Wingstop was really good and definitely worth it. The wings were flavorful, crispy, and cooked just right. The variety of sauces made it easy to find a favorite, and each one had a strong, tasty flavor. The fries were also well-seasoned and paired perfectly with the wings. Everything tasted fresh, and the portion sizes were filling. I'd definitely go back again because it was a satisfying meal overall read more

I usually enjoy ordering the Hot Honey Rub boneless wings, but consistency has been an issue. This time I ordered the 10-piece boneless Hot Honey Rub, and only one wing actually had the seasoning on it. The other nine looked plain and didn't appear to have the Hot Honey Rub at all. This isn't the first time it's happened, so I'm hoping they can improve their quality control because the wings are really good when they're made correctly. read more

The Wingstop in Orange Park is just as good as the only other Wingstop ive visited in Gainesville. Food was hot, staff was friendly and most importantly my online order was correct. read more

Ordered boneless wings and thy were fried so dang hard that it was painful to eat. There was no me to eat. I will never go back..

Went there today pleasantly surprised at how great it was, they said 10 min and it was exactly 10 min. Also the workers were pleasant and nice. If you haven't had the Louisiana dry rub you haven't had wings. The ranch dressing is better than any i have gotten anywhere else. Thank you all. read more

I use to enjoy coming here on break the service was fast and the food yummy, however since they changed ownership the food is still good however the service has gone downhill. I normally would head over on break, 1 get a 1 hour break over 30 minutes was waiting for the food read more

I really like the wings here usually, and would love to give it a better rating, but 100% of the time we have gone (multiple times), they have messed up our order. Each and every time. It's as if there is no one reviewing the orders to make sure they are correct. Wings are cooked to order, so you do expect a wait, but that is also inconsistent. Our family can order and one will get their food quickly, and it will be over another 30 minutes before the next order comes out for us. Flavoring is also inconsistent. One day you might get your wings swimming in so much sauce you can't taste anything else, and the next time there is no flavor, even when you've ordered a definite sauce. If they could get their act together, this place could thrive. It's across from the high school, nearby a large neighborhood. There's no reason it could not do well if they only took a look at consistently putting out a good product. read more

Every-time I come to the location on Blanding it's always great service, even when they're busy. When they're busy they make sure they update you on when it will be done. Eveytime I walk in they always ask how my day is with a smile on my face. I come to this location roughly twice a week!! WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND. Also, I would like Blake to be recognized as he goes above and beyond to make sure all the customers are satisfied with their order. read more

They ran out of corn, then proceeded to give us these dingy fries and they where all tipped over in the bag... like really? & we were not compensated for the corn that we ordered online ahead of time. our sides of nasty fries should have been free! read more

This has become my absolute favorite wing spot. I love wings, but can't find many places in the city that can get it right. I also love that they are reasonably priced compared to most restaurants. We typically place our order online, and then it is usually ready in the time they give or about to come up fresh. The food is always hot and made to order, even my picky kids love eating their food. The wings come off the bone with each bite. They are not cold inside, and the tenders are always flaky because they are cooked to perfection. The dips of blue cheese and ranch are also delicious. I also love there flavor selection for the wings and tenders (although I do hate that they no longer have lemon pepper hot... they do have a good lemon pepper though). The order is always accurate and bagged neatly in their large paper bag. This is another nice touch, because placing fried food in plastic lends to it getting soggy from the bag sweating on the ride home. The staff is friendly and caring as well; although they do get overwhelmed sometimes with all the orders. I ordered at the wrong location once, and they were so helpful in verifying why my order wasn't there; and giving me directions to the other location. 3 staff members came to help me to make sure I got to the correct location. Turns out the other location is closer. I still come back to this one for consistency and customer care. read more

This particular franchise has consistently provided terrible food. Every time I've ordered from here, they have ruined my meal experience. I reach out to their supervisors, who have pretty good customer service, to no avail. This is horrible because I patronize the Gainesville store and NEVER have problems. I just recently relocated and am sooooo disappointed in my favorite restaurant. read more

OMG, why did I just stop at Wingstop to get wings and got drums? It's not drum stop it's Wingstop and on top of that. all of the managers need to be trained properly on how to manage because they don't know what the heck they doing. the service was soo so bad. when I called they hung up on me, all tht I asked was, do y'all give out drums to other people like tht? she hung up on me. This has to be the worst wingstop in the country. They are slow and unprofessional. I just watched a pregnant hobbit walk outside smoke, walk back in and go straight to preparing food. Didn't wash her hands, COME ON MAN! If you're management and reading this, get your store in order. This is ridiculous, there's people that have been here waiting for 50 minutes THAT CALLED THEIR FOOD IN!! Lastly... they've got hip hop with cuss words playing and at the same time they've got some religious preaching channel playing on extra loud WTH, is going on in your store, it's absolutely bizarre read more

I visited Wingstop last week and was very disappointed at this visit. They told us that it would be 30 minutes to get our food which was fine. It took 45 minutes for my sister and niece to get their food. I ordered right after they did and after their food was brought out I waited about 5 minutes and then went up and asked about mine because others that ordered after I did were getting their food. When I went up to ask they said it would be 3 minutes. I waited another 10 minutes and went back up there. They said it was coming out right then. When I did get my order it was wrong. I went back up to have it fixed and it took another 5 to 10 minutes to get it back. While this is the first time that I have ever had this bad of an experience it makes me question whether to go back or not. read more

Soooo disappointed. I placed a pick up order online for 20 (not 200) but 20 wings. All flats with celery. Original pick up time was 2:00 pm but I called and the young man said he would have my food ready by 1:30. I arrive at 1:27. Two guys in back filling orders. Three guys walked in after me and worker acknowledged one of them first. Long story short. I waited over 30 minutes for my food and when I got it everything was wrong except the cheese fries. Did not get all flats and no celery. I live too far away to go back. I'm annoyed and frustrated. read more

Took forever to get our food, almost an hour. It wasn't busy and they just didn't seem to care. When we did actually get our food the orders was wrong. Wrong sauce, wrong wing type, everything. Even though it took us an to get our food, and it was wrong, they acted like it was OUR problem that they had to remake it what we ordered. I don't know of this place is a franchise or what but it's definitely poorly managed. read more

I haven't ate at a Wingstop in over 2 years, and now I'm sure I wasn't missing much. Maybe I should've choose bone-in instead because the bone-out had more breading than actual meat. Some of the bone-out pieces were hardly what I call a count 1 of the 10 I ordered. Flavors were okay, but overlyyy seasoned. The Hickory Smoked BBQ and the Hawaiian were too drenched in sauce. I also ordered the Garlic Parmesan and Louisiana Rub, which were my favorite of the 4. I really like their fries; they had a little bit of sugar on them to make them sweet. Not bad, but wouldn't be on my recommendations for wings. read more

Wing stop has good food!!! However!! On Christmas eve they closed at 6pm. I don't have a problem with that. But to stop taking orders at 5:20 pm from walk in customers is ludicrous! The Manger came out and said we are not taking anymore orders at 5:20pm and you closed at 6:00 is insane!.. You are in the costumer service business! Without us there would be no job! Remember that before you turn costumers away before they find a new location! I will report this to corporate. Customer service is a FAT 0. read more

I had a awesome experience at the newest location. The manger was delightful and the food was so full of flavor. Of course we had wings in various flavors.. garlic parm, Hot and Mild. We had the Potato Salad which I can t wait to go back for and those season fries were addictive. The place was hopping for a Sat so I would call ahead. They have a nice patio for those sunny days also! This place is Convienent for me so I'm down loading the app! read more

Was wanting wings so I checked Yelp as I tend to do, and since Dick's on Yongerman was close I looked up At UNF places on Yelp and found this place. Atmosphere was great, place was clean, they outdoor seating which was nice and the wings were good especially liked that you can get different sauces in one order so if your not sure try a couple! Let me just say I have my favorite wing spot but I'm always willing to try new spots to make sure I'm not missing something. So we finally had the opportunity to check out the new spot. Upon arrival there was no parking and that's because there are other establishments near wing spot. Once inside it seemed to be a bit chaotic and a lot of people in the small restaurant. The young lady that took our order was very nice and friendly. Once we ordered we sat and waited-for about 30 mins or so. No complaints because they were really busy so we understood that. I ordered the teriyaki and garlic parmesan flavor. The teriyaki was okay nothing to rave about and the garlic parmesan was flavorless so bland. Now, I do love the fries and the warm bread. My husband ordered boneless and he said they were just ok-flavor wise. I was really hoping to like this spot but I guess I'll continue to stay with my favorite wing spot. read more

We've taken home wings from this spot for the past 4 weekends. Initially I was impressed. My first visit they were taking longer than promised and the young lady at the counter was apologetic, offering a free soda and brownie for the extended wait. The wings are good but have a tendency to be over done. We liked the wings but have both noticed every time they seem to be too done. Of course no one wants raw chicken but over done isn't good either. Hasn't been bad enough to stop going but prevents a higher rating. As a side note in an open kitchen you have to ensure staff is following the rules. By that I mean gloves when handling food. Most importantly face mask should be worn properly, not as a chin bra or not at all. Doesn't matter which side of the fence you side with regarding masks and gloves rules are rules. read more

First time eating at Wingstop and I was so disappointed. I ordered through the app and went to pick up my food. Ordered two 8pc wing combos. The app said the food would be 18-30 minutes. Okay good, everything will be "hot & fresh" when I pick up. I got there in 15 minutes and my food was ALREADY on the shelf. Everything was only room temp. My wings were soggy and so were my fries. There shouldn't be any reason that my food was not hot! The wings are VERY small, the fries had a little sugar on them. Is that how they are supposed to be?? I will say that the flavors of the wings were good (original hot, lemon pepper, and Cajun) but, fresh, hot food would have been even better and CRISPY fries! I want to give them another chance BUT, with the night crew. I do deliveries and last night I was picking up an order and the girls in there were working hard and had fresh food coming out. So I'd like to try again in the evenings. So yeah, sorry daytime crew, the food sucked. read more

Tasty. The wings were meaty and flavorful. Cooked I perfection. The fries were very good but I wish I had splurged and gotten the cheese on them. The ranch dressing was fantastic. If your looking for wings you could definitely do worse. Just don't go hungry the wait was a bit extreme. All in all though I would definitely eat here again. read more

Second time ordering from here. First time food was EXTREMELY salty. Mild wings were good. Got the garlic Parmesan and couldn't eat it because it was like eating straight salt, threw it away.
