I can't say how thankful I am to have had the encounter I did tonight. I believe the gentleman's name was Jr who helped me and I just want to say this man needs a promotion. 10/10 customer service and just a heck of a dude! Will be going back for sure! Food was hot and smelled amazing! Great atmosphere! read more

Terrible, employees arguing about who gets a smoke break first. Waited 30 minutes for an uber eats delivery and the only thing was mashed potatoes on the order. If I were the franchise owner I would just fire everyone and start fresh. Absolutely no sense of timelines or urgency. Just barely working walking around talking. read more

I ordered there 8 peace special last Tuesday original recipe took it home I ate 1 thigh and one drumstick had to throw the rest away it was very overcooked dry and crispy not original recipe I don't know what they've done to their original recipe but the last two or three times it's not been good. The only reason I go to KFC is because I like their original recipe if I want better crispy chicken I'll go to Popeyes or Bojangles read more

I stopped by here on the way to the house. I was honestly curious if the "double-down" was still on the menu; I didn't see it when I pulled up so I avoided bringing it up when I ordered. The people working behind the counter were extremely nice. Because it was mid day I was between the lunch and dinner crowd. It wasn't packed or loud inside. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich [ Big box meal] with a soft drink. The sandwich was nice but it has a huge bun for the amount of chicken. The fries that came with were very greasy and you could taste the old oil when you bit into the battered fries. The nuggets that also came with this meal were good cuts of chicken battered and nicely boxed; but again the old oil taste was present here. Inside was cleaner than expected due to the outside being quite messy and a lot of people asking for money. It's not really the location fault but it does effect the experience. This place is in a awkward location where it can be very busy entering or exiting the road to the establishment. read more

Ordered online and picked up - great staff and food was excellent! We always get the combo family meals that includes chicken, biscuits and sides. read more

This is close to my job so I visit a lot. I love the chicken potpie combo meal. Which includes the chicken pot pie a cookie and drink. I also often get the chicken breast meal which comes with 1 side a cookie and a drink. I use the drive thru which is pretty fast and never wait more than 5 minutes to get through the line. read more

Each time I come here it is a 30 minute wait OR Longer in the drive thru. Tonight - after 10 minutes of the Same person at the order kiosk I decide to get out of line and go inside. They tell me they are only doing orders in the drive thru. It's 6:20pm. They close at 8pm - WHICH IS Beyond Stupid on its own every night of the week. This was My FINAL Dissatisfying Time. Not Subjecting myself to the Lack of Customer Service. YES They had PLENTY of employees. read more

I came here for a 12 pc bucket meal. Traditionally, it will come with 3 of each type of piece of chicken. It came with 1 breast, 7 legs, 2 thighs, and 2 wings. I wasn't tile they were short anything and i felt like just ordering food was being a massive inconvenience to the restaurant. The 12 piece comes with 3 sides and 6 biscuits. We only got two of our sides but the biscuits were fine. I wanted to call but I just don't think I'll ever go here again. Which is a shame cause it's the only KFC close to home. Terribly ran and operated. Don't make my same mistake and waste your money here. You will be disappointed. read more

Always pleasant experience . Sometimes late they will not have chicken pot pies so you have to get there earlier but that's ok I understand that's just how it is. It's their company policy what to do how much to cook so I can't be mad at workers so i just learned to come early but workers are always nice food always good this is a good location read more

I like this location of KFC. The drive thru can be kind of slow but the workers are generally pleasant and welcoming. The food has always been fresh and tasty. I am informed of specials and have always received the correct order. The store is clean and it's convenient to enter through the old target parking lot. read more

Pulled up at 9:00. One person started to ask me what I would like, then another person says "we're closed". I drive around to look at the sign, it says they are open(on posted schedule). I get back in the drive-thru line and ask if they are closed, the cashier goes "she's trippin we're open". The next girl says "we're closed. Short staffed". I left! I don't want anyone cooking my food if they don't want to. Please fire this girl and hire a responsible night manager! read more

Inside dining and pick up are closed at this time but drive thru is open for business. There were a few cars ahead of me but the line moved really fast! For $20. you get 8 pieces of chicken, 3 sides, and 4 biscuits. My original recipe chicken looked sad and the pieces were small (seriously like they cut thighs and breast in half) but my crispy chicken was nice normal pieces. They were so different for some reason they came in two different sized buckets for the same amount of chicken. The new KFC sauce is good, it resembles a honey mustard flavor. All the sides were good especially their mashed potatoes and gravy. Fries are good too but they gave them to me only half way full. read more

It's KFC and I don't really except much when I go here. I recently went here to try their Nashville Hot and Spicy Chicken which was really greasy. I think they use a oil based spice which is lathered over their original fried chicken. Throw a couple sliced pickles on top and it's suppose to replicate something delicious from Tennessee. I thought it was meh. Came back another time and tried the bone out version, still meh. I have been craving their original recipe chicken and cole slaw, so I might need to make a stop for that soon.... read more

They make it seem like ordering all legs is the biggest inconvenience in the world and they are doing me a personal favor to cook chicken, which is their job. And when I ask for military discount, I usually get a curt no and a snear, like they have something against the military. If I had any other closer KFC's, I would definitely find another one. Maybe the franchise owner really has a problem with the military and it's filtering down to the employees. read more

We placed an order for pickup at 8:56, to be ready at 9:08. We got to the restaurant at 9:12, found no signs or online directions for pickup, and no phones were being answered. It's now 9:37, and I'm still in line to get to the speaker to tell them I have a pickup to begin with since they won't answer their phones. I'm a foodservice manager of 5 years, and work in a similar chain. There are bare minimums I'd expect of establishments, and attending to your phones, upon other things, is one of them. read more

Horrible place! Horrible management and I didn't even want to give 1 star! I have food allergies and I always get the fill up bowl minus corn sub beans because of a corn allergy! I've ordered this from NY all the way south at multiple KFC locations and I have never ever been told no " too bad" we won't change the recipe for you!!! I have a food allergy... I contacted corporate! Guests behind me were appalled they were not excepting of my allergy and 1 left so they lost 2 sales last night! Asia, George and the other manager were rude and should not be managers of a food establishment if they can't accommodate food allergies! read more

I love their chicken pot pie. The service was very fast, polite and efficient. The place looked clean and well managed. The $5 meal specials are easy on the wallet. This is what I look for in a fast food restaurant... However, because of its location I would not enjoy it during the Orange Park rush hour traffic. Timing is everything. read more

Super busy but Jordan was very friendly. The Georgia Gold chicken is gross, to me, but you cannot go wrong with their tenders!

I rarely eat fried chicken but found myself not in a mood to cook one night. "Let's try KFC" I thought...big mistake! After a 35+ minute wait in the drive through, the fried chicken I ordered was extremely dry and cold (like it was sitting out for hours). It wasn't fit for human consumption! I submitted a review on the KFC website because I felt wronged for spending money on food I couldn't eat. Around 10 days later we received an apology from corporate with a $20 off my next order coupon... I tried to give them another chance only for my wife and I to get severely ill from food poisoning from the 2nd chance visit. I called the store this time to complain to the source and the person who answered refused to put a manager on the phone and kept putting the phone down so I can hear the employees talking in the background...after a while of hearing employees gossiping in the back ground while the phone was just laying on a counter, the same guy picks the phone up and says "hello may I help you"... I reminded him that I need to speak to a manager on duty because of a health hazard 10 minutes ago, so he then asks "what did you eat?"...I ATE THE CHICKEN STUPID! What else does one eat at Kentucky Fried Chicken? The steak?!?! He put the phone down again like "hold on" I gave up after 5 more minutes of hearing country accent chatter and pans banging around and hung up. I will never spend a dime with this company ever again. read more

I love chick fil a ... It is the best . I will always and forever go there for my nuggets !! Love it !

I visited KFC yesterday and before I placed my order, I went to the bathroom to wash my hands. What did I find there? An employee was sitting on the toilet with her headset on taking orders from people in the drive thru. Having left the restroom before she did, I have no idea if she washed her hands or anything else for that matter. Also, they allow homeless people to sit inside the restaurant and sleep. In addition to that, they have started to put so much gravy on the potatoes that you can't even FIND the potatoes in the bowl. They are WAY TOO laid back and need to step up their game. There's more to a successful restaurant then just getting the orders right. read more
