This I have to say was truly the BIGGEST disappointment I have experienced in a restaurant and I don't know how long. We did a group order for lunch two of us got salads and two got one slice of pizza. First, they took the two slices and put them in one box thankfully no one had a food allergy nor had issues with pork. When you combine two pieces of pizza in a box that have different ingredients for two different people sharing a box can cause cross contamination which can trigger allergies. This was definitely not the right thing to do. Moreover, the pizza was dried out and looked like it had been sitting under a heat lab for an extended period of time. The salads were a joke nothing but core piece of lettuce that was wilted and onions. It was an extreme sorry excuse for a salad and exceptionally overpriced for what you got. Beyond disappointed both of us ended up throwing it away because eating around a lettuce, core and little lettuce was in there wilted was not appealing at all. Typically, I don't like doing reviews like this and I say well I'll give them one more chance however this is one place that will never see me step foot in there again.

To all my pizza lovers this place is worth checking out. They sell pizzas per slice or whole. They do have some other apps like wings, chicken tenders, Mac n cheese, but obviously get a pizza. Many flavors for pizza yet no gluten free options. I will like to add that the pizzas are all displayed with a description for each pizza. We chose buffalo and pepperoni. The pepperoni was the winner! The cheese on the pizza was dripping good, cheesy and Thin sliced made to perfection.Buffalo was spicy hot and should have went with side of ranch because that's what was missing for me. This place is very laid back, hiding in the cut of five points jamming to some good reggae tunes. Booths to sit at if you choose to dine in but no outside seating. Prices are fairly cheap and great for large groups, date night, or a quick slice to go.

Reason for visiting: Getting Pizza to enjoy an outside movie Day & Time: 6:50 on a Friday Order Type: Pick up Service: Fast Inside: Good luck finding parking. The place was fairly empty. Food Order: pepperoni pizza and pesto cheese bread Portion Size: large pizza for reasonable price Conclusion: I wasn't a fan of the parking at this location or the crust and grease on the pizza. I am a true papa John's fan but we wanted to try something new. I think this could be someone else's cup of tea, but it is not mine.

The pizza is definitely good. The wings are right. The fried mac n cheese bites are awesome!!! The only reason I gave 3 stars was lack of options of pizza on the day n time I went. The Meat Me in NYC wasn't available. But the Angelo Square was still on point. Very urban decor of NYC. Overall, a good pizza spot in 5 Points. Definitely a must eat.

The good huge slices two is more than enough. Didn't take long to arrive through door dash. The bad unfortunately food was cold not lukewarm but cold. I saw the driver had a pizza bag to keep it warm but it was still cold. Lack flavor as well.

Grandma slice with tomato and basil

I picked up a grandma slice with tomato and basil. All of the pizzas are sitting out at room temperature. I wondered how long they had been sitting out as they really didn't have much business. I figured I'd take my chances and waited for my slice to be warmed up. It was quite tasty. The staff were not friendly but not mean either. They were just there doing their job. This is my second time eating from here as I'm rarely in 5 points anymore. The grandma pizza was better than my previous pizza from here. It was quite tasty. Maybe I'll ask for it cold, and just heat it up myself next time though.

After getting some slices here, they are now on my top pizza list. I like that they had single slices and that they were massive. I ordered the Bianca slice, a classic cheese, a chicken ranch, and a Hawaiian luau slice. I loved each of them. I think my favorite was the chicken ranch and the Bianca. I had to order the zeppoles but was disappointed in all of them being completely raw dough on the inside. I took a couple of bites and had to spit them out. The only reason I'm knocking down a star is the raw dough. The few bites I had from the outside that weren't raw were pretty good.

Antipasto salad

Was appalled to receive my antipasto salad in a clear lid with a paper plate covering it!!! They could have at least said they had no tins to put it in!!! It was delivered to us like this! I swear they are getting worse any time we order !!!

The pizza was decent. The soda machine needed more syrup, and so did the cashier. She had a stank look on her face the whole time. Acted like she was bothered cuz she had to take her feet off the counter and get off her phone. "Spread love...it's the Brooklyn way" not a very lovable experience.

Meat Me in NYC and Chicken Bacon Ranch

After happy hour at Hoptinger, Biggie's Pizza sounded so amazing! Hubby and I walked over along with some friends. We walked right up to the corner and ordered pizza by the slice. I chose the Meat Me In NYC and the Chicken Bacon Ranch. He went with the Buffalo Soldier and a Pepperoni slice. We grabbed a table and before you know it our slices were delivered. I love their take on a meat lovers with the Meat Me In NYC. The way the beef, ham, bacon and sausage are crumbled extra small was pure perfection. The crust was perfectly crispy, exactly how a NY style slice should be. The chicken bacon ranch was really good, too. They were heavy handed with the ranch which I didn't mind. If that's not your thing, you may want to ask them to go light on it. The bacon was perfectly cooked and crumbled throughout the entire slice. Hubby's pepperoni slice was crispy and delicious. The Buffalo Soldier was very tasty with grilled chicken and plenty of their yummy Buffalo sauce. This Biggie's location is great for grabbing a slice especially after a few drinks!

Very good pizza! The crust is perfectly crisp and the sauce is fantastic! I only wish the grandma had some more mozz, but all in all great pizza! The employees here are super nice; they absolutely made my day! They even gave us an extra free slice of pizza!! We went at night and it's definitely more of a party vibe during night time; it was fun and it wasn't too loud, though. It's really nice that this spot is right here to get a great meal after a night out in five points!

I knew yesterday as soon as I saw the advertisement for the new specials I had to get Layla's Chicken Cutlet Sandwich. My daughter couldn't decide on a calzone or the Mac Attack Pizza and after some deliberation, she landed on the Mac Attack Pizza. We got there just after opening and they already had a few customers in the door, but we didn't have to wait long at all. Our food was ready within 15 minutes and brought out. The chicken cutlet sandwich was everything I had hoped it would be. Tangy, savory, and the cutlets were the perfect thickness. Full of great flavor and fresh mozzarella made this the perfect lunch today. The bread wasn't too soft, nor was it too hard. Baked PERFECT. I would eat this every single day if could. Amara loved her pizza and is excited to have some left over for later when she's playing her video games. I like mac n cheese, but generally I'm not a mac and cheese on pizza kind of gal, so I did not try any as of yet. Maybe she'll let me have a slice later? I was too stuffed from the sandwich for anything else. 10 out of 10 recommend and hubby is a little jealous we went without him.

The entrance felt unclean--glass doors, floor, and mats were all gross--and seeing rodent traps by the front door during the day was a major turnoff. She was patient and very helpful as well. I ordered a bacon and mushroom pizza. My go to pizza. The places is simple: ovens, slice station, and the prep counter. Exactly what's needed for a pizza place. The mural on the wall listed the 5 boroughs and had the Brooklyn Bridge, as well as the Statue of Liberty. I mean, New York is there. The pizza came out fast and I got back. Here's the thing: Florida is notorious for having lackluster pizza. There's no ways around it. The pizza was cooked perfectly, thin, and a thicker crust. Perfect for folding. The sauce: not too loose and not too thin. Good amount for pizza, regardless of location. Flavor wise, not bad. Cheese and toppings had the right amount so it could incorporate into every bite. Now going back to my statement on Florida pizza. It's better than other Floridian pizzas I've had. It scratched the itch and I definitely enjoyed it. They'll get my business when I come back to Jacksonville!

My wife didn't like that there was so little pineapple in it. Our Napoleon pastry was pretty good, and I might get it again ($5 for a small one). We both preferred it to the brownie ($4). I don't particularly like brownies, but this one looked particularly appetizing, and the order-taker said it was one of her favorites, so we tried it. That was a mistake. Perhaps I should have tried the mini cream puffs, which are a favorite of mine (3 for $5), instead. Among other things I usually like, they had carrot cake for $7 and a cup of cheesecake for $9 (which seems steep). Their fruit shaped pastries looked beautiful (and a couple next to us said they loved the mango one), but were $12 each. Their fruit-topped Danishes also looked delicious, but weren't available any more at lunch time. They also offer milk shakes and loaded (sweet) croissants. There are only four stools here next to a bar, if you want to eat in. The bathroom was pretty good. I probably wouldn't come here again, but if I were in the area I might try some of their other pastries or sweet treats.

Julia at the counter must be used to first-timers She was so helpful and didn't seem put-out by all the questions. So many choices. See photos which are self-explanatory. While the fruit options are what they're known for, I thought them pricey, but ok for the optics, and a good flavor. All are made of the same stuff with the contents fruit-appropriate. I couldn't decide on just one, but with my only requirement being "not too sweet", I took the advice of a regular customer and got the lemon which was not too tart or sour and just creamy enough as to be likened to a creamsicle and also the recommendation by Julia who only asked: do you like coffee? To which I replied only with cream and sugar and I got that luscious lovely sl oblong confection. $24 for two pieces of delectable gorgeousness? I wouldn't do this often but it was a very satisfying bit of indulgence. Btw, they can't give you a cup of water, but you can buy a bottle of it. Or sit out back next to the pond with your own water bottle from the car.

We've been to Crispy's a handful of times over the past few months and tried a few things on the menu. Nearly every time we've been there we've seen pizzas go by us and thought "dang, we really need to try their pizza some time". So when we decided to go there tonight I figured we'd finally do that. In addition to that, my wife informed me that she was going to have Garlic Knots no matter what. So yes, we ordered Garlic Knots to start. I don't know why, but I was expecting them to be a bit tough. I guess maybe I've just had them at other places and they're usually thick / tough, so that's what I figured these would be. They weren't. They were really soft, in the best way. Not doughy or under cooked, just soft, warm and very good! We debated what pizza to go with and eventually settled on The Klutho, which is more or less their meat lovers pizza. We also did the garlic butter crust at the suggestion of our server. I'll start by saying thank you to our server for that suggestion because that was some good crust. I'm happy to report that we both thought the pizza tasted as good as we both thought it looked every time it went by us before. Let me put it this way: if the pizza in my photo looks great to you, yes, it's that good. Like I said, we've been to Crispy's a few times over the past couple of months and we just like the place a lot. We didn't plan to go there tonight when the day began but I'm glad it worked out that we ended up there. Now we've got about half a pizza to split for work-from-home lunches over the next few days.
