I really like the wings here usually, and would love to give it a better rating, but 100% of the time we have gone (multiple times), they have messed up our order. Each and every time. It's as if there is no one reviewing the orders to make sure they are correct. Wings are cooked to order, so you do expect a wait, but that is also inconsistent. Our family can order and one will get their food quickly, and it will be over another 30 minutes before the next order comes out for us. Flavoring is also inconsistent. One day you might get your wings swimming in so much sauce you can't taste anything else, and the next time there is no flavor, even when you've ordered a definite sauce. If they could get their act together, this place could thrive. It's across from the high school, nearby a large neighborhood. Every-time I come to the location on Blanding it's always great service, even when they're busy. When they're busy they make sure they update you on when it will be done. Eveytime I walk in they always ask how my day is with a smile on my face. I come to this location roughly twice a week!! WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND. This has become my absolute favorite wing spot. I love wings, but can't find many places in the city that can get it right. I also love that they are reasonably priced compared to most restaurants. We typically place our order online, and then it is usually ready in the time they give or about to come up fresh. The food is always hot and made to order, even my picky kids love eating their food. The wings come off the bone with each bite. They are not cold inside, and the tenders are always flaky because they are cooked to perfection. The dips of blue cheese and ranch are also delicious. I also love there flavor selection for the wings and tenders (although I do hate that they no longer have lemon pepper hot... they do have a good lemon pepper though). The order is always accurate and bagged neatly in their large paper bag. This is another nice touch, because placing fried food in plastic lends to it getting soggy from the bag sweating on the ride home. The staff is friendly and caring as well; although they do get overwhelmed sometimes with all the orders. I ordered at the wrong location once, and they were so helpful in verifying why my order wasn't there; and giving me directions to the other location. 3 staff members came to help me to make sure I got to the correct location. I visited Wingstop last week and was very disappointed at this visit. They told us that it would be 30 minutes to get our food which was fine. It took 45 minutes for my sister and niece to get their food. I ordered right after they did and after their food was brought out I waited about 5 minutes and then went up and asked about mine because others that ordered after I did were getting their food. When I went up to ask they said it would be 3 minutes. I waited another 10 minutes and went back up there. They said it was coming out right then. When I did get my order it was wrong. I went back up to have it fixed and it took another 5 to 10 minutes to get it back. While this is the first time that I have ever had this bad of an experience it makes me question whether to go back or not. read more

Let me just say I have my favorite wing spot but I'm always willing to try new spots to make sure I'm not missing something. So we finally had the opportunity to check out the new spot. Upon arrival there was no parking and that's because there are other establishments near wing spot. Once inside it seemed to be a bit chaotic and a lot of people in the small restaurant. The young lady that took our order was very nice and friendly. Once we ordered we sat and waited-for about 30 mins or so. No complaints because they were really busy so we understood that. I ordered the teriyaki and garlic parmesan flavor. The teriyaki was okay nothing to rave about and the garlic parmesan was flavorless so bland. Now, I do love the fries and the warm bread. We've taken home wings from this spot for the past 4 weekends. Initially I was impressed. My first visit they were taking longer than promised and the young lady at the counter was apologetic, offering a free soda and brownie for the extended wait. The wings are good but have a tendency to be over done. We liked the wings but have both noticed every time they seem to be too done. Of course no one wants raw chicken but over done isn't good either. Hasn't been bad enough to stop going but prevents a higher rating. As a side note in an open kitchen you have to ensure staff is following the rules. By that I mean gloves when handling food.
