V Signature Wings (5)
Jordan H.

This may the best pizza I have ever eaten... to the point that I have now driven 4 hours just to satisfy a craving. Personal favorites are their Carnivora and Delle Donne pizzas. The crust is the perfect chewy and soft texture. Their San Marzano Meatballs and the V Signature Wings are the perfect add-on items. The staff is helpful offering top-notch service and a there is ample seating with multiple dining spaces. Great laid back vibes!

I've never been to V's Pizza and our close friends decided to host a going away party here. Parking is horrendous during the dinner time rush and cars from every direction came in and out. The parking is a bit congested and small. Other than that, the outside and inside area was pretty spacious and there's also an area on the greens where kids can play. It's pretty loud outside so if you're not into alot of loud noises and sounds, this place isn't for you. I didn't mind it at all and loved the atmosphere. The area was kept pretty clean. You go inside and order at the counter, grab a number, and they bring your order. Since it was busy the day I went, it took a while for my pizza. I waited for like 45 minutes. I ordered the Salsiccia Pizza which had tomato sauce, provolone, mozzarella, spicy Italian rope sausage, roasted bell pepper & onion, and drizzle of Calabrian pepper oil. It came out fresh, spicy, meaty, and I loved the charred crust! I love extremely crispy crust and this hit the spot! Probably one of the best pizzas I ever had to be honest! I did have to go inside and grab condiments like grated cheese and crushed red pepper as I didn't see any on the table. And for drinks you have to grab them inside. The pizza was on the pricier side as I paid $22.00 for 13 inches. Honestly though, it's worth the price because the flavors and ingredients were so fresh! I would come back again to try other pizzas and items on the menu. I only took off one star due to the chaotic parking lot and it was hard for me to maneuver in and out.

We had this place on our "to go to" list when we came to JAX. So much in fact we drove here right from the airport. Parking: there's a lot behind the building but it is a smaller lot and it's pretty busy here where cars are either waiting for a spot or just parking elsewhere. Walked in and they have a specials board written on both sides. They also have a fall specials list at the counter. There's a kiosk to order your food from. You do order your fountain drinks at the kiosk, but the alcohol and water at the counter. The restaurant has many tables, most long bar height tables that almost resemble a lunch hall - just non stop table for miles. After asking about the protocol on ordering we ordered from the kiosk. You take a table number next to it for dine in because it asks you for your table number at the kiosk. Being from Buffalo, we had to try the wings. He got the Calabrian and I got the crying Hawaiian. We each got a pizza too- he got the piccante and I got the flying Hawaiian. We got our waters from the fountain drink station and then set up at a table at the end. My wings came in first, then his pizza and wings then my pizza. All beautiful looking. We didn't wait very long for the food. Spoiler alert: the wings are grilled. Threw me off quite a bit because.... That's not what we have in Buffalo. We usually have battered fried, and super crispy. These wings were not crispy like a buffalo style due to being grilled. They however had a really nice char and flavor, plus they were super tender and piping hot. Mine had a small kick, his has a lot of kick. As for the pizza, he demolished his 13" piccante, he said there was a kick and that's how he likes it. Loved my flying Hawaiian- great blend of flavors. I only was able to finish half of it, and they have boxes to take to go - no charge. I packed the rest of the pizza up and had it for breakfast this morning, demolished it. Equally as good cold out of the fridge as it is piping hot. Pretty solid pizza and wings!

The food and drinks are 10/10! Wish I could give them more than 5 stars. Love this location, the lemon drop is definitely a favorite.

5 Stars for fantastic signature wings, great pizza, and a prime location by a cocktail bar. Let's start with the wings. I highly recommend the V signature wings, featuring fresh lemon, rosemary, garlic, EVOO and V spice mix, topped with caramelized onions. These wings were as messy as they were unique and addictive. We got a couple of pizzas, but the fan favorite was the vegetariana pizza which features San Marzano tomato sauce, mozzarella, marinated artichoke, fresh mushroom, spinach, grape tomato, and garlic. For the standout to be a vegetarian pizza is really great for groups that include dietary restrictions. Finally, make your pizza order at the counter and grab a seat outside on the patio. Then walk into Sidecar (a sister cocktail bar) for some beautifully crafted cocktails to accompany your slice. 5 easy stars!

I so wanted this place to live up to the hype. We ordered on the kiosk so can't say much about customer service however the ambiance and atmosphere is great. Me and my boyfriend were both disappointed with our pizzas. For me I ordered the classic margarita and it was quite burnt. Too burnt for me to enjoy any of the outside crust. My boyfriend got the buffalo chicken pizza which he said was okay but very garlicky. $40 for two pizzas and a soda is rough and unfortunately it wasn't worth it for us.

Wet Italian Beef Sandwich with Hot Giardiniera

I have been to a lot of V's Pizza in Jacksonville and the San Marco location was one I hadn't been to but when someone asks to meet up of course I'm. We came in and saw the special they had and i will say the Hot Hunny Gabagool looked great but I was going out of town early the next day and didn't need left over pizza and knew I would be having a lot of it on my trip so I went for Ashley and I's classic, 10 V's Signature Wings (always top 3 in town) and a wet Italian Beef since they are on of the few I can get in town that is decent. Our food came out pretty quickly and we made sure to sit at Sidecar and wow amazing bar with great options. The wings and beef were great as always. This is another amazing V's Pizza location. Parking can but tough but that's San Marco for you. Try and get their early for dinner and you shouldn't have an issue.

First time here, my boyfriend and I needed something quick. The restaurant had a very open concept. Everyone was so friendly and attentive. Pizza was tasty . Very convenient right next to the bar side car. The overall experience was welcoming and ambiance was festive for Christmas.

Make sure you specify crispy crust. My came out floppy and undercooked!
James T.

Came here because of the Yelp reviews and it was within walking distance of my hotel. Decided to get an Italian beef sandwich and a pizza pie (I was hungry, don't judge). The sandwich was excellent. I added melted provolone cheese and had them dip the sandwich. IYKYK. Tried the pie with sausage and was a little disappointed. The whole pie was definitely undercooked to my liking. Would go again for the sandwich though! But yeah, if you order a pie from here make sure you tell them how you like it cooked, otherwise it will probably come out doughy

We came with a few coworkers for some pizza and cocktails from next door. I love the concept of the two businesses next to each other but kinda sharing the space. It was gorgeous outside so we saddled up at a picnic table to chow down. We got a few different pizzas but I was all about the pepperoni that day. I think I ate half of it myself. I also tried the wings and those were excellent too.

Larry W.

One of my favorite spots in Jax. The beer selection, the whiskey selection and the food is awesome. Especially the wings and some of the best pizza in town. Always a good time when I go here.

Linda B.

She's never been to Italy and wonder what their pizza taste like, this is it! Most of their ingredients actually come from Italy, including 00 flower. I love the individual pizzas because we can never agree on just one kind. It was perfectly cooked and loaded with toppings. I can't wait to go back! My favorite is the spinach and artichoke build your own with fresh ricotta cheese. They also have gelato which we didn't have room for after the pizza and salad luncheon combo. check it out!

Well, I have to say that this restaurant can compete with the best in NYC, New Haven, and Providence or Boston! First and foremost, the service was top notch. The attentiveness and efficiency of our waiter was the best, but to top it off, 2 of the owners each came to the table to check on things. This is something that stands out today. I love it. The atmosphere was comfortable yet refined and the place is very clean. The dim lighting is a point that my wife appreciates in a restaurant setting, but our seats were probably the least lit, (our backs to the front window) and our old eyes needed our phone lights to read the menu, haha. The Arancini was perfect and we loved the marinara. My veal dish was magnificent with it's perfectly cooked, large and very tender cutlet. My wife fully enjoyed the Pappardelle con Vongole nero and I thought it was phenomenal. We can't wait to visit the best Italian restaurant in JAX again, when we return in October.

I had heard about the Pear Fiocchi and decided to give it a try. OH MY WORD! The balance of sweet, savory and salty is just perfect! Wasn't sure if I'd like the mix of Gorgonzola and goat cheese but it really is one of the most delicious Alfredo type sauces I've had. And I really loved that it was not over sauced. The crispy bits of Prosciutto di Parma were the best topping! My hubby and I sat at the bar. He had the clams and being a bit of a clam snob, he really enjoyed his dish! This is a busy little place but worth the wait. It's not crazy loud even though it's a small, intimate, busy restaurant. Mark and Ryan were so attentive and friendly. If you haven't been, you really should go. Sit at the bar! Make new friends!

Having said that what an awesome way to end my birthday with this amazing dinner that I had at this place. One of the best Italian restaurants in Jacksonville I must say. As soon as me and my wife walked in to the restaurant we were greeted and sat right away. The ambiance of this restaurant is truly amazing and very Italian vibe. We were greeted by our server MORGAN who was fantastic from beginning to the end. She suggested some incredible stuff that as a vegetarian I tried and was just amazing. For drinks we had mojito and pinacolada which was nice and refreshing. For appetiser we were recommended with Pomodoro Caprese which was amazing especially their Pesto sauce. For my entree she suggested me Luingini Josephine which was unique and nice pasta. Morgan surprised me with a dessert which was very kind of her. Overall this family owned small business is an amazing must try Italian restaurant. I can't wait to back and try more stuff. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Initially, we were going to Coopers Hawk, but forgot we had to make a reservation a year prior. We were told a 2 hour wait! That is wild given how big the place is. But again it is a Saturday night, and people were smarter than us and made reservations, and thus we left. After giving the news to ogre she full on had a rage attack in the parking lot screaming for those classic Coopers Hawk egg rolls. While we were consoling her I heard a soothing sound coming from behind the restaurant and we landed in front of Enzo's. We were greeted by the kindest owner ever who thankfully along with the help of her staff got us in with no wait, given how packed it was.. We were greeted by a very nice waiter who seemed all over the place though. I think he was definitely new, and was forgetful at times.. Anyways! We got three apps which were all fried stuff. Fried ravioli, Fried mozzarella sticks, Fried calamari. Honestly looking back kind of gross.. but they were solid tasting! Nothing out of the park at all on the apps just your standard.. a little tasteless on the calamari, but then again I had like 3-4 pieces because the ogre consumed them.. but then I got clarification from my good buddy bezos that it was kind of tasteless. The most tastiest was the fried mozzarella! Which shouldn't happen. Onto the entrees! Actually wait side reference note I initially ordered mussels with linguini. It was the worst dish of seafood and pasta I have ever had. I literally NEVER send stuff back, like literally never.. it feels inconsiderate and I feel like a bother even if it is just a little edible I would eat it with no complaints but I literally could not. It was so fishy I am now writing this nauseous. Some of the mussels were also closed, cold or broken.. it was just very very poor and I'm mad I had three mussels. The first one was crazy fishy, but I gave it another shot and then another, because I believe in second and third chances. But no, I was grossed out. Not to mention consuming all the fried prior. I also ordered a soup that was forgotten, and didn't get my cocktail sauce, but not really an issue if the dish was made to torture people with. Eventually I did get my soup and it wasn't bad! But now onto the entrees! Bezos: Chicken francese Tragic: veal parm Ogre: Chicken parm Doctor B Wife: Chicken Caprese Me: after the swap I got Veal Parm (thanks tragic) Oh and we had some garlic bread, but it needed some sauce or added flavor with it idk.. Reviews! Ogre: The chicken was good Wife: Mid Bezos: *yawn* ummmm Tragic: Italian stallion Me: the veal was solid, but that dish was so bad before that I lost all my appetite and I am just bleh.. and our waiter seemed a little lost.. again nice guy but come on. All in all we are grateful we were taken in by Enzo's and that owner seemed like she was a hardworking person that definitely can inspire her staff. I loved the piano playing, and the environment was really pleasant. Although me personally I disagree with the food, that dish was the worst ever, and our waiter again although nice was extremely forgetful. I feel sick to my stomach and I probably am going to vomit. But thank you again you gave us a good night and a place to eat..

My only complaint (and not really a complaint a just a warning so no one is surprised if it comes up... ) is that they charge a $30 cake fee if you bring your own cake.
