I have always been a fan of Five Guys concept. Everything is made to order. You build up your burger any way you want it with unlimited toppings from items shown on their burger board. Burgers are cooked well done on the spot. But it's the Fries that sets Fuve Guys on top over most burger joints. The fries are hand cut and freshly fried on 100% Peanut Oil. You can order the fries Regular style or Cajun. Both great options and choices. I am a fan of their Cajun fries. It's well seasoned and it is a tolerable spice level. The downside about Five Guys is their burger prices. Their "Little Cheeseburger" alone cost around $6.39. A regular Cheeseburger cost $8.39. That's not a typo Yelpers....almost $9.00 for a Cheeseburger. And if you decide to order a regular Bacon Cheeseburger, it will cost you $9.39. Holy Burger Moly Batman. That's way overpriced in my opinion. All in all, I love the fresh, made to order concept of Five Guys burgers. Patties never frozen and well cooked and juicy. Burgers here have tons of options of add ons, onion, mushroom, tomatoes, etc. I don't recommend putting too much on your burger because it'll make it soggy. I like my burger fresh and clean. The place is never crowded when I'm here, could be that it's a little hidden from the road. The manager at this location is very attentive and check up on customer feedbacks thoroughly. She told me the kosher dogs grilled with every thing on it was super Dooper. So there I went. Grilled a little extra time to add taste. Added mustard, relish, cheese and onion. It was just great. And free for the taking shelled nuts while you wait. She said even small fries would be a large meal. She advised it is such a nice day sit outside if you like we will bring the order to you. I mentioned a would like a coke she said fine since this is your first visit the drink is on me. Tell me could it be better doubt that very much. Burgers from Five Guys are always great and I really do enjoy all the options they give you to build your burger. The only issue I ever have with them is the price of a burger and fries. A little bacon cheese burger is over $7 and and regular fry is about $5 though a regular is enough for 2 people. It's just had to get over paying $7 for a burger with the word little in its title. I don't do reviews for a chain restaurant because they are usually pretty consistent from one location to the next across hundreds of miles. The only real difference is the people who are working a shift at the time I step through the doors. Today I put in an online order and showed up to pick the order up. I was there pretty quickly after ordering. It was just going to be a few minutes more before my order was ready, which wasn't shocking because I had only put it in a few minutes earlier. What WAS shocking was that even though I'd be walking out the door in only a few short minutes with my food, one of the staff members offered me a fountain drink while I wait. I was floored - over the past year and a half I've ordered a TON of online orders and this was the coolest thing anyone's done to make the wait a little nicer. He even offered an extra bag to protect my car from the fry grease when I left. With that gesture this Five Guys location can be crowned the official winners of online ordering. You rock! read more

We sat waiting, then 4 more groups of people came behind us. The manager was on the phone in the back talking on the phone. We had been waiting about 7 minutes at this point, the manager comes out, then starts Kidding around with the guy cooking, not doing anything, then he leaves the restaurant, there is an elderly lady, and 2 other younger ladies there, don't really know what they were doing. They started calling out numbers of the people behind us, there were 2 of us, one party had 4 people in It, my husband goes up and says "where's ours. We've been here before them" the lady very smartly says, "it just happens that way". (That was the same lady that rang us up) The employee's name on the receipt says, Jared C. We got our food at 1:55 pm. I will say this time they did put extra fries in the bag, plus in the small cup. Whereas last time they just filled the small cup, for 6.29. I doubt I will ever go back to this one. They are not professional, just thinks maybe it's a party and not a job. The elderly lady was extremely friendly and she was cleaning tables. read more

I enjoyed my grilled veggie sandwich much more on this visit and found both the vegetables and fries to be less greasy than my first visit. Service was great. As soon as I pointed out the malfunctioning soda machine, someone came around to work on it. I also appreciated the fact that they provide several bottle of the malt vinegar, which allows you to bring one to your table if you deem it necessary. I was so excited about leaving a stellar review today. Staff was professional and welcoming. Door to door experience was nice. But then I got home with my food... we've ordered from other burger establishments to compare and it's not the travel time that did this. Lettuce was soggy. Bread was wet, squishy. Order was wrong. One was ordered plain with lettuce and found to be a duplicate of another burger. $7 of fries was not the amount that you'd expect, at least not what my kids expected. Disappointed. While I'll say I do enjoy their food from time to time I don't go nearly as often as I once did. The issue here for me is not quality, and it's not taste. For a fast food joint, the burgers are great. The fries are awesome too. The restaurants that I have been in have been clean so far, staff is nice no issues with them. You get up to get your own food and drinks. It's a bit pricey for fast food, but worth it. You can practically do whatever you want to your order and I enjoy that.
