While the food is always good, this location does need some improvements with their morning rush drive-thru. I went this morning and waited for 30 mins for a chicken biscuit before work. The line was wrapped around tje building and didn't seem to be any sense of urgency from the staff who were expediting and no apologies for the long wait. Came to this location to grab dinner quickly. When we arrived at the drive thru, there was only one car ahead of is, which for this location is pretty good, considering there always seems to be a line. I ordered and then pulled around. I ordered two number 1s (chick-fil-a sandwich meal with fries, one with a Coke, one with a peppermint shake, and a kids meal). After waiting about 15 minutes, my order still wasn't ready. One of the drive thru workers let me know they were waiting on chicken coming out of the fryer. Normally they're much more efficient and quicker, but this time was a bit of an exception. This has to be the slowest Chick Fil A branch ever ! Service is semi decent. My worst experience was when my friend and I placed a mobile order which we were in the same car instead of putting it under my name since it was my car they put my friend instead. When we got to the front we were handed my friend's food as well as her drink followed by the ice cream and parfait and 15-20 min later our food and drinks. I didn't check the bag as I never had a bad experience from them or whatsoever but BOY! When I parked my car for all of us to eat I was disappointed in the bag I got the parfait I order with cookies DID NOT COME WITH the cookie crumbles and I also order 4 chicken strips and instead of getting my 4 chicken strips I got a 12 count nugget I mean that's not bad right ? My review is for the three visits at this Chick-fil-A location. Fist visit. We ordered via app a family meal for four and unfortunately after picking it up and when I got home, there were only 3 sandwiches in the bag. Called the restaurant and they're very apologetic and gave me a sandwich meal on my next visit. Second visit. Went through the drive thru for breakfast. I appreciate that you can order with an actual person instead of talking to a machine. Service was fast and went smoothly. Third visit. Claimed my free sandwich meal for lunch. Ate at their dining area. Servers were friendly and helpful. Asked if I needed anything while having my meal. Great food and great service. Even with the first visit with the missing sandwich, I would still give Chick-fil-A high marks for their efforts to correct it and their 5-star service. read more

I go to Chick-fil-A often and this has to be my least favorite one EVER. I got a chicken sandwich on a multi grain bun, which is what I get every time and in addition to the bun not being fresh, the chicken tasted more like it was leftover or old outdated chicken. How can you make a bad Chick-fil-A sandwich? Additionally, the 3 people working at the food delivery outside area had no sense of urgency for the long line...just wanted to talk to each other. I would skip this location and go to one of the other fast food restaurants that are in the vicinity. It's just not the same high quality you would expect. read more

DADDY-DAUGHTER DATE NIGHT AT CHICK-FIL-A I think most of us are already aware of how delicious Chick-Fil-A foods are and how addicting their foods can be at times. Top that with healthy option menus, great prices and a helpful, always smiling staff, then you have a winner.   What's great about some of the Chick-Fil-A branches especially this location, is the extension of events that they host from time to time, from Story Telling Nights, Family Night, Cow Appreciation Day and an event that I recently attended...Daddy-Daughter Date Night.   It has been many years since I've taken my daughter to her last Daddy-Daughter Date Night. Fast forward years later and we're doing it again. For all Fathers out there with young daughter(s), this is one event certainly worth going to. It is a fun event that leaves good memories that you can look back to.   Chick-Fil-A pretty much closes one area of their restaurant for this event. You are seated once you are checked in. There is a Rose flower laid on the table along with a mini guide booklet. Food is served buffet-style, as well as a section where you can get ice cream or desserts.   For this event, there was a photographer that took digital "polaroid" type instant photos. But before you take the photos, you are instructed to pick some props to your liking. We love coming here, the staff is always so welcoming, friendly and polite. My kiddos always have so much fun in the kid's zone. I like using their app to order online, it's super easy to navigate, and I could also add any sauce or sides along the meal, it also allows me to pay or apply any coupons ahead of time the jusy pick up at the drive-thru or dine in. It saves so much time and super convenient. I like their reward program through the app as well. With each purchase, it gets me points to earn toward the next reward, which range from a complimentary fries to a sandwich. Our go to meals are the waffle fries, chicken nuggets & chicken sandwich wraps. I love that they have a lot of healthy options so I don't feel guilty eating out. I am always pleasantly surprised at how efficient this location is. Their staff is also very welcoming and just plain nice. I have complimented specific employees over the years- because of such shining service! This store is right across the street from my 2nd job- aka- my go to anytime I am working. Breakfast before a shift- chicken biscuit and a large tea or a break for lunch~ done! Always easy to get in and out. Today was some of their chicken noodle soup- because I was craving some good soup but didn't want to work for it. Grabbed a little lunch while waiting for my step-sister to arrive for her wedding dress-fitting at the bridal shop located behind this Chick-Fil-A. I ordered the Spicy Chicken with fries and drink. This place was busy and it's great how the place was kept as there was someone on the floor cleaning and wiping down tables as someone leaves. I just ordered and walked over to the condiments area and once I sat down, the staff already had my order ready. So it was really fast. I would say about a minute after I paid is when they already prepared it. The spicy sandwich was hot and spicy like how it should be. The waffle fries were crispy and plenty to eat. No complaints at all. After I was done, I needed a refill, so I stood right next to the "to-go/pickup" area and a staff acknowledged me and refilled my drink. The teens run this place so incredibly well and efficient. Three or four lanes of traffic and they're rocking and rolling during busy lunch hours, so if the line looks ridiculous know you're in good hands to get back to work on time and pleasantly full with a 100% correct order every time with extra sauce and napkins. read more

We specifically asked for no pickles in the chicken sandwich. We got the burgers and I gave my husband the one that said "no pickles" but low and behold there were pickles. He said the chicken was spicy too. Mine wasn't spicy at all, and there were no pickles. We also ordered a vanilla coffee but I have no idea what they gave me because it definitely wasn't coffee. Looked like coffee, but tasted nothing like it. Not even like watered down coffee. Very disappointed. Glad my husband wasn't allergic to pickles otherwise it would have been dangerous.
