I am a frequent visitor to Chick-fil-A, and when this location first opened I was hoping it would figure out how to move faster, but after being open 5 years, I have seen no improvement. This Chik-Fil-A is very clean & is fairly new. I stopped by on a Saturday morning and I loved that it was not busy. I'm so turned off by the one near my house. Crazy busy. Not their fault though. Went through the drive-thru for this Chick-Fil-A yesterday to grab a salad. The workers were nice, but didn't get the normal CFA "my pleasure" or even a normal thank you when picking up my order. That part was fine for me. But lately I've been hooked on the CFA Spicy Southwest Chicken Salad and decided to come to this location since it was closer to work. Well there was a world of difference between the salads I've received at other locations around town when it came to the chicken part of the salad; instead of the normal grilled chicken breast it was topped with some sort of shredded chicken that looked like it came out of the bottom of a bag somewhere. Getting in and out of this CFA is also a big PITA because of the amount of traffic in the area and the way CFA has their parking lot set up. read more

This location started with great management. Not a stronghold. I can assume location, moving staff, etc. I visit 2/3 times per week, less now, for my work staff and orders are the same. Always. $80 per week and it's reinventing the wheel. Every time. For about 3 years. Guess I'm a glutton for punishment. Options are few but this franchise thrived and then hasn't. Unfortunate, but the San Jose Jax location is solid.. Food is subpar after 10:30 am and staff unaware of menu given time of day or just not trained. My orders are no substitution orders. Salads. I just love Chick-Fil-A. We decided to have lunch here and made another stop. Again, most Chick-Fil-A'S drive thru is always packed. Your best bet is to order inside, or use the Chick-fil-A app. Your order will be waiting when you pick it up. My server was friendly. I placed my order and paid. Again I was given my drinks and my table marker to place on the table I sat at. Before I even got to a table a nice server already had my food ready and in her hands as I was walking towards a table. She asked me where I'd like to sit. I told her and she wiped down my table and handed me my food. Great service and very efficient. Besides their delicious food, this is one of the reasons I love Chick-Fil-A. The staff is very well trained and friendly, not like Mc Donald's. The food is consistently good, and I love all the options they offer. Again, I ordered The Chick-Fil-A Deluxe Meal. I had a choice of three cheeses American, Colby Jack, or Pepper Jack Cheese. I chose Colby Jack. It came with Lettuce, and Tomato, Waffle Fries, and a drink. I got Sweet Tea because I'm in the South. I also ordered their 4pc Chicken Strips which are so delicious especially when you use their dipping sauces. There was plenty of free parking. I'm just curious as to where is the other half of my biscuit for my sandwich? We go to this location now because Regency is horrible. Only had a couple minor issues with this new location off University. Got a salad requested chicken tenders received grilled chicken. But this morning's crave for Chick-fil-A ended in disappointment when I only received the bottom piece of my biscuit with my sandwich. Slow down. read more

This is the closest location to my house and have always used wonderful experiences here. The staff is polite, friendly, and helpful. The food is always delicious. They were one of the first locations that offered dine in service since the pandemic and al so grateful, sometimes I don't want to sit in the drive thru line! My only quip is that I wish the exit on University was not blocked off, it would make leaving a little bit easier, but other than that, they're fantastic! read more

Quick service first visit and the amazing quality you expect when you want cream of the crop fast food at Chick-fil-A! My fries were hot, fresh and salted just right. Hog heaven over here. We were very excited to get a Chick-fil-A in our neighborhood but unfortunately my children's favorite menu items are the cool chicken wrap and they have made this the size of an eggroll so we stopped ordering it The other locations we visit still has it as the normal size I'm not really sure why it is so shrunk at this location The food is always great the service is always amazing but whenever we feel like cool wraps we have to visit another location Over the weekend we were at the town center and stopped at the Chick-fil-A and even my daughter commented oh they make their chicken cool wrap the normal size! I recommend the owners go to a few other locations and compare so we can start ordering from there again read more

Always A+ service. Glad to see them getting their footing at this new location. Can't go wrong with anything on the menu from nuggets, sandwiches, soups, salads, and of course the fries! What is different about this location is the bright green number they put on your windshield before you receive your food. Chick fila is typically fast and efficient. They have a system that gets you in and out of there fast. I will say that I have been to this location, and it wasn't as fast as I'm used too, but that is usually at the busier times. This parking lot is a bit of a hassle with all the cones and blocking off. You can never get out at university, and have to go out the side street. So once you figure out the parking lot, it's not that big of a deal, but could be a challenge for a first time guest. The chick fila sauce, I could swim in it. I dip my fries and chicken nuggets in it. The Mac and cheese is good, but small for the price. The grilled nuggets, and fried ones are good. The grilled deluxe is good and tastes fresh. I like their waffle fries also! The prices have gone up a little bit, and is around $10-$12 for a meal, and the drinks are a little small, if you don't upgrade to a large. I know it's a hassle for some, But I appreciate a business who gives their employees Sunday off. However, the down fall to that, is it seems to be the day you end up craving chick fila, and getting there, only to realize it's Sunday. They always have wonderful service inside as well. We had a party one time, and ordered 25 meals, and they were fast, efficient, thorough, and friendly. read more

This is for the Chick-fil-a at University Blvd. I have had numerous wrong orders & bad customer service. I am posting the interaction I had with them about. You cannot please me because every other order you get something wrong. I repeat my order to your order takers to make sure they get it right. Don't put your failures for decent customer service on me. I did not use profanity on your team members. I said your people don't give a s___ about your customers. I said that to Leah, who said she was the manager. When she told me I needed to bring the hashbrowns that I did not order after I had already told the order taker. There is a reason your line isn't around the building anymore. I am not the only one that is complaining. You suck at customer service. You don't even say "My Pleasure".
