I love the crispy waffle fries and garlic parm toast on the side. The sauces are all so good. My favorites include creamy garlic, buffalo bleu, honey mustard, and sweet sriracha. Hubby tried the Nashville hot sandwich last time we went and it was phenomenal! He usually gets the Buffy bleu sandwich. The employees have always been friendly and helpful. This is the most life changing chicken I have ever had. It's DELICIOUS! I would eat here every day if I could... Believe it or not, I'd never had PDQ before and not because we didn't have enough chicken sandwich joints (Can you really have enough chicken sandwich joints around you though?). I just didn't see a need to check it out when I had my own trusty go-to place. But there comes a time when you must try something new and that was recently. I figured I give it a try since I was stuck at home and wanted to taste like I was my old, adventurous self again. I checked out my favorite delivery app and perused their menu. Hadn't had a Grilled Chicken Sandwich in a while so I chose that and added some cheddar cheese. I did like that it said "cheddar cheese" and not just "cheese" meaning American or something American-like. That's a plus already. No drink for me but I did add a side of waffle fries. Received the order in less than 30 mins and looked it over. The sandwich itself looked kinda small compared to other places but PDQ prides themselves in quality over quantity. If it's good then I guess it's fine and it turned out to be really good. The waffle fries were crispier than what I've previously had other places with a little more salt which was welcomed and the creamy garlic sauce condiment was cleaned out with them. That was so much better than regular ketchup. Definitely would like to try other items here. They seem pretty good. read more

I love PDQ and after the wonderful time we had at the recent Yelp event there, I couldn't wait to go back with my husband. That says a lot, especially if you know me and know how much I detest that particular area of town. (LOL) I am stating up front that when I went to use my coupon for a free item that we received at the event, it was refused by the cashier and the manager who explained that we were getting our meal for free (!!!) and then were given coupons to pass on to our friends (which we did). Anyways, even if I had to pay for this meal, it would get the same review. I love PDQ - I said that before. I like their philosophy and I love their food. My Cali burger was perfect and I like that I now can get something healthier as a side (broccoli, so delicious). My husband had the Queso Bowl which he LOVED. He did give me one of those side eye looks when I told him he'd enjoy it, but as usual, I was right. I'm sure he'll try another next time. You can tell this particular place is new and that they are still training their employees. The food at this PDQ (my first time trying this place) is pretty good. But my goodness, the place is filthy! This place is practically empty and we had a hard time finding a clean table to sit at. The "concession"'area with napkins and such is filthy and they brought us our food on a tray covered in dried and sticky food. Turns out, I ended up returning twice in one week because their menu was satisfying all my cravings! We all know and loved their famous tenders and sauces. Yes, these are PDQ classics for good reason, but I recommend expanding your horizons. There are lots of hidden gems throughout the menu eager to blow your mind. Two of those being the Queso Crunch Bowl and the Tomato Feta Salad. Chicken tenders topped with creamy queso on a bed of beans, rice and corn? Hell yeah, this is my new go-to post work out meal. The latter is surprisingly delicious, which touches all the flavor profiles you look for in a salad. Sweet, salty and tangy yumminess. Based on my experiences, most folks seem to utilize the drive-thru. Totally cool, but not my thing. At two opposite times of the day, I was one of the only customers dining in. The employees seemed more preoccupied with the drive-thru-ers, instead of us. I'm not asking for the red carpet, just a little more sense of urgency! PDQ has quickly become one of my favorite fast-casual chain restaurants. They do a really great job of store cleanliness and have many distinct characteristics at this location. It's a false sense of "healthiness" when you order apples and I'm sure they are somewhat better for you than fries but that caramel toffee apple dip is loaded with sweet flavor. They are clean, the service is impeccable, they have Cheerwine in bottles, & the food is so good and fresh. Kudos to PDQ-you guys know what you're doing. I recall going to this location about two ago on a Friday night and ordering the five piece tender meal. The fries were hot and tasty, but the tenders were a little cold and they appeared to be overcooked a little and the outside was dark brown. I didn't think nothing of it. But, later that evening I got a really bad stomach ache from the tenders. Not sure if the grease They used was old or if They were sitting out for a while. But, I had a stomach ache for two days. I must say that for a fast food place, PDQ at the towncenter is super clean and the staff is amazingly friendly. Plus I absolutely love their menu options. Their Yia Yia Greek Salad is so tasty, the Pimento Crunch sandwich (although not the healthiest option) is one of my favs, and you have to love their various bowls, which are great options for the health conscious. All of their sauces are house made and delicious. I also really enjoyed their Chile-lime corn and their tots are great (but a tad over salted for my liking). This PDQ was built from the ground up, located right outside town center. You can get there by going straight towards Wawa and make a right if you're coming from town center parkway. It's a little confusing and creates unnecessary traffic when people turn right. It's very clean and inside and they are fast with your orders! The bathrooms are kinda small but there is a hand washing station right outside it near the register. I feel like more restaurants should have this! It spits out warm water for multiple people to wash their hands. I actually do not like their chicken tenders. I do love their nuggets however. There's a different breading on the nugget. Their zucchini fries are really tasty too!! Their sauces are all homemade and don't be afraid to ask for extra. I jump from the creamy garlic sauce to the ranch!
