I went to JAX for work and I'm here to settle the debate against In-n-out. In-n-out is a GREAT burger for the cost, but there are limited options. There is no bacon, chicken, onion rings, etc. There is no comparison. Whataburger has an extended menu that is overall OK, and there's nothing wrong with that. 24hrs, filling food, and bbq sauce etc. I would say Whataburger is more comparable to Burger King with their menu. Ordered a double patty bacon cheese burger with BBQ sauce on the side and it came out quick and fresh. I wish the cheese was more melted.

Fresh, great tasting food that gets better with each visit. My dining experience is more enjoyable due to the friendliest of the staff and management. They're are courteous and professional. The dining area is kept clean and comfortable. Download the Whataburger app on your phone and enjoy the great offers and benefits of ordering on line. See y'all again soon!

I was so excited to try Whataburger, because people kept recommending it, but I was very disappointed with the food I could have just gone to McDonald's and I pride myself for not eating McDonald's. The food left much to be desired. The price is reasonable, but the taste wasn't great at all. I ended up having to go elsewhere to buy food again because this is not satisfying so my taste buds at all.

After years of driving past this restaurant I finally decided to stop in and give it a try during lunch. The place was very busy but organized. It was nice to take a seat after I ordered and wait for someone to bring me my tray of food. The cashier was helpful when I asked for some assistance. And the burger is pretty big. The fries are crispy. And the boneless wings had a crunchy exterior and tender exterior. So I was pleasantly surprised! My only complaint was the soda didn't have enough carbonation and it tasted flat (and the area was a little messy). Otherwise I enjoyed stopping in for a little fast food indulgence.

THE WORST. I can't emphasize that enough. I was second in line in the drive through, it took me almost 40 minutes to get a combo meal.... that wasn't even right. The guy in front of me handed his wrong order back 3 times amd still had to "pull forward". I ordered a #5 combo: the bacon and cheese burger. I got ZERO bacon on my burger. The burger was cold, the bread was soggy and falling apart, and the fries were cold. I was there so long, I just left, didn't even bother to send it back. Worst Whataburger experience ever. 0/10 will never go back.

Texas sized food in Jacksonville, can't say no to that! Pros: large portions, reasonably priced, food that will hit the spot in a pinch, and accommodating service. Cons for me: I feel a bit let down after so many people hyped up Whataburger to me. This was my first time ever visiting a Whataburger and I had high hopes...maybe to high because of what others had told me. Don't get me wrong, the food was good and filling but there was no real flavor on the burger and wouldn't be my top choice for fast food. Regardless, I can at least say I've had this iconic fast food joint. My top recommendations would be the onion rings, and chicken tenders dipped in gravy. Next time I go I'll try the patty melt, that came recommended by a buddy. Overall, it's worth trying and I hope my next experience is better.

We stopped here after quite a long drive and were starving by the time we got here. We specifically wanted to try Whataburger as this chain is not something we can get at home. The staff was very helpful and patient as we all kept adding things and asking questions about the items we were ordering. Admittingly, we were all hangry and difficult and had some specific customizations. The presentation of the sandwiches is absolutely terrible. They look so unappealing. However, upon biting into the hot mess, there was lots of flavor and crispy veggies and a pretty good vibe overall. The burgers were much bigger than expected (Whopper size for lack of a better comparison), so that meant I got some extra burgers! (I bat clean up for the family). The bacon was crispy, the fries were fresh, and only one mistake was adding pickles which were easily removed. We were too hungry to complain and get another burger. We were in and out quick and had very large drink cups to take with us.

Ordered online and came in a minute early and wasn't ready yet which is fine, but the front worker was rushing the order and made sure everything was there and didn't want us to wait. Super quick service, everything was fresh. Had the sweet and spicy burger and it was amazing. Manager was super sweet. Will return if I'm back in the area.

I believe this location may be cursed. pollo Tropical had a great product at greta pricing, but they couldn't manage staff well. This building is a redesigned Pollo Tropical. The decor is trendy and utilitarian and the space was clean. Employees were friendly and professional. Our food was ready on time and was hot. the French fries were crispy and very heavily seasoned. The real travesty here is the chicken. Form the very first bite I had a mouth of dry spices, with the gritty texture to go alone with it. The taste of cumin is so overwhelming that it is making me gag and I use cumin regularly in cooking. I don't get it. Quite literally the worst chicken I have ever had. Like eating chicken that someone dropped in the garden and just shook off. Truly awful. Sorry, Dave's, but what we got was a joke right? I just wanted to add that I did try to reach out to Dave's. If you call the restaurant, it won't let you talk to anyone there and instead you get a message that recommends sending a message through their website. So that's what I did. Days later, and I still have no response from the incompetent leadership at Dave's Hot Chicken. I would very much like to speak to someone that is either an area or corporate leader. How do I reach them since I'm having to file a Better Business Bureau complaint and a chargeback with my credit card just from this experience where apparently you don't give a damn about your customers. Congratulations on the cursed location. Out of all the bad experiences we had at Pollo Tropical, none were this bad and clearly this location is operating without any training or leadership.

Amazingly, we did manage to find a table for our group however. The food wasn't quite as good as I remembered this time. In particular, the spaghetti was weak: maybe not enough sauce and hot dogs in it. Perhaps I didn't like the chicken as much either: the crust is really good, but my wife's gravy the other day was a lot better. I did love the biscuit with honey, though we had to request the honey, and they no longer have butter for the biscuits. The peach mango pie was good as usual this time, though it's possible I liked the biscuits and honey even more (though my wife didn't like them like I do). My wife told me to ask for a plate, and I got one, so we learned something useful for the future. They did forget the pie for our order, but gave us one no problem when I went up and asked for it. My wife reports that the ladies' room faucet no longer slashes all over the place. However both bathrooms still serve only one person at a time. Install some stalls! There was a wait for the men's bathroom. I didn't manage to get any loyalty points for this visit: I couldn't find a 23-digit code to enter on the web site. It wasn't on the receipt; I read that it's on a small slip of paper printed after your receipt, but I don't believe we got one. Next time I'll have to order from the web or app, provide my phone number when I order, or scan the QR code in the app at the register to make sure I get points.

We started with Hummus and Tata Chips, which was crispy pita chips with a standard (but delicious) hummus. The Tata chips had great flavor, like Stacy's Pita Chips but better! The firat course was White Bean Fahsulia, which was a rich and hearty bean stew that packed huge flavor! Second course was Falafel with Tahini Sauce. These were a nice little bite between dishes. The center of the falafel was light, fluffy, and flavorful! Course 3 was Masaka-Ah served with Timan Asfur Rice. While this dish was good, it was my least favorite of the evening. I ate half of the stew and passed the rest off to my husband, who loved it! Course 4 brought us Dolma's served with Roasted Vegetables. I LOVE stuffed grape leaves and these were seriously on point! Tart and tangy up front followed by a whole lot of savory. Course 5, my favorite, was the Spicy Curry Chicken served with White Rice. This was the dish that made me fall in love with Fast Eddy's food and had me coming back for more. I took a couple bites and got a to-go container to enjoy this later at home. Finally, we reached the end of our dinner and Course 6, dessert, came out. Freshly made, sweet and decadent, traditional baklava. Filo dough, crushed walnuts, butter, and honey. This just melted away once it hit my mouth. I don't eat a whole lot of sweets but this had me closing my eyes and enjoying every bite. Every time I've visited Fast Eddy's the staff has been amazing, friendly, and hospitable. Our order came out promptly and was delivered to the table by our employee.
