp and birria ramen weren't all that great either.

Absolutely loved this place. Great kids menu for a small meal. Got an asada burrito came with apples a bottle water and chips. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The inside was awesome.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The marketing was great.

This was my first time going to this place, and I would definitely like to go back again when I'm in this area. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The place isn't big, nor is it small; it's very comfortable.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The place looked clean and nice.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The employees were very friendly. I ordered some mahi-mahi fish tacos. They were an explosion of flavors in my mouth. Absolutely delicious. All the ingredients were perfectly fresh, and together they created that unforgettable experience of flavors. I also ordered street corn in a cup, which I had never eaten that way before; in a cup, and it was another unforgettable taste experience. Truly, you can't leave there without trying that delicious treat. I definitely want to come back.

While in town I tried to eat like a local. I ordered this as Ubereats. I had a Monster chicken burrito and Elote. I thought it was really unique to have French fries in the burrito and hot takis crumbled on top. The food was tasty but dry, no sauce what so ever. I wished they would've atleast included some kind of salsa or taco sauce on the side. Order arrived in a timely fashion. It was in sustainable and cute packaging.

Good late night spot that closes at 2 AM. Pros: guacamole was good. Street corn was spicy but good. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Cool inside decor.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Cons: No alcohol Feels a little informal to order at the kiosk. Expensive compared to most taco places.

This was my first time trying it and I thought the street corn nachos were different and delicious. Tacos were tasty and good customer service!

Stopped by Talkin Tacos and the food was delicious. I had the taco trio. I had Bang Bang shrimp, carne asada and Birria taco. The best Birria I have had in a while. The bang bang shrimp was my least favorite. Easy order kiosk system and the service was fast. [[HIGHLIGHT]]We sat inside but they had a great outdoor seating area.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

In the summer, I spent almost a month in Jacksonville for work. Looking back this was my favorite quick service for lunch while working in the office. The food was fresh, flavorful, and at a great price. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Loved the decor and easy to grab a spot to enjoy or take on the go.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I may be going back to Jacksonville to train additional staff, and this would be one of my top lunch choices!

This place is funky, but in a good way. The atmosphere is vivid with its black lights and fluorescent paint and their food combinations aren't any different - Takis and other interesting flavor combinations through their food. All of the above is great, but the real bonus is their staff. At 12:15am, they are warm, welcoming, and committed to making our visit enjoyable. Let me explain. We arrive and we're greeted at the door by a young man who welcomed us warmly and asks if we've ever been there before. We had not. He directs us to the kiosks to order and as I excuse myself to the restroom, he takes the time to walk my wife through their menu. When I return, she's tapping away, confidently browsing the various offerings and ordering what she wants. I enter my choices, select the order to go, and we have a seat. As we wait, I get a text message assuring me of the order details and when I should expect it. The young man comes over and offers us a water, which my wife accepts. He brings her a bottled water...no charge. He was doing this to others as they were waiting for their food. I have not seen this level of care and service in years. The restaurants automated texting system told me the order would be about 20 minutes and that there were 17 orders ahead of ours...I severely doubted we'd get our order on time, but at 18 minutes, they called our name and walked our order over to us. So easy. Like the staff there, the food was bright and enjoyable. I wish we lived here because we'd be here all the time to enjoy the food, but more so the staff that work here.

Came to a new to me location and over all really liked it. The food always speaks for itself. The food came out pretty quickly and the staff was nice enough. May have just been there at the wrong time/date but boy were there A LOT of screaming children there.

Working in the area for a week gave me the chance to finally check this spot off my "need to try" list. It's a quick-service setup where you order at a kiosk or tablet and the food is brought right to your table. We went for the Taco Tuesday special--the birria tacos were packed with flavor and the street corn was just as good. I'll definitely be back if I'm in the area again!

    Monique B.

Talking Taco is hands down always delicious. I have visited a few locations and each time everything is always great. They never disappoint when it comes to customer service and good food. There's always available parking and with the self service kiosk it's easy to get in and out. I tried the birria tacos and for a semi fast food location it was really delicious and flavorful. I also had enough food leftover for the next day. The lemonades are also really good. The restaurant is also decorated really cute with neon signs and lights throughout.

The 30% off code - LOVETACOS - is good on the entire menu on Taco Tuesdays. The deal & code are advertised on a window poster you'll notice as you walk up in addition to another poster advertising a great lunch deal available. I ordered the Shrimp Tacos (corn tortillas, lettuce, breaded fried shrimp, chipotle mayo, and cilantro) minus pico & they were great. The shrimp were freshly fried and steaming hot. I had to wait a bit because a large catering order was being finished as I arrived. The manager offered me a free Jarritos and apologized profusely for my wait. I took it as a good sign that their tacos are that popular plus it gave me time to enjoy the gorgeous murals by ARTBYJAE. I visited the Baymeadows location (open until 3am Fri/Sat & 1am Sun-Th) & they now have a second location on Parental Home Rd (open until 1am Fri/Sat & 11pm Sun-Th).

The floors were sticky and our shoes stuck to the floor. The women's restroom was out of order. The kiosks seem like a good idea but nobody there to ask questions or to get your drinks. If you can catch one of the two people working as they bring out orders you are lucky. The menus on the kiosks are pretty informative though and tell the ingredients for each item. Kiosk automatically adds 20% tip unless you change it. Considering you don't have any interaction with employees until they bring out your order other tipping options might apply. They cook to order which is nice except you don't get your drinks or your appetizers until it's your turn. There is a comment section to type no tomatoes or special instructions. Mine still came out with tomatoes but they promptly remade it for me. The food is pretty good. No complaints there other than having to remake one of my tacos. The chips and queso was pretty good. Chips were dusted with spices and served hot. We tried 6 different tacos and they were all very good. The tortillas were toasted on the grill which makes a big difference. You can get flour or corn tortillas. The chicken and steak were marinated before grilling and were big cubes and plentiful. The menu has a pretty big variety including a kids menu with chicken and fries. The last comment is their fountain machine for drinks. The coke tasted off. They may need to recalibrate it. Drinks are served in small clear throw away cups and the lids don't fit very well. Refills are hard to get. You have to wait for someone to come out of the back. If these small complaints don't bother you the food is very good.

We came for a quick impromptu Taco Tuesday date night, as we were trying to eat at another restaurant near that had a long wait time. We were quoted 20 minutes to be seated when we arrived but were pleasantly surprised when we got the text that our table was ready only after 5 minutes of waiting. The waitress was friendly, and helpful with the menu with us as first timers. Chips, salsa and queso all came out super quick! Better than that, our food came out quick as well! And the food was amazing!!!! I had three tacos ( Blackened Mahi, Blackened Shrimp, & Filet Mignon) that blew my mind. I have been thinking about these tacos ever since I had them, trying to plan my next visit. The margaritas are great as well, not watered down like a lot of these other Mexican spots! The place is EXTREMELY loud, we couldn't hear anything the bartender was saying when she was trying to tell us the happy hour items (and they do not have a happy hour menu you can just read off of) so we ended up ordering full price drinks and food. The couple next to us said the same thing about not able to hear anything as well. Drinks were okay and honestly not worth the full price. We got mojito (tasted mostly just alcohol and not the refreshing flavor that mojitos usually are) and margarita (extremely average and nothing special about it). We also ordered soke tacos - they have a whole vegan section which was amazing. Banging tempeh taco was flavorful and really good. Blacken shrimp tacos were also delicious with lots of flavor. Overall we would come back for a quick bite but would not recommend coming if you want to have any type of conversation while eating or if you want to get a good cocktail.

Tepey's started its roots as a small food truck during the Covid-19 pandemic while Luis and team worked on building out the brewery.
