Beachy, fresh, and a must every time we're in town!…read more I've been visiting St. Augustine for the past eight years (my now-husband grew up here), and while the town keeps evolving, I love that staples like Stir It Up are still going strong. It's one of our non-negotiables--we eat here every single visit. Whether it's pre-beach, post-beach, or just because, this laid-back little spot is perfect for grab-and-go or chilling at a picnic table under the trees. Our forever favorites: - Nutty Mother (add shredded chicken) - HUGE and so flavorful. I literally lick the bowl clean. The goddess dressing needs to be bottled. - Tuna Melt - Chicken Salad Sublime - Uprising & PFunk smoothies - Jack the Ripper burrito + Surfer Chick Fresh food, beachy vibes, and great people. What more could you want?

Tatum was so kind and on top of my to‑go order! She greeted me right away, and when I told her I had a to‑go order, she knew exactly what it was without any confusion, which made the whole pickup feel really easy and calm. The green smoothie was fresh, The Works bagel was loaded and REALLY satisfying (and perfectly filling), and the chickpea salad from the fridge case made an easy, healthy meal for later. It's the kind of 'healthy hippie' spot I look for on trips, and I'd definitely stop here again!! I don't know how many times I said "oh wow, that's so good!!" even though I was eating by myself. Seeing a 4.9 rating honestly made me pretty skeptical becuase usually places that hyped never live up to it. But wow... this one actually did. I'm pretty sure my 5 stars are gonna help push this place to a full 5.0 The design itself is cute but not exactly perfection, and the checkout line process could definetly be smoother during busy times. BUT the food... thats where this place absolutley shines. The Arepas Special with the corn pancakes filled with eggs, avocado and tomatoes was an absolute BEAST. Fresh, flavorful and super satisfying. Then the Avocado Toast with the sweet pumkin pieces just blew the rest of our taste buds out the window. Such a weird combo on paper but somehow worked sooo good. And finishing it all with a Cafe con Leche and a blueberry scone just put the final dot on this breakfast experiance. It honestly didnt feel like "just breakfast" it felt like an experiance you remember later. Big shoutout to Huhny for a human she is! She absolutley knocked it outta the ballpark with recommendations, brought everything fast to the table, and you could really feel the passion and positive energy she delivered Thank you team, we'll 100% be back next time we visit your cool town St. Augustine.

There was a customer with a dog, which someone came over and pet. They stopped petting it and it barked LOUDLY, scaring me. I hurriedly finished my food (which I had found a hair in the potatoes as I was finishing up) because at this point it's obviously not a service dog and was still allowed in a restaurant. As I was leaving it barked again, very loudly. This coupled with some of the conversations I heard while eating has sealed the decision to not return. Still on the hunt for a peaceful place where I can enjoy a meal.

There was a sign on the gate that said "employees only". When I opened the bag in my car, the small grilled cheese was not melted. The cheese was pretty much cold, and the carrots were thrown in the bag. I can't believe I spent $17 on this. The service was terrible besides the barista. She was the only decent human in there. I literally had to throw away the food.
