I have to start out by saying their corn beef hash is phenomenal! Truly fresh corned beef with bell pepper, onions, and potatoes. From the first bite, you know this is homemade and it was outstanding!. I have become a snob with corned beef, hash, and I think I just found my favorite, worth a 30 minute drive for sure. Today we had the long-term server, Marcia, who was very knowledgeable but short with time because they were busy. She was friendly and helpful. The biscuits I have to say were not my favorite and I was not a fan of them. First, I don't like them grilled. I've never seen that before and second they were bread more than biscuits. I guess I'm spoiled because I like buttermilk biscuits and this was definitely not it. However, Marcia was very kind and brought me a biscuit that was not grilled however still was not a fan. There was a little bit too much baking powder in it because it had a bitter aftertaste. I love to feel at the diner, reminds me of those from when I lived in upstate New York. This is the closest we're gonna get to a diner in Florida!

A true Diner experience with a southern twist. I've been here before and the menus has been updated and the service remain intact. My wife ordered an omelette with ham, onions and Gouda cheese. The taste was soo good with the smoky Gouda. I had the classic eggs Benedict. The hollandaise sauce was really good. My favorite is the grits but that's me. I'm a sucker for southern grits. Considering we went during a holiday weekend, we were able to get outside seating with no issues. Service is great and very friendly Can't wait to come back. See you soon

Hubby and I went for early lunch. Hubby had breakfast eggs hash browns bacon and biscuit. He enjoyed it I had the tuna melt it was delish. This is second time coming here. We visited last year also and they are very consistent. Across from Flagler college. And they have a parking lot. Highly recommend.

Very good diner. Small menu but lots of choices. Great service and loved the vibe. Ample free parking. Would definitely recommend this dinner. Only open for breakfast and lunch. Closes at 3pm

Old school diner vibes with some great bites! Stopped here for breakfast on a Saturday morning so it was definitely busy. They do have a parking lot but it is small. Might get a little difficult to find parking at times. The inside of the restaurant was full, but we were able to get a table outside. The outside area was very nice and clean. The breeze from the water also made it feel cool. The inside of the restaurant is very cute with a classic retro feel. Service is great and the staff is very friendly. They took our orders quick and checked up on us. Food didn't take too long to come out. I went with the special omelette which was gouda, ham, and onions. The omelette was delicious and extremely flavorful. The gouda was smoked, which added even more flavor. Very delicious. All the omelettes are served with an option of a side of hash browns, home fries or grits and choice of toast or biscuit. It definitely is a large portion and you will be full. Great spot!

Quick breakfast on November 1st, 2025 Cool looking dinner with a solid crowd, but we were quickly seated. I ordered the meat lover omelette it was fair to good, nothing special. Came with grits, very average. My wife ordered the corned beef hash plate with a biscuit. Hash was very good, biscuit was very good also came with hash browns (not so good). Total was $42 pre tip. A bit pricey for what it was, but overall fine.

Classic diner breakfast, also had Greek options and fantastic specials. The service was friendly and our food came out quickly. The sausage gravy was unbelievable and my husband complimented how fresh the ingredients were on his lox bagel. Ambiance felt like we were back in time. Highly recommend!

Awesome. Yummy!! Michelle was our fab waitress, told us the specials... all corned beef they make from scratch!!! Hubby had the Rueben and a vanilla Dr Pepper, I had eggs, bacon, pancake. Fantastic!!! It's clean, fun and delicious!!!! We go try a new place every week or so from Jax and can't wait to go back!!! It was so good, I forgot pix!! The inside is actually an old diner. Very wonderful staff!! Thanks Michelle!

Clean Diner... Friendly Service! Food was good. Coffee is nice and strong! Yummy Biscuits! Home fries were my least favorite food on the plate. Melissa was a great server!

    Lamb gyro

I love trying out diner food in new places and Georgie's did not disappoint. They have a very lengthy menu with specials like lobster bisque -- something you wouldn't see at a regular diner. My husband and I went for brunch and we had a pretzel with cheese as an appetizer, which was really good. My husband ordered a lamb gyro and I had the corned beef hash with eggs. The amount of food that they give you is ridiculous (in a good way). We could have both just shared one dish. Both, the gyro and corned beef hash were delicious. My husband had some iced coffee and he didn't like it, so maybe there's room for improvement there. However, the food and the service were very good. I would go back there to try the lobster bisque and other dishes. Regarding the ambiance, we sat outside because we had our dogs with us. It was a hot day, but they had fans outside which helped tremendously. The server also brought a big water bowl for our pups. Having parking on site is also a big plus.

    So so fun!

Loved loved Georgie's. Took me back in time. So courteous. The staff was so sweet and caring. The restaurant itself was so cool and clean. The food was delicious. I ordered the turkey club with tater tots, a coke (which comes only in a glass bottle) and water. So much food, very filling.

    French toast

We stopped in for the first time while on a vacation! Staff was friendly and a cute typical Old School Diner but very nicely done! We had the French toast which was amazing with a side of bacon, sausage, eggs, coffee & tea as well as a side of their home made corn-beef hash. It's was all very good. I was not a huge fan of the hash but I think it was very well made but it had green peppers which are not my fave. But I would highly recommend this place! Very nice covered seating area out front as well!

We were seated outside this visit which was fine as it was shady. I had the corned beef has with hash browns and 2 sunny side eggs. The corned beef is full of shredded corned beef with just a small amount of potatoes. The hash browns with onions were nice and crispy as I asked and the eggs were cooked nicely with the right amount of run when broken. My wife has the Classic Breakfast which is somewhat similar to what I had but with no meat. Hers was done nicely too. The service was excellent, and the food has that fresh, thoughtful, farm-to-table feel where you can tell care is going into what comes out of the kitchen. For me, one of the biggest highlights was how seriously they take gluten-free dining. I had warm, made-from-scratch gluten-free biscuits with pork belly and a peach bourbon jam, and oh my goodness -- absolutely to die for. Everyone at the table enjoyed them. It is not often that you find a gluten-free biscuit that feels like you are getting the full experience rather than settling for an alternative. I was also impressed by how many gluten-free options they offer. Even their po' boy can be battered with rice flour. Our waiter explained that the chef is gluten-free and that they are very mindful of guests with celiac disease, including separating food preparation when needed. That level of care is a huge plus. And it wasn't just the gluten-free food that impressed us. One friend ordered the meatloaf sandwich and received a seriously hearty piece of meatloaf. My husband had the BLT with pimento cheese on thick sourdough bread, and it was excellent. We also heard that the chicken and waffles, offered during dinner, are a must-try -- so that may be calling us back! The cocktail menu was another win. The drinks were creative, original, flavorful, and clearly thoughtfully crafted rather than just the standard options you see everywhere. Everyone in our group seemed genuinely happy with what they ordered, which says a lot. Beautiful atmosphere, excellent service, creative drinks, fantastic food, and some of the best gluten-free options I've come across. Five stars all the way. I would absolutely return to The Floridian and work my way through more of that gluten-free menu!

My spouse and I checked out the self-guided tour right before we grabbed dinner at The Ice Plant. The tour isn't particularly long but was filled with information. After the tour, we headed upstairs to the restaurant. The restaurant feels really spacious with its super tall ceilings. There was lots to look at reminding us of the previous use of the building. We ordered the hand cut fries, strawberry and beet salad, and the gochujang marinated pork chop. I also ordered a few of their drinks, each one featuring different types of ice to fit the drink. Honestly all the food and the drinks were so good, but the easy standout of the night for both my spouse and I were the pork chops. These might have been the best pork chops I've ever had in my life.
