I was so excited to try the pickle-wich but my delivery was an enormous disappointment. I understand the pickles may not all be super giant, but I expected the sandwich to maybe hang out the sides a little or something, however there was what amounted to two slices of turkey and two slices of tomato. Not a speck of cheese in sight - completely missing. I've seen better ones made from other locations, so I don't think my expectations were out of line. Also not at all freaky fast delivery. I am not always in the mood for jimmy John's, but when I am, I almost always binge for a few days in a row lol. They have delicious sandwiches. But the guy who ALWAYS answers the phone at the 12553 Bartram Park Blvd, 32258 when presented with an issue acts like it's MY fault, no matter the issue. I order from the app 2X a week, poor CUSTOMER CUSTOMER GREAT SANDWICHES. Today I decided to mix it up. I ALWAYS go for the "Favorites" menu because as you see in the pic of it it specifically says "TWICE THE MEAT/CHEESE" well apparently #9 doesn't, so why the heck is it in that section?? I called unaware of THEIR app mistake and I'm told from the same guy who always answers if I call "You should've ordered the #7, it doesn't have ham but it has twice the Capicola and Salami" to this I responded I don't like peppers and hot sauce and spicy things that's why I went with the one with ham instead. Apparently that was MY mistake as he put it " well you can customize it in the app and take out anything you don't want and we won't put it on there"... so I asked if there was gonna be no resolution to this and there was none as always like the last time! I was wondering a week or 2 ago why my "FREAKY FAST" had been 45 min since I ordered. Same guy " well I'm down to one driver so he hast to drive all the sandwiches around." To that I said well I don't really want a soggy hot car sandwich. His response with a 'Okay petty lady tone'. " It's only been in his car for 20 minutes it'll be there soon." They act like they don't care at all if you're pleased. I have spent so much money with them, I WOULD MOVE BACK TO SOUTHSIDE IF I COULD, because they know how to treat their customers at the Jimmy John's. In LESS THAN 30 days I've spent $90 NOT including tipping the drivers that ALWAYS go to my neighbors house even with the most specific description I can on the app for "Instructions". This JJ location has some issues... showed up at 8:30pm tonight, all the lights are on and doors locked. Stopped in on a Saturday afternoon and had to take our order to-go as they were closing the store at 3pm. If you are going to stop by this location, I would definitely call ahead, or just visit the location on San Jose Blvd., that's a great location. read more

Absolutely another great JJ shop here. Around a good area where there are many great workplaces. Does delivery which is fantastic for my work here. Very clean. Very friendly and very fast. There wasn't much people during the lunch hour which was fine by me. I got my sandwich, chips, and drink and that's all it matters. I got the #2 Big John with roasted beef with tomatoes, shredded lettuce and extra mayo. Very delicious like always and the best amount of roast beef possible. Nothing tasted spoiled. Just Fresh Fresh Fresh ingredients! Love it! Will definitely recommend this JJ when you're around the area or working around here. My office is 1.5 miles from this location. They used to be able to get things delivered in 30 minutes living up to their catch phase. Lately they have stuggled. I've had co-workers order food before lunch to have it arrive after 3:00. Today, I got my sandwich and chips, but no drink. The driver said he'd bring it back. 1 hour later I had to call. Manager offered a discount, but I wanted the drink. Another hour later it arrived. NOT Freaky Fast! They seem very busy as yesterday they weren't taking online orders. I was really excited that Jimmy John's delivered to my work address. Since I am a fan of the flavor of the food I give them a star. However, the delivery times are freakishly slow. 45 minutes to 1 hour 10 minutes. Only once was it less than 20 minutes. Since most of the time when I get my food past my lunch break I give it away and rarely have time to enjoy it. I think I am tired of giving away my sandwiches and won't be giving them a shot in the near future. That's a shame. read more

This Jimmy John's is horrible do not eat here!! I have ordered delivery twice from this location. Both times the sandwich wasn't even worth the 3 or 4 dollar tip I left. My most recent delivery had Little to no meat on it. 1 and a Half slices of turkey and bacon on each half. how it's on the giant sandwich menu is outrageous.. The last time I ordered it took 30 minutes to get my sandwich and they couldn't follow simple directions ex.cut sandwich in half and pickle in 4ths. Manager didn't have an oz. My first visit to this location last night and a great one. I ordered online, came into the sparklingly clean store and walked out with my sandwiches in about 30 seconds flat. The guy in the store was friendly and even charged the chips I hadn't ordered online to the same order so I didn't have to swipe my card again. Nice touch. My wife and I both had Bootleggers and they were solid. Turkey and roast beef are so great together. I wish cheese was a part of the sandwich instead of making us pay extra for it though. I'd also love it if they would carry ranch dressing, as I didn't see it on the menu. There are a lot of sandwich options in Bartram Park, but this is probably my favorite as I like the bread much more than Subway and I was not at all impressed with Jersey Mike's when I went about a month or so ago. read more

They are always extremely fast, as promised, but I have overheard the manager talking to his employees in a negative tone and manner on more than one occasion. In my opinion, there is a time and place to have coaching conversations with employees, and it isn't in front of customers while you are making a sandwich. He took our order, then took the order of two people behind us, and still had our sandwiches finished before we could get our drinks. He was alone for about 10 minutes, but you couldn't tell. I prefer hot sandwiches and subs, but for cold subs this place gives publix a run for their money and is definitely better than subway. I love Jimmy John's. This location is about 6 miles from my house but unfortunately doesn't deliver to me. The few times I go to Bartram Park, I make a point to stop in and get my fix. My favorite (for years) is the #16 (Club Lulu) unwhich style no mayo add sprouts. I can recite this while sleepwalking if it was close enough. This unwhich rocks my socks and I love how fresh the ingredients are (especially the veggies). I'm not a big sandwich girl but I just love an unwhich. One thing that keeps me from giving this location 5 stars is two things. First the staff here seems disinterested in helping customers. I know my order yet I feel rushed and dismissed as soon as I'm done. No warm and fuzzies here. The other thing is the cookies (which I always ordered from my original JJ's in TN) are dry, stale and just not as great as my old place. Maybe JJ's corporate changed their recipe) who knows but I'm not the type to consume calories that I don't enjoy so I'll skip it from now on. read more

I'm a native of NY and haven't been able to find a grilled steak anywhere here in Florida let alone a good sub roll. It was very good but if they want to be great they need to buy toaster ovens (which are inexpensive) the roll was a bit soggy. The polite worker that took my order did inform me when I asked him.
