I come to those establishment often. So does the lunch crowd. The online menu offerings are great, I feel coming in and looking at all the different food options,and being able to build your own pizza is the way to go. Just wish there were more locations on the southside of town. The setting is nice of you want to eat in, but on a nice weather day I would opt to sit outside. Hooked on this place! read more

I ordered online and went to pick up at the store. I was confused as to where to pick up as it said go to the kiosk to check in but there was no signage to indicate where the kiosk was. I also had to wait for two workers to finish talking before I could ask about my order. Overall the food was just alright. I've had better pizza with better crust and sauce at dominos and pizza hut for cheaper. I don't regret spending my money as the food tasted fine but I definitely would not come back when there are better options. Atleast this place is on the cheaper side. read more

Despite being busy, the workers are still really friendly and work pretty efficiently from what I saw! I was in the Town Center area and was craving some pizza by the slice, however I ended up at a familiar place. Walking into Blaze, it was very clean and pretty nice compared to other Blaze Pizza locations that I have been to. The customer service was very good and attentive. Usually they have the dough already pre-pressed on the pan but I got to watch the employee press my freshly made dough. I did a BYO pizza with pesto on the crust, which if you're not getting - you are missing out. I love that the line area was clean and fresh toppings. My creation was classic red sauce, mozzarella, chopped garlic and a variety of veggies. I also tried out the fire roasted broccoli as well which was a great topping in addition to my veggies. Overall, it was good for a late lunch. I think with this location being so clean, the pizza was better than usual. Their pizzas are pretty filling, where I'm only able to eat half. Once I left, I did notice the sign for their lunch specials which I wish I was aware of to take advantage of. Blaze Pizza is a great fast food pizza chain. Highly recommend this location! read more

We had a craving for pizza and we had never heard of Blaze Pizza (we are from outside the Florida area). How I wish we had one of these back home! When we walked in it was very clean and they have their system down to a science! We each ordered our pizza, the way we like it, with their "build your own" menu. I was ecstatic to see they had a gluten free dough option! Not cauliflower crust, but actual pizza dough. And the people here take gluten free very seriously...fresh gloves and cooking my pizza separately from the others. We chose our own cheese, sauce, and toppings. Both pizzas came out super quick and smelled heavenly. I ate every bit of mine!!! They also offer "build your own" salad bowls. So many options for toppings and sauces. I ordered from the pick half a pizza and add a salad or cheese bread plus a drink. I decided to try the traditional sauce, there were several, and my standard pepperoni with pineapple and spinach. The pizza was really good and I love a thin crust! I'll try the white sauce next time, I'm partial to it but wanted to try their original since it was my first time there. For my salad I added strawberries, pineapple, tomatoes, cheese, mushrooms and spinach. They had so many choices! I wasn't expecting it to be so huge and delicious! Blaze Pizza is my #1 favorite in the land of build your own personal pizza chains. This location did not disappoint. Upon entering the staff were all friendly and welcoming. I ordered my favorite kind of pizza then sat down until they brought it out to me from the pizza oven. I can make my pizza healthy-ish! There's a few signature pies, but you can build your own pizza with the crust of your liking. My kids like original and I do cauliflower crust. They have a variety of cheeses, sauces, meats, and fresh veggie toppings, as well as vegetarian/vegan alternatives. You can put as much, or as little, as you'd like. And my favorite part are the finishers! I'm obsessed with arugula on top of pizza so I always add extra arugula with a little pesto drizzle. I love the half salad/half pizza meal, it's the same price as the whole pie, and it's plenty of food with some leftovers for a snack. Yum! And service is always fantastic! I visited on PI Day 3/14. The greatest day to visit Blaze during which you get unlimited toppings on your Signature Blaze pizza for the low low price of $3.14. Talk about an awesome day for us pizza lovers and deal hunters ! This location has crazy fast workers. At first glance, the line was discouraging as it wrapped around the side of the building but they were so efficient and everybody on staff pleasant! I was super duper impressed with how they dealt with what appeared to be over 50 people in the immediate vicinity (in line and seated). We probably waited no more than 5-7 minutes in line. Pizza was as good as I remember it the first time I tried Blaze. Probably my favorite wood fire pizza chain hands down. I had to get my $3.14 pizza for Pie (Pi) Day!! A year ago was my first trip to this Blaze Pizza and I still really like it! I got my usual "build-your-own" with Ground beef, Black Olives, Spinach, and Mushrooms. I also added Ricotta. Yum! This is my third time at Blaze Pizza! First time we ate there was at the Gainesville location in between spending time with the kids. Fell in love with the pizza, price and everything. The atmosphere and decor is nice. All the staff are very friendly at both locations. Never been to the location at the town center either, now it's our favorite spot. One of my close friends and I decided to have some pizza for dinner just to catch up and we thought why not Blaze pizza? I've been eyeing this pizza place and have been wanting to give it a try, and this was the time to do it. I've heard their pizza is good, and it was time to put it to the test! For my pizza I ordered half green stripe and the other half art lover. My friend, who is vegetarian made her own with olives, jalapeno and corn, drizzled with pesto sauce towards the end. When they brought out our pizzas, I was happy to see mine. It looked very appetizing and the visuals were there! Amazing looking pizza I tell you. Multiple crusts to choose from (cauliflower, gluten free to name a couple); a huge variety of cheeses, meats, toppings, sauces. Yummy!! They are requiring masks and have them if you walk in without one (kudos to them!). Staff is always patient and friendly. We had a group of five, some had been before, some had not. We each ordered a make-your-own pizza and boy did we have a variety of tastes! Pizzas are cooked perfectly. Crust is thin and crispy. Variety of drinks to choose from (I love their blood orange lemonade). Restaurant is clean and they have outdoor seating (which is what we chose). Walking in it was busy, and in the Covid times busy is impressive! Right away I saw a difference in the orders, most fast pizza places are all just one price for all pizzas with unlimited toppings, here they give you options! You can get 1 topping for like $6, 2 toppings for $7 or unlimited for $8 they also offer "Take Two" which is half a pizza with a salad. I got the take two and was very happy the salad was big and you could get any toppings on it including meats. The pizza was yum! Thin, chewy and flavorful! I even ate the crust! Lol! One pizza + Two s'mores cookies is a nice share situation if you are trying to be somewhat good lol. They also let you order 1/2 a pizza + a salad or cheesy bread. My recommendation is try to limit yourself to the amount of topping and different sauces or it can end up being too much going on. If you want to try a lot of combinations you can also half top your pizza. I think they let you mix sauces- the white and traditional red go well together. We did half Hawaiian and half pepperoni + mushroom + bacon. Mmmmmm baconnnnn. We did mozzarella, goat cheese and Feta with traditional red sauce. I enjoyed the Blood Orange Lemonade and love the s'mores desert as well. Don't plan to share that or you might fight for the last bite. Love how fast it is. This place is quite impressive. It's like one of those subway/Chipotle setup except it's for pizza. They have an oven in the back that just cooks the pizza immediately! It was barely even a wait. The DIY pizza took longer than the cooking part! This place even has keto crust!! And cauliflower crust among other choices. It's very inclusive! I'm very happy with the selection. The minus 1 star was only because the food doesn't taste that impressive. It tastes good, but it didn't wow me. The crust is burnt but the middle of the pizza isn't fully fully cooked. It feels like a classy hipster yet fast and convenient eatery. It's a bit on the expensive side for a personal pan pizza, but still good. This place has the ambience of a day bar. It's very unique.
