We arrived at 515pm. Only 3 tables in the whole place and they all had food. We waited 50 minutes ( only ordered calzones) Noticed that they were only fulfilling take out orders not in house orders . After 50 minutes I had to get the food to go. The explanation was that 'our ovens are full' obviously with take out orders and not in house orders. Ummmm....there was no one there . Got home and my order was, of course, wrong. Not to mention soggy and cold ( we are 5 minutes down the road ) I am not paying more parking fees to return this mess but it is definitely our last time there .

Decided to get a slice of pizza before we actually walked the beach. We were greeted as soon as we walked in. Customer service was great. Once you order, you have a seat, and they will bring it out to you about 8 min later. Although I ordered the combo, somehow I got just the pepperoni. But the pizza was fire! The crust was perfect the sauce was perfect! When I'm in this area I will come back and get a slice or 2. The vibe was nothing special, but it's a pizza place.

My roomie and I go for walks a lot and passed this spot. We decided to stop in for dinner. Our waitress was nice, but the food took forever to come out. I got the baked ziti special, and the sauce had a weird taste. Everything else was fine though.

Gyro in pizza form? Yes please! Got this 16" gyro pizza tonight to-go and it was an absolute hit with the kids.

Joseph's pizza is in an awesome location and serves up a great ambience for a quick slice after the beach. I really wanted to like it here but the service was quite slow and I had a really bad stomach ache after my meal (happened again when I tried my leftovers). Got the buffalo chicken calzone and it was pretty good. Baked ziti was definitely not my favorite.

This cozy pizza shop is a staple in town. The inside feels nostalgic almost since it's not modernized like most restaurants these days. They have many Italian dishes for a fair price. This is definitely the perfect stop for a family on vacation looking for a budget friendly meal, especially since it's across the street from the hotel & they offer a 10% discount for hotel patrons to go orders. I called in a few to go orders this weekend. Pepperoni pizza is my go to. The pizza here isn't consistent so that would be my main critique.

It was amazingly busier on Saturday afternoon and they only have 1 person working. We got 2 slices pizza; cheese, pepperoni, and 2 local mango beers. Seems they have lots of sandwiches, salads, desserts and signature pizzas as well. We weren't in hurry so when our pizza took longer time from the counter we understand. And ohh btw the restroom lack of soap, but it's our fault we should came earlier!

My husband and I went here for date night out on the town. We decided we were both craving pizza and bear and decided to stop by and grab a bite to eat. We ordered a pitcher of Kona Beer and a ton of appetizers: the garlic knots, cheeses garlic bread and mozzarella sticks. We couldn't decide which appetizer to get so we got them all. They were all delicious. My husband ordered a specialty bbq chicken pizza thin crust pizza that was twice baked and added jalapeños. I ordered a build your own fettuccini pasta with Alfredo sauce. Everything was delicious and mouthwatering. Definitely recommend and will be back for more date nights! They also have brunch so make come back this weekend to check out their brunch specials!

NOTE: I feel bad for the 2 stars. They are super nice people and wotk hard to ensure you have a great time. However, my reviews are what I experience and based upon my high standards. (I've never opened a review like this... being almost apologetic for a low score - but I love their energy and customer matters most attitude!) 30 min for a whole pie, By the slice 12 min. I had 2 by the slice Pepperoni - added garlic, onion, sun dried tomato. 12 min and ready, but extra cheese on top only melted 75%. Great med crust - crunchy and one of my favorites. Real fresh garlic, but sun dried tomatoes not sweet and hard to distinguish in a bite - except by texture. The sauce has weak tomato profile. Overall has a strange slight sour taste - not pleasant. Atmosphere - Cozy , 8-10 tables. Staff could not have been nicer! Work really hard and keep a smile and niceness towards the customers. Sadly, all the other spots in the block were much busier. I hope things improve because I like them. (And I NEVER give a nice low score review!)

I was scrolling through Instagram and I came across pictures of this restaurant and the pizza looked so good I had to stop in. It lived up to the pictures and was very delicious. The sauce was flavored well, the cheese was melty, and the pepperoni was nice and crisp. I will say the crust could have done with a little more flavor but overall it was a great slice. We also got the Cajun ranch wings which were cooked well and the sauce was tasty. I think the garlic bread and garlic knots were good but I would have preferred them to be a little bit saltier (maybe some more butter?). Overall the service was great (Shout out to Tara!) and I'll definitely be back in the future!

After 3 nights camping , 8 cheeseburgers, a dozen Hotdogs , 3 bags of chips, a handle of Stoli Vodka, 2 1/2 packs of Camel's and 9 million Noseeum bites at Long Point Park in Vero Beach all I wanted was a hot pizza pie to bring me back to city life. I knew fate and time would fall in my favor and deliver me unto the long awaited and highly overdue first visit to Joseph's Pizza at Atlantic Beach. Habib family owned and operated for over 60 years the Atlantic Beach location was opened in 2004 in honor and memoriam for the family patriarch who passed some years ago. Perfectly located facing East on Ocean Blvd at the origin of Atlantic Blvd in Atlantic Beach between Ragtime and Salumeria. An open dining area with about 8 tables with additional seating outside on the sidewalk, perfect for people watching . On the wall were chalked out daily specials. I took advantage of the $14 1-topping Large, the $10 Spaghetti and Meatballs and to my elation the $12 Mufaletta w! Fries. My server Sydney was very pleasant and attentive and kept busy refilling my drink, serving other guests in the restaurant and answering the phone for takeout. It was 3:30 so midday just before shift change. My food came out in a steaming parade of cheese and sauce and zesty meats rolled and cured. The pizza is classic hand-tossed, not New York, Chicago or Detroit style. Similar I would say to Moon River. Their crust is house made and was firm and crisp enough to handle the generous amount of sauce, cheese and pepperoni without collapsing. It took just one bite to appreciate all the previous reviews they've received. I was instantly impressed. The Mufalletta is a favorite sandwich of mine. It is a classic New Orleans style Italian made with an Olive Tapenade/Salad. Their's includes Ham, Genoa salami, mortadella, pastrami and provolone, topped with homemade chopped olive dressing. It was served on a round seeded bun and cut in quarters, similar to Jason's Deli. The taste was signature Muffaletta in every way! I couldn't resist ordering their French Fries. For me fries are always a good barometer of the overall restaurant experience. Joseph's fries were terrific, hand-cut style and crispy with almost the flavor/seasoning of a curly fry. The Spaghetti and Meatballs was almost intimidating. The bowl of pasta was huge with two massive meatballs covered in Marinara. The sauce was perfectly balanced and authentic and the meatballs were made with love, the most important ingredient Finally I indulged in a piece of Canoli to-go as I had to race out of there before my parking expired(Only knock on my whole experience) Thank you Bobby Farah and Joey Gabriel for always recommending this joint. I wish I hadn't waited so long to come and experience this Atlantic Beach staple. But I believe timing is everything and this visit was exactly what I needed exactly when I needed to wrap up a very eventful birthday gauntlet of celebrations. I deserved it and so do you so go visit my friends at the beach and treat yourself to an oceanside meal the whole family will love -- eating lunch with Susie Bateh at Joseph's Pizza Atlantic Beach.

The service here is great; everyone is very friendly and accommodating. The pizza itself is pretty average though. We ordered three slices to go, and it tasted like it had been reheated several times. The crust was a little chewy and the cheese didn't have that gooey melted goodness you want to see in a slice of pizza. Maybe we would have enjoyed it more if we came earlier in the day for a slice.

One slice is definitely big enough to fill you up! Lots of indoor and outdoor seating. A classic staple to eat at the beach and definitely a quick and easy bite. The pizza itself has amazing breading and crust that is light and airy. We tried the pepperoni and the classic. Both were delicious.

Everything on the menu is delicious, the staff is wonderful, and they stand up to bigotry in their own backyard. You can't get much better than that. The only drawback (if you can even consider it one) is just figuring out a good time to arrive to avoid a line. Regardless, even if there is one, the staff moves through it quickly and efficiently. As Sub Cultured is a walk-up window, there's some outside tables to sit, as well as the option of sitting in your car for that car-hop action. Otherwise, you're so close to the beach and parks that taking your sandwiches for a picnic isn't a bad idea either. If you can't find parking immediately at Sub Cultured, there's a little shopping center just next door since there doesn't seem to be much for street parking outside of their handful of spots. All of that said, I'm a transplant to Jacksonville via the Navy since 2004. One of the biggest cravings that I have from back home is a real authentic sausage, pepper, and onion grinder. I can't even begin to describe to y'all how great Sub Cultured's is with that spicy Italian sausage and perfectly cooked peppers and onions. Add a little spicy brown mustard and you're all set.

They forgot to include it entirely.) I was a little incredulous that a former Sailor could run an Asian restaurant with such awesome ramen! Well, now I believe everything I heard. As a former sailor, upon entry I immediately fell in love with the Navy decor, pictures, and even the tables in the dining area had the seals of ships and other commands past and present on the table top art that gave a tremendous nostalgic feel to an old sea warrior like me! OK, I was a Chaps - I gave spiritual support to those warriors. Nevertheless, the ramen bowls here are a work of artistic beauty! I felt like I needed to stare at my meal for an hour before daring to touch it! On this day, we had the Bayou Ramen and the Traditional Ramen. The Bayou Ramen has a real Cajun spicing to it - unmistakable in every way. It has some heat to it, but not heavy - I'd say it was just about right for my taste. The shrimp and sausage in it were perfectly prepped - I could have taken some home but didn't - just couldn't stop eating this! It also included carrots, corn, a seasoned egg, scallions, ramen noodles in chicken bayou broth. If you like ramen of a Cajun variety, you'll love this! The traditional ramen bowl was pretty basic. You could have a choice of broth, but the basic version has little to no heat factor. It comes with roast pork, bok choy, carrots, corn, seasoned eggs, scallions, ramen noodles. I had the leftovers of this ramen bowl the next day and it was outstanding too! In addition, when you come here, you MUST get the fried chicken! It's among the best I've ever tasted. It's definitely bested KFC in my book! Anyone who wants to try a solid ramen restaurant which classic offerings and some creative versions of ramen, must visit Hangar Bay! I will add that the service we received as terrific! For a little while, I felt like I was eating on the mess deck again! I'll surely be back! Recommend: VERY HIGH!

The flavors were nice and everything was prepared well. However, and this may be just my opinion but, if you're going to call your food truck "The Fried Egg" perhaps eggs should be a part of the make up of most of you menu items. Given the current menu options I think a better name for this truck would be "The Fried Egg is a $1 add-on option." I mentioned to the young lady taking my order that it surprised me that, given the name of the truck, I would have to pay an up charge for an egg. She relayed my sentiments to the cook, who may have been the manager or owner. Nevertheless, I ordered the Classic Smash Burger and did ask for the fried egg add-on. The food was prepared really quickly and the burger looked perfect. However, the young lady informed me that unfortunately they only had 4 eggs left and that they all fell and broke on the floor before my burger was ready. So she handed me a $1 bill as a refund. Obviously disappointed (and skeptical of the story) I accepted the refund and went on my way. The short of it is that while I was eggstremly disappointed by the lack of eggs, the burger was quite good and the fries were wonderful.
