We came in on a rainy Sunday afternoon (they have a private parking lot, but watch out for puddles if it's wet!) the dining room was a plant haven with murals on the wall and live potted plants everywhere. There are a few outside tables as well, and the patio also had lovely live plants surrounding it. Service was friendly, quick, and the food was tasty and healthy. I had a lunch date here with a friend. I like it. This is a healthy eating establishment. But don't misunderstand that to mean flavorless. The menu seems limited but there are quite a few variations on the very appetizing selections. You can do each selection as a wrap, salad, or bowl. I opted for the Aloha Tempeh Bowl. It was very good. The sesame ginger dressing was good. It was plenty big, with each ingredient in abundance. I was surprised how long into the evening the bowl took me before I got hungry. My friend got a grilled shrimp salad (I think it was the Caribbean Shrimp Wrap as a salad). Her dressing looked better than mine and the shrimp looked perfectly done. I didn't get an offer to try one, so I assume it was very good. I didn't try the smoothies, but other reviews rave. I'll probably try one next time. There are not many "healthy" food choices in St. Augustine, but this one comes close. They don't say organic so I presume the ingredients are conventional. All Good with that, because the veggies are fresh and tasty. I ate here twice, which means I liked it, and I wanted to like it even more . . . But the salt! The first time I didn't realize it, but a couple hours later I was super thirsty. I wasn't sure if it was the tuna, because some tunas have high sodium, or the nutritional yeast dressing which is delicious! But the second time, I had the same thing and realized it was everything, the tuna, the nutritional yeast dressing, and the chips. Sodium over load. The clincher was that we ordered the guacamole and it was so salty we couldn't eat it after the initial try. When I told the cashier she said nobody had mentioned it before, but that she would tell the cook. Although she saw the container full because she asked if I wanted a cover she didn't offer a refund, and I didn't want to get into it over a few dollars. The wrap itself was Good! The only thing is they only had a white wrap. No whole wheat, spinach, or anything else, and those are pretty common. They have a fairly decent selection of "healthy" drinks, but they also have a soda fountain. Not sure how that goes with a "healthy" concept, but it made me wonder whether they are really committed to healthy. I would go back again, but I would watch out for the salt! read more

As your driving by you pass it since there is no street parking nor front entrance for vehicles, and in mini font the sign says back parking. (PS I saw this when we were leaving). There are cute bikes outside with the label Crave fun fact they are delivery bikes super cute!! You walk in and it feels like an Island Oasis with the pretty leaves painted on the walls; the green color is so relaxing. My total order was $31 and some change; food ordered was a Cuban Bowl that had vegan cheese, a kids PB&J, a kombucha from the fridge, two guava pastries, and a Funky Monkey Smoothie. It was all good the guava pastries were too sweet for me, other than that everything else was great! Loved it and eager to go back and try more items! Especially since they are so close. I (vegan) had a shrimp wrap for which I swapped tempeh for the shrimp. Dressing was vegan. Really good! We also had guacamole and chips. I walked into a clean, almost sterile environment that made me honestly ask the young lady behind the counter if they were open and serving food. Steel countertops and what seem like pizza warmers all devoid of signs that food ever existed anywhere near them. That same young lady tried her best to explain the menu to me, but commented that since she doesn't eat meat there were only a few items she knew. I picked one with the word "taco" in it and she said it was one of her favorites. I also grabbed one of their gluten-free and vegan pecan pies bites to jazz things up. COVID Alert: no masks to be seen anywhere, except on me It may be because of that last point that I stood around getting stared at awkwardly by the 4 other patrons and 3 employees floating around. I'm not young or hip looking, and the mask does you no favors in Florida. Lots of friendly vibes between the others in the building, however, leaving me thinking that this is a place that caters to its friends and shuns all others. With an experience like that, one can only hope that the food was amazing. Sadly that's not the case here. My so-called taco bowl was mostly just a stack of veggies and brown rice with some semi season tofu on top and a small cup of Sriracha dressing. Not even rooster sauce could save the bland nature of what I imagine was one of their more exciting dishes. We're talking vegan wraps and bowls, not hibachi, but some flavor would still be appreciated. Otherwise it's just a collection of overpriced salad-bar ingredients to go along with the reminder that you're no longer young or cool.
