So aside from the food this restaurant is one of the nicest looking locations of a Wendy's I've had the opportunity to visit. They even have a fireplace and sitting area to hang out in to eat or meet up with friends for a relaxed (used loosely) conversation. Service when I went in was on the ball. Went through drive thru at 11:30pm and the drive thru worker came on the speaker and said they were closed. Online it says this location is open till 12am and it also says it on the window of the restaurant. Used the drive thru. Ordered 3 medium frosty and fries with bacon and cheese. We were given small, tiny frosties and when we asked if they were medium size the boy said yes and CLEARLY they were not. When we opened the fries there were about 4 slices of bacon on top and so much cheese that it came out of the container and spilled into the bag covering the straws napkins etc. it was a mess! It's still fast food Wendy's, the food has been pretty consistent, I never did the drive thru, always ate in for lunch, but the food has been fresh, my bacon on my bacon burger was actually crispy! That's good! They have one of those cool Coke machines, where you can get 1000 different kinds of soda and their tea taste good ( not funky!) This Wendy's is like most other Wendy's except I think it is better for one reason, they know how to move a drive thru. Most Wendy's take forever and you can sit for a long time. I haven't had that issue here. I have gone and ordered 2 meals, 3 meals and 4 meals during a lunch break and have always gotten in and out in under 5 minutes. This is much better than most. The food is pretty standard. It's usually semi fresh and tastes fine. I haven't had any issues with orders or the staff. The store itself seems fairly clean and it's easy to get in and out of. I like that they offer limited time specials and like the 4 for $4 deal they have going on. It is great for the indecisive people because you get chicken, a burger, fries and a drink. I will continue to return :) read more

If I could give this one zero stars I would. Understaffed probably cause of all the lazy free loaders getting checks to stay at home and vote for the dirtbags that run this country now. If fast food means 25 minutes waiting when you're the first person in line. The person at the front was pleasant but nothing was ready. The soda was stale cause they didn't put ice to keep it cool. Ordered a normal burger with no ketchup or mustard. Drive thru immediately gave total. (I should have known she didn't change ingredients..I know they time them also). Got back to my hotel, burger was COLD, dried up, edges were black, indicating it had been cooked and sat out in the open to dry out! Had absolute no flavor.. Fries were cold. Quarter size tomato ( the part you toss when slicing), tiny sliver of onion and KETCHUP! Seriously! DO BETTER! The prices we are paying, get our orders correct! And on top of it ordered was incomplete 3 of the 5 bags were missing nuggets I got a large French fire that had less fries that the medium. The drinks were full but that because I fixed them my self. Orders are always incomplete and never double checked. This is the second time they forgot to give out an item in the bag, mind you, we were the only people in the drive-thru with no cars in the parking lot either. Not only do they never give customers what they paid for, they tend to have a 5-10 minute wait for "fast food". When I called the store for a solution for my incomplete order, the manager told us to come back to the store to get the missing item or to get a refund. This would only be convenient if I didn't live 25 minutes away in the next county. So if you do consider going to Wendy's, go to a different location where they might be capable of completing an order or be ready to walk back inside the store and wait an additional 5 minutes for them to get the job done. When asked for the second, she asked what size we ordered..can you not look at our order to see what size?!? Took 30 minutes to get our food.
